Description

Air conditioner noise reduction method and device and air conditioner
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an air conditioner noise reduction method and device and an air conditioner.
Background
The noise level of the outdoor unit is one of the main indicators for evaluating the quality of an air conditioner, and is generally determined by adding soundproof cotton, reinforcing the structural stability of the outdoor unit, or improving components in the outdoor unit which may generate noise. The main purpose of these methods is to reduce the target noise for a long time and optimize the noise of the external unit. However, in the using process, some abnormal conditions can occur, which causes the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to generate the abnormal noise-increasing condition, and the sleeping of the user can be seriously affected when the outdoor unit is used at night outside some walls with poor sound insulation effect. Sudden noise abnormity caused by equipment abnormity can influence the use experience of users seriously.
Disclosure of Invention
The problem that this application was solved is that current air conditioner is when unexpected noise is unusual, and the user uses the relatively poor problem of experience.
In order to solve the above problem, in a first aspect, the present invention provides an air conditioner noise reduction method, including:
acquiring an initial noise quantity of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, wherein the initial noise quantity is the noise quantity of the outdoor unit when the outdoor unit operates in a conventional operation mode, and the operation parameters of the outdoor unit are determined according to a target temperature in the conventional operation mode;
and adjusting the first operation parameter at least once according to one of increasing or decreasing, wherein after the first operation parameter is adjusted each time, whether the noise amount is decreased or not is judged, if so, the next adjustment is carried out until the temperature adjusting capacity of the air conditioner is changed by more than a first preset proportion, and the first operation parameter is one of the rotating speed of the external fan and the frequency of the compressor.
In the embodiment of the present application, in the normal operation mode, the cause of the noise abnormality of the air conditioner may be an abnormality of the external fan or an abnormality of the compressor. Therefore, in this case, it may be helpful to improve the noise abnormality by adjusting the outer fan rotation speed or the compressor frequency. If the adjustment to the first operating parameter causes the amount of noise to decrease, indicating that the first operating parameter has an effect on the amount of noise, the adjustment is continued in an attempt to further reduce the amount of noise. However, the adjustment is limited because the temperature adjusting capability of the air conditioner is affected by adjusting the frequency of the compressor or the rotating speed of the external fan, thereby affecting the comfort of users. Therefore, when the temperature adjusting capability of the air conditioner is changed by more than the first preset ratio, it is considered that the improvement of the noise amount has a great influence on the comfort of the user, and the next adjustment is not performed. Therefore, the air conditioner noise reduction method provided by the embodiment of the application gives consideration to noise reduction and the temperature regulation capacity of the air conditioner, so that a user can obtain better use experience.
In an alternative embodiment, if the noise amount is not decreased after once adjusting the first operation parameter and the temperature adjusting capability of the air conditioner is not changed by more than the first preset ratio, the second operation parameter is adjusted at least once in the same manner as adjusting the first operation parameter, wherein after each time adjusting the second operation parameter, whether the noise amount is decreased is judged, if so, the next adjustment is performed until the temperature adjusting capability of the air conditioner is changed by more than the first preset ratio, and the second operation parameter is the other one of the speed of the external air blower and the frequency of the compressor.
In this embodiment, if the amount of noise has not decreased, it may be considered that adjusting the first operating parameter in the current manner (increasing or decreasing) has not reduced the amount of noise, and therefore an adjustment of the second operating parameter is required, the manner of adjustment (increasing or decreasing) still being the same as the manner of adjusting the first operating parameter previously. If adjusting the second operating parameter may cause the amount of noise to decrease, the next adjustment is made. Also, even if the amount of noise decreases per adjustment, the number of adjustments is still limited: when the temperature adjusting capacity of the air conditioner is changed to be more than the first preset proportion, even if the noise amount is reduced by adjusting the second operation parameter last time, the next adjustment is not carried out any more. Therefore, the requirement of the user on temperature adjustment can be met.
In an alternative embodiment, if the temperature adjusting capacity of the air conditioner is changed by adjusting the first operation parameter or the second operation parameter to be higher than the first preset ratio, the current operation parameter is maintained until the air conditioner is in warm shutdown.
