Claims (10)

1. A re-rating method based on a cumulative rating by volume, the method comprising:
determining a bill re-pricing range, and acquiring a bill set needing re-pricing from a bill database according to the bill re-pricing range;
merging and summarizing the phone bill set according to a preset dimension to obtain the original resource amount of the phone bill set;
carrying out check reduction backspacing on the original resource quantity, and backspacing to the accumulated original resource quantity before the bill set pricing;
calculating the incremental cost after the original resource amount exceeding the free resource is priced again according to the free resource condition of the user and the wholesale price mode accumulated according to the amount;
and updating the cumulant summary information of the user, and calculating the charging result of the phone bill set according to the cumulant summary information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before determining the call ticket re-rating range and obtaining the call ticket requiring re-rating from the call ticket database according to the call ticket re-rating range, the method comprises:
obtaining a ticket, performing service analysis on the ticket, and obtaining an cumulant information field of the ticket;
according to the cumulant information field, carrying out volume-based cumulative rating on the call ticket;
and storing the call ticket into a call ticket database.

The method of claim 2, wherein the cumulative amount information field of the ticket comprises: user number, subject number, wholesale price product, accumulated charging resource amount, accumulated cost, accumulated original resource amount, current charging resource amount, current incremental cost, current free resource consumption amount, current original resource amount, starting time and ending time.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein said performing a volume-based cumulative rating of said ticket according to said cumulative volume information field comprises:
determining the subject number of the call bill, and performing rating processing on different charging scenes of the user according to the cumulant information field;
acquiring sales promotion product information ordered by a user, wherein the sales promotion product information comprises free resource products and wholesale price products of the user;
deducting the free resource amount according to the original resource amount of the call ticket and the free resource validation rule;
and subtracting the accumulated cost from the charging resource amount of the current pricing bill plus the pricing cost of the accumulated charging resource amount to calculate the incremental cost of the current pricing bill.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the merging and summarizing the phone bill set according to a preset dimension to obtain an original resource amount of the phone bill set comprises:
and summarizing the same type of call ticket resource quantity information of the same user into a repeated pricing cumulant record according to the user, the pricing product and the subject number, and acquiring the original resource quantity.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein calculating the incremental cost of re-pricing the original resource amount beyond the free resource in a cumulative-in-amount wholesale price manner according to the free resource condition of the user comprises:
according to the free resource condition of the user, carrying out free resource amount deduction on the original resource amount according to a free resource validation rule to obtain a charging resource amount;
and calculating the incremental cost of the re-priced charging resource amount according to the accumulated rating mode.

The method of claim 1, wherein the cumulative amount summary information comprises: user number, subject number, wholesale price product, accumulated charging resource amount, accumulated cost, accumulated original resource amount, consumed free resource amount, original resource amount, start time, and end time.
8. A re-pricing apparatus for cumulative pricing by volume, the apparatus comprising:
