Abstract

本发明涉及一种人工皮革及其制造方法。人工皮革包含基材、热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层、热塑性聚氨酯纤维层、糊剂层以及表面层。糊剂层具有热固型糊剂或高固型糊剂,且糊剂具有特定的贴合温度。此人工皮革的制造方法可于低温下进行贴合,且由其所制的人工皮革具有良好的手感度和/或平整度。

Description

人工皮革及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种人工皮革及其制造方法,并且特别涉及一种可低温贴合的人工皮革及其制造方法。
背景技术
在公知人工皮革制造方法中,有机溶剂被大量使用,而导致环境污染,其中前述有机溶剂常为高沸点及低挥发性的溶剂,例如二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)。在前述人工皮革制造方法中,需要使用高贴合温度来进行表面层与堆叠材的贴合,因而产生耗能的问题。再者,于贴合时,大量有机溶剂容易导致人工皮革平整度变差。此外,前述人工皮革制造方法所制的人工皮革的手感度仍不佳。因此,亟需一种新的人工皮革及其制造方法来改善前述的缺点。
发明内容
有鉴于上述的问题,本发明的一方式是在提供一种人工皮革。人工皮革中的糊剂层具有特定的贴合温度的糊剂。因此,此人工皮革的制造方法可于低温下进行贴合。
本发明的另一方式是在提供一种人工皮革的制造方法,以制造前述的人工皮革。
根据本发明的一方式,提供一种人工皮革。人工皮革包含基材、设置于基材上的热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层、设置于热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层上的热塑性聚氨酯纤维层、设置于热塑性聚氨酯纤维层上的糊剂层、设置于糊剂层上的表面层。其中热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层介于热塑性聚氨酯纤维层与基材之间,且糊剂层介于热塑性聚氨酯纤维层与表面层之间。此外,糊剂层具有糊剂,且糊剂的贴合温度为60℃至150℃。
依据本发明的另一实施例,糊剂包含热固型糊剂和/或高固型糊剂。
依据本发明的再一实施例,表面层包含水性面料和/或油性面料。
根据本发明的另一方式,提供一种人工皮革的制造方法。在前述人工皮革的制造方法中,先提供基材,再熔喷热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层至基材上。接着,熔喷热塑性聚氨酯纤维层至热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层上,且热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层介于热塑性聚氨酯纤维层与基材之间。然后,热贴合基材、热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层及热塑性聚氨酯纤维层,以形成堆叠材。
在形成堆叠材后,形成糊剂层于表面层上,其中糊剂层包含糊剂。然后,加热糊剂层至贴合温度,以将糊剂层贴合至堆叠材的热塑性聚氨酯纤维层上,而制得人工皮革,其中贴合温度为60℃至150℃,且糊剂层介于表面层与热塑性聚氨酯纤维层之间。
依据本发明的一实施例,糊剂包含热固型糊剂和/或高固型糊剂。
依据本发明的另一实施例,热固型糊剂包含架桥试剂。
依据本发明的再一实施例,表面层包含水性面料和/或油性面料。
应用本发明的人工皮革及人工皮革制造方法,其中糊剂层具有糊剂,且糊剂具有特定的贴合温度,其中糊剂包含具有高挥发且低沸点的溶剂的热固型糊剂和/或具有低有机溶剂的高固型糊剂。藉此,人工皮革的制造方法可于低贴合温度下进行糊剂层与热塑性聚氨酯纤维层之间的贴合,且由其所制的人工皮革具有良好的手感度和/或平整度。