In an alternative embodiment, if the noise amount is not decreased and the temperature adjusting capability of the air conditioner is not changed by more than the first preset ratio after the second operation parameter is adjusted once, it is determined whether the current noise amount is decreased by more than the second preset ratio compared to the initial noise amount;
if so, maintaining the current operation parameters until the air conditioner is stopped at a temperature;
otherwise, on the basis of the operation parameters in the normal operation mode, adjusting the first operation parameter at least once according to another mode of increasing or decreasing, wherein after the first operation parameter is adjusted each time, whether the noise quantity is decreased or not is judged, if the noise quantity is decreased, the next adjustment is carried out until the temperature adjusting capacity of the air conditioner is changed by more than a first preset proportion, wherein the initial noise quantity is taken as a comparison object in the first adjustment, and the noise quantity after the previous adjustment is taken as a comparison object in the subsequent adjustment.
If the amount of noise does not decrease after the second operating parameter is adjusted once, it means that adjusting the first operating parameter and the second operating parameter in this manner (increasing or decreasing) does not allow the amount of noise to decrease. At this time, whether the current noise amount is reduced by more than a second preset proportion compared with the initial noise amount is judged, if yes, the adjustment noise reduction effect on the first operation parameter and the second operation parameter is considered to be better, and the current operation parameter can be maintained. If the current noise amount is not reduced by more than the second preset ratio compared with the initial noise amount, the noise reduction effect of the adjustment of the first and second operation parameters may be considered to be poor, and therefore the first operation parameter is adjusted in another way (the other of increasing or decreasing) to try to reduce the noise value.
In an alternative embodiment, the second predetermined proportion is between 8% and 15%.
In an alternative embodiment, the first operating parameter is the speed of the external fan and the second operating parameter is the compressor frequency.
In an alternative embodiment, the speed of the outer fan comprises a plurality of gears, and the step of adjusting the first operating parameter at least once in one of an increasing or decreasing manner reduces the speed of the outer fan by one gear per adjustment.
In an alternative embodiment, the step of adjusting the second operating parameter at least once, in the same way as the first operating parameter, each adjustment reduces the compressor frequency by a preset frequency value.
In an alternative embodiment, the first predetermined proportion is between 15% and 25%.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides an air conditioner noise reduction apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a control module and a control module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring the initial noise quantity of an outdoor unit of the air conditioner, the initial noise quantity is the noise quantity when the outdoor unit operates in a conventional operation mode, and the operation parameters of the outdoor unit are determined according to a target temperature in the conventional operation mode;
and the adjusting module adjusts the first operation parameter at least once according to one of increasing and decreasing modes, wherein after the first operation parameter is adjusted each time, whether the noise amount is decreased is judged, if the noise amount is decreased, the next adjustment is carried out until the temperature adjusting capacity of the air conditioner is changed by more than a first preset proportion, and the first operation parameter is one of the rotating speed of the external fan and the frequency of the compressor.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides an air conditioner comprising a controller for executing executable instructions to implement the air conditioner noise reduction method of any one of the preceding embodiments.

Detailed Description
Generally, methods for reducing noise of an external unit of an air conditioner include methods for optimizing a compressor and a fan control method, adding soundproof cotton, reinforcing structural stability of the external unit, and the like. These methods are either improved for the structure of the air conditioner itself or set parameters in a normal operation mode, mainly for the purpose of reducing the target noise for a long time and optimizing the noise of the external unit. However, in the using process, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner has sudden abnormal noise due to the influence of factors such as irregular installation support of the outdoor unit, material reject ratio and the like. Outside some walls with poor sound insulation effects, the sleep of a user can be seriously influenced when the wall is used at night. Meanwhile, from the occurrence of noise abnormity to the report of repair, a long time interval is formed until the technical master completes the home maintenance, and the user experience is poor during the time interval.
In order to solve the problem of sudden noise abnormality (increase), the embodiment of the application provides an air conditioner noise reduction method, and by starting a new control mode, noise reduction and temperature regulation capability of an air conditioner can be both considered after noise abnormality occurs. During the period before maintenance personnel go to the door for maintenance, the method can reduce the noise of the outdoor unit and simultaneously ensure that the temperature adjusting capacity of the air conditioner is not too poor, the continuous use of a user is not influenced, and the use experience of the user is improved under the condition that the sudden noise of the air conditioner is abnormal.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram illustrating an air conditioner 010 according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the air conditioner 010 includes an indoor unit including an indoor heat exchanger and an indoor fan, and an outdoor unit (not shown) including an outdoor heat exchanger, a compressor 100, and an outdoor fan 200. The indoor heat exchanger, the outdoor heat exchanger, and the compressor 100 are connected in a loop by pipes for circulation of refrigerant. The air conditioner 010 further includes a noise sensor 300 for detecting the amount of noise of the outdoor unit in the embodiment of the present application. The air conditioner 010 further includes a controller 400, and the external fan 200, the compressor 100 and the noise sensor 300 are electrically connected to the controller 400, and the controller 400 can collect the noise amount of the outdoor unit through the noise sensor 300 and control the rotation speed of the external fan 200 and the frequency of the compressor 100.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an air conditioner noise reduction method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, an air conditioner noise reduction method provided in an embodiment of the present application includes:
step S100, acquiring an initial noise amount of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, where the initial noise amount is a noise amount when the outdoor unit operates in a normal operation mode, and an operation parameter of the outdoor unit is determined according to a target temperature in the normal operation mode.
