As an example, the second preset temperature of the present invention may be 38 ℃; the adjustment parameters of the third preheating mode may be: the compressor frequency is a small preheating frequency (for example, 22Hz), the expansion valve opening is a large preheating opening (for example, 470B), and the outdoor fan speed is a large preheating speed (for example, 580 rpm).
It should be noted that the above-mentioned smaller preheating frequency of the compressor, the larger preheating opening degree of the expansion valve and the larger preheating rotation speed of the outdoor fan are not fixed and can be adjusted according to factors such as the type of the air conditioner. In addition, for each parameter of the opening degree of the expansion valve, the frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, the larger value, the conventional value and the smaller value can be adjusted according to specific application scenes. The principle of the invention lies in that the same parameter is used for different modes, and the protection scope of the invention should not be limited to the numerical value of each parameter.

As an example, the adjustment parameters of the fourth preheating mode of the present invention may be: the compressor frequency is a conventional preheating frequency (e.g., 30Hz), the expansion valve opening is a conventional preheating opening (e.g., 133B), and the outdoor fan speed is a conventional preheating speed (e.g., 310 rpm).
It should be noted that the conventional preheating frequency of the compressor, the conventional preheating opening degree of the expansion valve, and the conventional preheating rotating speed of the outdoor fan are not fixed and can be adjusted according to factors such as the type of the air conditioner. In addition, for each parameter of the opening degree of the expansion valve, the frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, the larger value, the conventional value and the smaller value can be adjusted according to specific application scenes. The principle of the invention lies in that the same parameter is used for different modes, and the protection scope of the invention should not be limited to the numerical value of each parameter.
Through the division of above-mentioned four stages, make the air conditioner can select preheating mode more accurately according to the actual temperature and the trend of change of interior coil pipe temperature, when reducing the energy waste, reduce the fluctuation range of interior coil pipe temperature.

In addition, the first preheating mode and the fourth preheating mode both require rapid temperature rise, and the second preheating operation mode and the third preheating operation mode both require temperature maintenance, so in order to reduce frequent changes in the compressor frequency, the opening degree of the expansion valve, and the rotation speed of the outdoor fan, it is of course possible to set the parameters of the first preheating mode and the fourth preheating mode to be the same, and/or the second preheating operation mode and the third preheating operation mode may be the same.
Further, under the condition that the temperature of the inner coil is less than the preset temperature, when the temperature of the outer coil is more than or equal to the outdoor environment temperature, controlling the outdoor fan to stop running specifically comprises: when the air conditioner operates in the first preheating mode or the fourth preheating mode and the temperature of the external coil pipe is greater than or equal to the outdoor environment temperature, controlling the outdoor fan to stop operating; otherwise, controlling the outdoor fan to operate according to the preset rotating speed of the outdoor fan.
When the temperature of the external coil pipe is lower than the outdoor environment temperature, the air conditioner runs in the first preheating mode or the fourth preheating mode; or the air conditioner operates in a second preheating mode or a third preheating mode; and controlling the outdoor fan to operate according to the preset rotating speed of the outdoor fan.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, the preheating control method further includes: monitoring the fault of the air conditioner, and controlling the air conditioner to stop running in a preheating mode when the fault of the air conditioner is monitored; or when the air conditioner receives a starting instruction or an instruction of stopping running the preheating mode, stopping running the preheating mode; alternatively, when the air conditioner is operated in the preheating mode for a set time, the preheating mode is stopped.
When a component of the air conditioner, such as a sensor for detecting temperature, is in fault, the operation of the preheating mode can be stopped, and misoperation is avoided. The user can manually pause the preheating mode, and the condition that the user cannot stop and energy is wasted when the air conditioner is operated by mistake is avoided. The principle of the invention lies in that the parameters can be adaptively adjusted under the protection of different outdoor environment conditions, and the protection range of the invention is not limited to the value of each parameter.
In addition, when the preheating mode is changed, the opening degree of the expansion valve, the frequency of the compressor and the wind speed of the outdoor fan can be adjusted to the target values at the same time, so that the adjustment speed is faster. In addition, it is obvious that the division of the preheating control interval may be more than four kinds listed in the present invention, or six kinds, eight kinds, etc., and the rising stage and the falling stage may be divided into more intervals by increasing more preset values similar to the first preset temperature and the second preset temperature, thereby realizing more precise control.

