Abstract
The invention discloses an agricultural bottom film covering comprehensive aging test device, which belongs to the field of agricultural mulching films and comprises a box body, wherein a box cover is arranged at the upper part of the box body, an ultraviolet lamp is installed on the inner wall of the box cover, an intelligent PLC (programmable logic controller) is installed on the outer side wall of the box body, soil is placed in the box body, a film is laid on the upper side of the soil, a first air pump, a second air pump, a water pump and an air compressor are arranged on the outer side of the box body, the first air pump is externally connected with a sulfur dioxide gas source, the second air pump is externally connected with an ozone gas source, the water pump is externally connected with a water source, main pipelines are installed at the air outlet ends of the first air pump and the second air pump, and extend to the inside of the box body. The film aging test device can provide test conditions of an ultraviolet light source, temperature, humidity, sulfur dioxide gas and ozone gas, various implementation conditions are accurately controllable by adopting the controller, and the automation degree of the test process is high.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural mulching films, in particular to an agricultural bottom film comprehensive aging test device.
Background
Mulching cultivation, namely covering the ground with a transparent plastic film, sowing under the film and protecting the growth of crop seedlings; and (5) uncovering the film after the temperature is heated, so that the seedlings grow under the normal climate condition.

2. According to the invention, sulfur dioxide gas and ozone gas can be simultaneously injected into the soil and the air at the upper part of the box body, and the blocking cover is arranged to prevent the soil from blocking the air outlet of the branch pipe, so that normal air outlet is ensured.
3. According to the invention, the regulation and control of the conditions such as ultraviolet intensity, temperature, humidity and the like in the box body are realized through the intelligent PLC, the automation degree of the test process is high, and the accurate test effect is favorably obtained.
In conclusion, the film aging test device can provide test conditions of an ultraviolet light source, temperature, humidity, sulfur dioxide gas and ozone gas, various implementation conditions are accurately controllable by the controller, and the automation degree of the test process is high.

A hole is formed in one side of the bottom of the box body 1, a baffle plate 9 is detachably mounted at the hole, and the baffle plate 9 is mounted at the hole of the box body 1 through bolts.
Install ultraviolet lamp 16 on the inner wall of case lid 2, intelligent PLC controller 3 is installed to the lateral wall of box 1, and soil 10 has been placed to the inside of box 1, and film 11 has been laid to the upside of soil 10. Before the test is started, the box cover 2 is opened, soil 10 is put into the box body 1, and then the thin film 11 is covered on the surface of the soil 10.
The outside of box 1 is equipped with first air pump 4, the second air pump 5, water pump 7 and air compressor 19, the external sulfur dioxide air supply of first air pump 4, the external ozone source of second air pump 5, the external water source of water pump 7, trunk line 6 is all installed to the end of giving vent to anger of first air pump 4 and second air pump 5, and trunk line 6 all extends to the inside of box 1, trunk line 6 extends to box 1 and installs with lower part pipeline 12 and upper portion pipeline 13 respectively, lower part pipeline 12 is buried underground in the inside of soil 10, and lower part pipeline 12 installs a plurality of branch pipes 14, upper portion pipeline 13 sets up the upside region at soil 10, water pipe 8 is installed to the play water end of water pump 7, water pipe 8 extends to the inside of box 1 and installs a plurality of shower nozzles 17, shower nozzle 17 adopts atomizer.
The first air pump 4 conveys sulfur dioxide gas into a lower pipeline 12 and an upper pipeline 13 through a main pipeline 6, one part of the sulfur dioxide gas enters the soil 10 and the space above the thin film 11 through the upper pipeline 13, and the other part of the sulfur dioxide gas enters the soil 10 through the lower pipeline 12 and gradually contacts with the thin film 11 from bottom to top.
The second air pump 5 delivers ozone gas into the lower pipe 12 and the upper pipe 13 through the main pipe 6, a part of the ozone gas enters the soil 10 and the space above the membrane 11 through the upper pipe 13, and the other part of the ozone gas enters the soil 10 through the lower pipe 12 and gradually contacts with the membrane 11 from bottom to top.
The water pump 7 delivers water to the spray head 17 through the water pipe 8, and finally sprays the water on the soil 10 and the film 11 from the spray head 17.
The outlet duct is installed to air compressor 19, and the outlet duct extends to the inside of box 1, installs temperature sensor 18 on the inside wall of box 1, and the interior wall mounting of box 1 has humidity transducer 20, and temperature sensor 18 and humidity transducer 20 all are connected with intelligent PLC controller 3 electricity, and intelligent PLC controller 3 is connected with first air pump 4, second air pump 5, water pump 7, ultraviolet lamp 16 and air compressor 19 electricity respectively.
The air compressor 19 inputs cold air or hot air into the cabinet 1 through an outlet duct for adjusting the temperature in the cabinet 1.
The temperature sensor 18 detects the temperature in the box body 1 and forms a signal to be sent to the intelligent PLC controller 3, and the intelligent PLC controller 3 controls the operation of the air compressor 19 according to the signal and inputs cold air or hot air into the box body 1 to adjust the temperature in the box body 1.
The intelligent PLC controller 3 autonomously adjusts the intensity of the ultraviolet lamps 16 for different periods of time, thereby generating ultraviolet rays of different intensities by the ultraviolet lamps 16.
The temperature sensor 18 detects the temperature inside the soil 10 and forms a signal to be sent to the intelligent PLC controller 3, and the intelligent PLC controller 3 controls the water pump 7 to operate according to the signal, and sprays water source to the soil 10 and the film 11 through the water pipe 8 and the spray head 17 to adjust the humidity of the soil 10.
In the second embodiment, on the basis of the first embodiment, the shield 15 is mounted on the upper end of the branch pipe 14 through the bracket 21, and a gap is left between the top end air port of the branch pipe 14 and the top inner wall of the shield 15. The shield 15 has an inverted U-shaped configuration. The bottom and both ends of the shield 15 are provided with metal screens.
Sulfur dioxide air supply and ozone air supply are injected into trunk line 6 respectively through first air pump 4 and second air pump 5 in, then carry to lower part pipeline 12 and upper portion pipeline 13 respectively from trunk line 6, and wherein lower part trachea 12 utilizes when keeping off cover 15 and protect branch pipe 14 when carrying through branch pipe 14 with the gas that corresponds, when avoiding soil 10 to put into box 1, causes the jam to the gas outlet of branch pipe 14 tip, guarantees gaseous normal emission.
In addition, a first electromagnetic valve can be arranged on the lower pipeline 12, a second electromagnetic valve can be arranged on the upper pipeline 13, and when gas is injected into the upper part of the soil 10, the first electromagnetic valve is closed and the second electromagnetic valve is opened; when gas is injected into the soil 10, the first electromagnetic valve is opened, and the second electromagnetic valve is closed; in this way, the phenomenon of uneven air outlet of the lower pipeline 12 and the upper pipeline 13 caused by the pressure formed in the soil 10 to the air outlet at the end part of the branch pipe 14 can be avoided.