In the present embodiment, the controller 400 acquires the noise amount at which the air conditioner 010 operates in the normal operation mode through the noise sensor 300. The normal operation mode may be a cooling mode or a heating mode, and the mode is generally selected by a user and a target temperature is designated. The controller 400 determines and operates with operating parameters based on the target temperature and the selected mode. These operating parameters include compressor frequency and outer fan speed, and may also include inner fan speed, expansion valve opening, air supply direction, etc. It should be understood that the normal operation mode is directed to the operation of the air conditioner 010 under normal conditions without failure, and no special parameter adjustment is performed for abnormal noise conditions and the like.
And S200, adjusting the first operation parameter at least once according to one of increasing and decreasing modes, wherein after the first operation parameter is adjusted each time, whether the noise amount is decreased or not is judged, if the noise amount is decreased, the next adjustment is carried out until the temperature adjusting capacity of the air conditioner is changed by more than a first preset proportion, and the first operation parameter is one of the rotating speed of the external fan and the frequency of the compressor.
In the embodiment of the present application, the cause of the noise abnormality of the air conditioner 010 in the normal operation mode may be an abnormality of the outer fan 200 or an abnormality of the compressor 100. However, the adjustment is limited because the temperature adjusting capability of the air conditioner 010 is affected by adjusting the frequency of the compressor or the rotating speed of the external fan, thereby affecting the comfort of the user. Therefore, when the temperature adjusting capability of the air conditioner 010 is changed by more than the first preset ratio, it is considered that the improvement of the noise amount has a large influence on the user comfort, and the next adjustment is not performed. Therefore, the air conditioner noise reduction method provided by the embodiment of the application gives consideration to both noise reduction and temperature regulation capability of the air conditioner 010, so that a user can obtain better use experience.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the first operation parameter is adjusted, and the rotation speed of the internal fan or the frequency of the compressor may be continuously reduced for multiple times (or once), or continuously increased for multiple times (or once). When the compressor frequency or the rotational speed of the external fan is reduced, the temperature adjusting capability of the air conditioner 010 is reduced, and when the compressor frequency or the rotational speed of the external fan is increased, the temperature adjusting capability of the air conditioner 010 is increased. When the temperature adjusting capability of the air conditioner 010 is changed by more than the first preset ratio, the comfort level of the user may be affected. Specifically, the temperature regulating capability of the air conditioner 010 can be represented by parameters such as the pipe temperature and the pipe pressure of the indoor heat exchanger, which represent the cooling or heating capability of the air conditioner 010, and a higher temperature regulating capability means that the indoor temperature is easier to approach the target temperature.
In an alternative embodiment, the first predetermined proportion may be selected to be 15% to 25%, such as 20%.
Further, if the noise amount is not decreased after the first operation parameter is adjusted once and the temperature adjustment capability of the air conditioner 010 is not changed by more than the first preset ratio, the second operation parameter is adjusted at least once in the same manner as the adjustment of the first operation parameter, wherein after the second operation parameter is adjusted each time, whether the noise amount is decreased is judged, if so, the next adjustment is performed until the temperature adjustment capability of the air conditioner 010 is changed by more than the first preset ratio, and the second operation parameter is the other one of the rotational speed of the external air blower and the frequency of the compressor.
For example, the first operating parameter is the rotational speed of the external fan, and the second operating parameter is the frequency of the compressor; if the adjustment of the first operating parameter was previously made in a decreasing manner, then the adjustment of the second operating parameter is also made in a decreasing manner, and vice versa. If adjusting the second operating parameter may cause the amount of noise to decrease, the next adjustment is made. Also, even if the amount of noise decreases per adjustment, the number of adjustments is still limited: when the temperature adjusting capability of the air conditioner 010 is changed by more than the first preset ratio, even if the noise amount is decreased by adjusting the second operation parameter last time, the next adjustment is not performed any more. Therefore, the requirement of the user on temperature adjustment can be met.