When the air conditioner operates in the first or fourth preheating mode, if the temperature of the outdoor coil is more than or equal to the outdoor ambient temperature, the outdoor fan stops rotating (0 rpm); and if the temperature of the outdoor coil pipe is less than the outdoor environment temperature, the outdoor fan operates according to the set wind speed.
Preheat mode exit conditions: detecting faults of the internal machine and the external machine, wherein faults exist; starting up a user to enter other functions; the user has no other operation and reaches the accumulated running time (for example, 30min, which can be set); the user manually closes the heat storage function before heating; the user refuses to start the heat storage function before heating.
When preheating is changed into heating and other functions: and (4) quitting the preheating, directly changing the compressor, the electronic expansion valve and the four-way valve to the target action, and opening and closing the valve as fast as possible.
In summary, the invention can match different preheating operation modes according to the difference of the outer ring temperature, the difference of the inner coil temperature and the difference of the inner coil temperature variation trend, so as to make more reasonable parameter formulation, thereby more accurately controlling the coil temperature, ensuring that the inner coil temperature is more stable and the temperature jump range is smaller under the condition of not repeatedly starting and stopping the compressor, thereby reducing the energy waste and avoiding the unstable blowing temperature. Four preheating modes are used, intervals can be subdivided, and the temperature of the coil pipe can be controlled more accurately on the premise of not wasting energy. Meanwhile, the user has more control options, and energy waste caused by part of special conditions can be avoided. Likewise, the waste of energy in some special cases can be solved.

1. A preheating control method of an air conditioner is characterized by comprising the following steps:
controlling the air conditioner to enter a preheating mode according to the starting instruction;
controlling a compressor, an expansion valve and an outdoor fan of the air conditioner to operate, and preheating an indoor heat exchanger;
monitoring the temperature of an outer coil of the outdoor heat exchanger, the temperature of an outdoor environment and the temperature of an inner coil of the indoor heat exchanger in real time;
and under the condition that the temperature of the inner coil is less than the preset temperature, when the temperature of the outer coil is more than or equal to the outdoor environment temperature, controlling the outdoor fan to stop running.
2. The air conditioner preheating control method according to claim 1, wherein before controlling the air conditioner to enter the preheating operation mode according to the start instruction, the method further comprises:
and judging whether the air conditioner meets the preheating starting condition or not.
3. The air conditioner preheating control method according to claim 2, wherein the preheating start condition specifically includes:
the air conditioner is allowed to start a preheating mode;
the outdoor environment temperature is lower than the preset outdoor temperature, and the indoor environment temperature is lower than the preset indoor temperature;
and at least one of the normal operation of each component of the internal machine and the external machine of the air conditioner.
4. The air conditioner preheating control method according to claim 1, wherein the start instruction specifically includes:
starting a preheating mode immediately;
or starting a preheating mode at a preset time;
or starting the preheating mode at a preset time before the set starting time of the air conditioner.

when the temperature of the inner coil is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature and is in a descending trend, controlling the air conditioner to operate in a third preheating mode;
and when the temperature of the inner coil is lower than a second preset temperature and is in a descending trend, controlling the air conditioner to operate in a fourth preheating mode.
7. The air conditioner warm-up control method according to claim 6, wherein the first preset temperature is equal to or greater than the second preset temperature;
under the condition that interior coil pipe temperature is less than preset temperature, when outer coil pipe temperature more than or equal to outdoor ambient temperature, control outdoor fan stop operation specifically includes: when the air conditioner operates in a first preheating mode or a fourth preheating mode, controlling an outdoor fan to stop operating when the temperature of the outer coil pipe is greater than or equal to the outdoor environment temperature; otherwise, controlling the outdoor fan to operate according to the preset rotating speed of the outdoor fan.
