In order to explain the technical solution described in the present application, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a method for generating an out-of-price fund transaction voucher according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes:
s201, in n time periods, obtaining a first foreign fund transfer voucher generated in n-1 time periods, obtaining a second foreign fund transfer voucher generated in n time periods, and obtaining a foreign fund counting voucher generated in n time periods.
Wherein n is an integer greater than or equal to 2, the time period is a time interval, and the granularity of the time period can be quarterly, monthly or weekly, etc. The off-price fund transfer voucher is used for representing the amount of money transferred, the transfer represents that the balance of one account is transferred to another account when the account is settled at the end of a term, the two accounts are involved, the former is a transfer-out account, the latter is a transfer-in account, and the transfer-out account has no balance after the transfer; the off-price fund represents an off-price fee to be charged to the purchaser in addition, including but not limited to: commission, subsidy, fund, funding, return profit, reward fee, default fee (deferred payment interest), reimbursement fee, packaging fee, package rent, reserve fee, premium fee, shipping handling fee, recollection fee, surrogate pad fee, etc. The first off-price fund transfer result is generated in the (n-1) th time period, and the marketing incoming documents (including marketing data) reported by the marketing system and acquired in the (n-1) th time period calculate the transfer result of the off-price fund according to the reported marketing incoming documents; and the second off-price fund transfer voucher is generated in the nth time period, receives the marketing data reported by the marketing system in the nth time period, and calculates the transfer number of the off-price fund according to the marketing data. Due to the hysteresis problem in generating the marketing incoming voucher, the marketing incoming voucher reported at the end of the (n-1) th period may not be complete, and the complete marketing incoming voucher of the nth period can not be acquired until the nth period comes. For example: the marketing incoming voucher reported by the marketing system at the end of 9 months is not a complete marketing incoming voucher with the accounting period of 9 months, and the marketing system reports the remaining marketing incoming vouchers with the accounting period of 9 months at the beginning of 10 months, namely the marketing incoming voucher reported at the beginning of 10 months comprises the marketing incoming voucher with the accounting period of 9 months.
The off-price fund counting and submitting evidence comprises the counting number of the off-price fund, namely the number value counted and submitted in the off-price fund according to a preset proportion. The off-price fund credit voucher of the application is generated in the nth time period and represents the residual credit number of the nth-1 time period. For example: the number of the invoices in 9 months is 10 ten thousand, the number of the invoices in 9 months is 9 ten thousand, the number of the invoices in 9 months in 10 months is the remaining 1 ten thousand, and the extra-price fund invoicing voucher is generated according to the number of the invoices of 1W.
In one or more possible embodiments, obtaining the first foreign fund transfer voucher generated in the (n-1) th time period comprises:
in the (n-1) th time period, acquiring marketing incoming certificates reported by a marketing system, wherein the abstract of each marketing incoming certificate carries an account period field;
screening out marketing incoming certificates of the (n-1) th time period from the reported marketing incoming certificates according to the account period field;
calculating a first number of knots for an (n-1) th time period according to the screened marketing incoming voucher;
and generating a first foreign fund transfer certificate according to a second difference value between the finished revolution and the first finished revolution of the (n-1) th time period.
For example, referring to fig. 3, the granularity of the time period is month, and the present embodiment needs to calculate the number of the knot turns of a unit with a billing period of 9 months in 2020. The marketing system reports marketing incoming certificates at the end of 9 months (such as 30 days in 9 months), an account period field is carried in an abstract of each marketing incoming certificate, the account period field of the reported marketing incoming certificates can be 8 months or 9 months, then the marketing incoming certificates with the account period of 9 months are screened from the reported marketing incoming certificates, the number of times of accrual of an off-price fund is calculated according to the number of marketing messages with the account period of 9 months, namely the first number of times of accrual, and due to the hysteresis of the generation of the marketing incoming certificates, the marketing incoming certificates reported in 9 months are not all the marketing incoming certificates with the account period of 9 months. Further, the final number of rotations inquired at the end of 9 months is equal to 1. If the end of 9 months is the first query and the number of completed turns is 0, the second difference is equal to the number of completed turns 1. And generating a transfer result voucher 1 (namely the first foreign fund transfer voucher) according to the second balance at the end of 9 months.
Further, the obtaining of the second foreign fund transfer voucher generated in the nth time period includes:
acquiring a marketing incoming certificate reported by a marketing system in an nth time period; wherein the abstract of each marketing incoming voucher comprises an account period field;
screening out marketing incoming certificates of the (n-1) th time period from the reported marketing incoming certificates according to the account period field;
calculating the second knot revolution number of the (n-1) th time period according to the screened marketing afferent voucher;
calculating a third difference according to the knotted revolution, the second knotted revolution and the first knotted revolution of the (n-1) th time period;
and generating a second out-of-price fund transfer voucher according to the third difference.