In this embodiment, if the temperature adjustment capability of the air conditioner 010 is changed by more than the first preset ratio by adjusting the first operation parameter or the second operation parameter, the current operation parameter is maintained until the air conditioner 010 reaches the temperature and is shut down.
Further, if the noise amount is not decreased after the second operation parameter is adjusted once and the temperature adjusting capability of the air conditioner 010 is not changed by more than the first preset ratio, it is determined whether the current noise amount is decreased by more than the second preset ratio compared to the initial noise amount;
if yes, maintaining the current operation parameters until the air conditioner 010 reaches the temperature shutdown;
otherwise, on the basis of the operation parameters in the normal operation mode, adjusting the first operation parameter at least once according to another mode of increasing or decreasing, wherein after adjusting the first operation parameter each time, whether the noise amount decreases is judged, if so, the next adjustment is performed until the temperature adjusting capacity of the air conditioner 010 changes by more than a first preset proportion, wherein the initial noise amount is taken as a comparison object in the first adjustment, and the noise amount after the previous adjustment is taken as a comparison object in the subsequent adjustment.
If the current noise amount is not reduced by more than the second predetermined ratio compared to the initial noise amount, the noise reduction effect of the previous adjustment of the first and second operating parameters may be considered to be poor, and therefore the first operating parameter may be adjusted in another way (i.e., the other of increasing or decreasing) to attempt to reduce the noise value. Optionally, when the first operation parameter is adjusted in another way, the adjustment may be performed on the basis of the corresponding parameter of the previous normal operation mode. For example, when the rotating speed of the outer fan is reduced to 600r/min from 800r/min in the conventional operation mode by reducing 100r/min every time, the rotating speed of the outer fan is adjusted by increasing, and can be directly increased to 900r/min, so that 700r/min which is tested is avoided. The initial noise amount is used as a comparison target for the first adjustment, and the noise amount after the last adjustment is used as a comparison target for the subsequent adjustment.
In an alternative embodiment, the second predetermined proportion is between 8% and 15%, such as 10%. Alternatively, if it is not enough to reduce the noise amount by the second preset ratio after the adjustment of the compressor frequency and the external fan rotation speed by the other of the increase and decrease, the operation parameter after the last adjustment may be maintained to be operated to the air conditioner 010 for the warm stop, or the operation parameter with the lowest noise amount in the whole previous adjustment may be operated to the air conditioner 010 for the warm stop.
Optionally, the first operating parameter is an external fan speed, and the second operating parameter is a compressor frequency. In this embodiment, the external fan speed may include a plurality of gears, and in the step of adjusting the first operating parameter at least once in one of an increasing or decreasing manner, each adjustment may select one of an increasing or decreasing external fan speed. In an alternative embodiment, in the step of adjusting the second operating parameter at least once, in the same way as the first operating parameter is adjusted, each adjustment may choose to reduce the compressor frequency by a preset frequency value, which may be 3-15 Hz. Of course, if the speed of the external wind turbine 200 can be continuously varied, the rotation speed per adjustment can be a preset rotation speed.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an air conditioner noise reduction method according to another embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, this embodiment shows a specific flow of an air conditioner noise reduction method, which includes:
step S101, receiving a noise reduction instruction.
In this embodiment, when a user finds that noise is abnormal, the user needs to change the current normal operation mode to reduce the noise, so that a noise reduction instruction can be sent to the air conditioner 010 through a remote control panel, a touch screen, or the like. For example, the noise reduction function can be started by continuously pressing 3 times of up-and-down wind sweeping and then continuously pressing 2 times of left-and-right wind sweeping through a remote controller; for another example, the function can be exited by continuously pressing 10 times of wind sweeping.
In step S102, an initial noise amount of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner is acquired.
In the present embodiment, after receiving the noise reduction instruction, the controller 400 acquires the initial noise amount of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner 010 through the noise sensor 300. When the initial noise amount is acquired, it should be ensured that the air conditioner 010 is operated at this time in the operation parameters in the normal operation mode.
And step S201, reducing the rotating speed of the outer fan once.
In the present embodiment, the first operation parameter is selected as the outer fan rotation speed, and the adjustment mode is selected as the reduction parameter, which can be compared with step S200 in the embodiment of fig. 2. In the case where the outer fan 200 has a plurality of dampers, the controller 400 controls the outer fan rotation speed to be reduced by one gear.
Step S202, judging whether the temperature adjusting capacity of the air conditioner is reduced by more than a first preset proportion.
If the temperature adjusting capability is reduced by more than the first preset proportion, the current operation parameters are maintained until the air conditioner 010 reaches the temperature and stops.
If the temperature adjusting capability reduction amount does not reach the first preset proportion, executing step S203: it is judged whether or not the noise amount is decreased. If the noise amount decreases, the process returns to step S201, and the outer fan rotational speed is decreased again.
If the noise level is not reduced, meaning that reducing the outer fan speed has not been effective in reducing the noise level, it is necessary to adjust the second operating parameter, i.e. the compressor frequency, in the same manner of adjustment (reduction). Therefore, if the noise amount does not decrease, step S301 is performed: the compressor frequency is decreased by a preset frequency value.
After step S301 is performed, step S302 is performed: and judging whether the temperature adjusting capacity of the air conditioner is reduced by more than a first preset proportion. This step S302 is the same as step S202. And if the reduction of the temperature adjusting capacity is more than a first preset proportion, maintaining the current operation parameters until the air conditioner 010 reaches the temperature and stops. If the temperature adjusting capability reduction amount does not reach the first preset proportion, executing the step S303: it is judged whether or not the noise amount is decreased. If the amount of noise decreases, the process returns to step S301 to decrease the compressor frequency again.
If the noise amount is not decreased and the temperature adjusting capability decrease amount does not reach the first preset ratio, which means that the decrease of the compressor frequency has not been effective for the noise amount decrease, the step S304 is performed: and judging whether the current noise amount is reduced by more than a second preset proportion compared with the initial noise amount, if so, the noise amount is obviously reduced by reducing the rotating speed of the external fan and the frequency of the compressor, and maintaining the current operation parameters until the air conditioner 010 is stopped at a warm state.
If the current noise amount is not reduced more than the second preset proportion compared to the initial noise amount, the first and second operating parameters need to be adjusted in another adjustment manner (raised). In the present embodiment, if the noise amount is not decreased by decreasing the outer fan rotational speed and the compressor frequency, step S401 is performed: and raising the rotating speed of the outer fan once.
As previously described, the first increase in the outer fan speed may be based on the outer fan speed in the normal operation mode.
After step S401 is executed, step S402 is executed: and judging whether the temperature adjusting capacity of the air conditioner is increased by more than a first preset proportion.
If the temperature adjusting capacity is increased by more than a first preset proportion, maintaining the current operation parameters until the air conditioner 010 is stopped at a temperature;
if the temperature adjusting capability does not increase by more than the first preset ratio, executing step S403: it is judged whether or not the noise amount is decreased. If the noise amount decreases, the process returns to step S401 to increase the outer fan rotation speed again.
If the noise level has not decreased, meaning that increasing the speed of the outer fan has not been effective in reducing the noise level, it is necessary to adjust the second operating parameter, i.e. the compressor frequency, in the same adjustment (increase). Therefore, if the noise amount does not decrease, step S501 is performed: the compressor frequency is raised by a preset frequency value.
After step S501 is executed, step S502 is executed: it is determined whether the temperature adjusting capability of the air conditioner 010 is increased by more than a first preset ratio. This step S502 is the same as step S402. And if the temperature adjusting capacity increasing amount reaches above a first preset proportion, maintaining the current operation parameters until the air conditioner 010 reaches the temperature and stops. If the temperature adjusting capability increasing amount does not reach the first preset proportion, executing the step S503: it is judged whether or not the noise amount is decreased. If the amount of noise decreases, the process returns to step S501 to increase the compressor frequency again.
If the noise amount is not decreased and the temperature adjusting capability increasing amount does not reach the first preset ratio, which means that increasing the compressor frequency has not been effective in decreasing the noise amount, step S504 is performed: and judging whether the current noise amount is reduced by more than a second preset proportion compared with the initial noise amount. If so, it means that the amount of noise is significantly reduced by increasing the external fan speed and the compressor frequency, at which time the current operating parameters are maintained until the air conditioner 010 reaches a warm stop.
If the current noise amount is not reduced by more than the second preset ratio compared to the initial noise amount, the air conditioner 010 may be controlled to operate according to the operation parameter with the minimum noise amount in the noise reduction adjustment process. The noise reduction adjustment process comprises the whole process of lowering and raising the first operating parameter and the second operating parameter.