According to the example of fig. 3, the marketing system reports the marketing incoming certificates at the beginning of 10 months, the abstract of each marketing incoming certificate carries the account period field, then the marketing incoming certificates with the account period field of 9 months are screened from the reported marketing incoming certificates, the out-of-price fund 'the number of to-be-finished turns 2' is calculated according to the screened marketing data of the marketing incoming certificates, and the number of to-be-finished turns of 9 months in the account period of 10 months is 1+ 2. The fourth difference, which is the knot number 1+ the knot number 2-the knot number of the knot slip 1, generates the knot slip 2 (i.e., the second foreign-fund knot slip) according to the fourth difference.
In one or more possible embodiments, the obtaining the extra-price fund raising voucher generated in the nth time period comprises:
acquiring a marketing incoming certificate reported by a marketing system in an n-1 time period, and calculating a first number to be counted according to the reported marketing incoming certificate;
acquiring a marketing incoming certificate reported by the marketing system in an nth time period, and calculating a second number to be counted according to the reported marketing incoming certificate;
calculating a fourth difference according to the counted number of the (n-1) th time period, the first counted number and the second counted number;
and generating an out-of-price fund calculation evidence according to the fourth difference.
For example, referring to FIG. 4, where the granularity of the time period is months, the embodiment needs to generate A units of extra-price fund accounting vouchers with a billing period of 9 months. The marketing system reports marketing incoming certificates at the beginning of 9 months (for example, 30 days in 9 months), the summary of the marketing incoming certificates carries an account period field, the marketing incoming certificates reported at the moment comprise the marketing incoming certificates with the account period fields of 8 months and 9 months, the marketing incoming certificates with the account period fields of 9 months are screened from the reported marketing incoming certificates, then an extra-price fund 'the number of outstanding points 1' is calculated according to the marketing number of the screened marketing incoming certificates, and the number of outstanding points inquired at the end of 9 months is equal to the number of outstanding points 1.
The marketing system reports marketing incoming certificates at the beginning of 10 months, the abstract of the marketing incoming certificates carries an account period field, the marketing incoming certificates reported at the moment comprise marketing incoming certificates with the account period of 9 months and marketing incoming certificates with the account period of 10 months, the marketing incoming certificates with the account period field of 9 months are screened from the reported marketing incoming certificates, the out-of-price fund 'the number of outstanding offers 2' is calculated according to the marketing number of the screened marketing incoming certificates, and the number of outstanding offers with the account period field of 9 months in 10 months is equal to the number of outstanding offers 1+ the number of outstanding offers 2. If the counted number is 0 at the end of 9 months, the fourth difference queried in the beginning of 10 months is equal to the counted number 1+ the counted number 2-0, and the counting voucher is generated according to the fourth difference.
S202, calculating the corresponding number of submissions in the (n-1) th time period according to the knot number of the first foreign fund transfer voucher, the knot number of the second foreign fund transfer voucher and the counting number of the foreign fund counting voucher.
And calculating the account period field as the number of the consignments of n-1 according to the knot number of the first foreign fund transfer knot voucher, the knot number of the second foreign fund transfer knot voucher and the counter number of the foreign fund counter voucher generated in the step S201.
Referring to fig. 5, the present application needs to calculate the number of outstanding transactions in unit a with a billing period field of 9 months. According to the forward conversion voucher 1 (namely, the first foreign fund forward conversion voucher) pushed at the end of 9 months, the forward conversion voucher 2 (namely, the second foreign fund forward conversion voucher) pushed at the end of 10 months and the counting voucher 1 (namely, the foreign fund counting voucher), the number of payouts in the accounting period field of 9 months at the beginning of 10 months is equal to the forward conversion number of the forward conversion voucher 1+ the forward conversion number of the forward conversion voucher 2-the counting number of the counting voucher 1.
S203, acquiring the uploaded number of the (n-1) th time period.
The number of the uploaded transaction in n-1 time periods represents the number of the uploaded transaction generated in n-1 time periods in the account period field, and the number of the uploaded transaction in n-1 time periods in the account period field can be inquired according to the submitted certificate in the nth period. The number of times that the (n-1) th time period has been handed over may be 0.
S204, generating an off-price fund transaction voucher of the n-1 time period according to the corresponding transaction number of the n-1 time period and the first difference of the transaction number of the n-1 time period.
For example, referring to fig. 5, when the number of committed funds in the account period field of 9 months is 0, the account period field is queried for the first difference of 9 months, i.e., the number of knot turns 1+ the number of knot turns 2-the number of counter-claim 1, and the off-price fund transaction voucher is generated according to the first difference.
In summary, the embodiment of the present application can achieve at least the following technical effects:
by expanding the account period field in the abstract of the marketing incoming voucher and automatically calculating the off-price fund submitting voucher according to the marketing incoming voucher screened by the marketing system, accurate calculation of the submitted data of the designated account period field and off-price fund informatization management are realized, extraction and data processing rules of the abstract account period are set in a classified mode, an off-price fund data query and check mode with uniform caliber is established, automatic data acquisition and evidence making of various off-price fund accounting scenes are quickly completed, and the problems of manual data collection, complex measuring and calculating process, high labor and time cost, low data accuracy and the like in cash off-price fund accounting are solved.