具体实施方式
以下仔细讨论本发明实施例的制造和使用。然而,可以理解的是,实施例提供许多可应用的发明概念,其可实施于各式各样的特定内容中。所讨论的特定实施例仅供说明,并非用以限定本发明的范围。
请参阅图1,此图是根据本发明的一实施例的人工皮革的结构示意图。本发明的人工皮革100包含基材110、设置于基材110上的热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层120、设置于热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层120上的热塑性聚氨酯纤维层130、设置于热塑性聚氨酯纤维层130上的糊剂层140以及设置于糊剂层140上的表面层150。其中,基材110可为本领域普通技术人员所熟知的基材,例如:不织布、织布或超细纤维等。
前述热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层120是用于接着基材110与热塑性聚氨酯纤维层130。热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层120是通过熔喷方式而形成于基材110上。在一些实施例中,热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层120的材质为热塑性聚氨酯树酯。
相同于热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层120,前述热塑性聚氨酯纤维层130亦通过熔喷方式来形成于热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层120上。在一些实施例中,热塑性聚氨酯纤维层130的材质为热塑性聚氨酯树酯。
糊剂层140是用于接着热塑性聚氨酯纤维层130与表面层150。糊剂层140包含糊剂。糊剂包含热固型糊剂和/或高固型糊剂。热固型糊剂包含热塑型聚氨酯(thermoplasticpolyurethanes,TPU)及架桥试剂,其中架桥试剂不为有机锡类架桥剂。在一些实施例中,架桥试剂可为脂肪族聚异氰酸酯等架桥剂。通过聚氨酯与架桥试剂产生架桥反应来提升热固型糊剂的耐水性、耐化性及耐候性等性质。举例而言,热固型糊剂可为二液型接着剂。
此外,热固型糊剂包含高挥发性且低沸点的溶剂,其中前述溶剂不为二甲基甲酰胺或甲苯。由于热固型糊剂的溶剂具有高挥发性及低沸点的特性,故可降低人工皮革制造方法的贴合温度。
热固型糊剂包含热塑型聚氨酯。在一些实施例中,前述聚氨酯的化学结构包含软链段(soft segment)及硬链段(hard segment),其中软链段为非结晶结构,软链段的分子量为1500至3000g/mole,且较佳为2000g/mole。其次,硬链段具有不对称的碳链的结构。前述软链段的结构赋予热固型糊剂非结晶性及在常温下呈现软质地的特性,以致于热固型糊剂在固化后形成具有柔软度及韧性的糊剂层140,从而改善人工皮革100的手感度。此外,热固型糊剂的热塑型聚氨酯的结构中的非结晶性软链段可降低高固型糊剂的贴合温度。
在一些实施例中,高固型糊剂包含聚氨酯,且其具体例为聚胺基甲酸乙酯。高固型糊剂不具有或具有少量有机溶剂,其中前述溶剂不为二甲基甲酰胺、丁酮或甲苯。高固型糊剂的有机溶剂含量很低,不需要高温加热来进行贴合,故可降低人工皮革制造方法的贴合温度。
在一些实施例中,糊剂的固形份为20至100%,其中热固型糊剂的固形份为20至40%,而高固型糊剂的固形份为90至100%。在热塑性聚氨酯纤维层130与表面层150的贴合过程,高固型糊剂不具有或具有少量有机溶剂,从而减少由有机溶剂所致的翘起问题,故高固型糊剂可改善人工皮革100的平整度。
在一些实施例中,糊剂的粘度为5000至30000cps,其中热固型糊剂的粘度为5000至15000cps,而高固型糊剂的粘度为5000至30000cps。一般而言,固形份愈高,粘度愈高;反之则相反。其次,固形份会影响粘度,且粘度会影响糊剂层140的厚度。使用粘度为5000至30000cps的糊剂进行涂布时,所形成的糊剂层140的厚度为0.16mm至0.30mm。厚度为0.16mm至0.30mm的糊剂层140具有柔软度且不易断裂,从而能够提升人工皮革100的手感度。
前述表面层150用于提供人工皮革100的图样或纹路。此外,表面层150可包含水性面料和/或油性面料。在一些实施例中,水性面料的材质可为水性聚氨酯树脂等,而且油性面料的材质可为油性聚氨酯树脂等。在一些实施例中,水性面料及油性面料均可用于热固型糊剂及高固型糊剂。较佳地,油性面料适用于热固型糊剂,水性面料适用于高固型糊剂。
请同时参阅图1与图2,其中图2是根据本发明的一实施例的人工皮革的制造方法的流程图。在本发明的人工皮革100的制造方法200中,首先提供基材110,如步骤210所示。
在前述步骤210后,熔喷热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层120至基材110上,如步骤220所示。步骤220是通过熔喷方式使熔融的热塑性聚氨酯粒子形成热塑性聚氨酯纤维,并将前述纤维堆叠在基材110上,以形成热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层120。
在一些实施例中,在前述步骤210与步骤220之间,可选择性地对热塑性聚氨酯粒子进行干燥步骤,以降低热塑性聚氨酯粒子的含水率,从而利于熔喷的进行。
在前述步骤220后,熔喷热塑性聚氨酯纤维层130至热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层120上,其中热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层120介于热塑性聚氨酯纤维层130与基材110之间,如步骤230所示。如前所述,在一些实施例中,熔融的热塑性聚氨酯粒子是通过熔喷方式形成热塑性聚氨酯纤维层130。
由于热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层120是做为接着的用途,故热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层120的热塑性聚氨酯粒子通常具备低熔点,以提供优越的接着性。然而,热塑性聚氨酯纤维层130是提供人工皮革100手感度及剥离物性强度。因此,热塑性聚氨酯纤维层130的热塑性聚氨酯粒子的熔点比热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层120的热塑性聚氨酯粒子的熔点更高。
在一些实施例中,在前述步骤220与步骤230之间,进行热塑性聚氨酯粒子的干燥步骤。在前述步骤230后,热贴合基材110、热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层120及热塑性聚氨酯纤维层130,以形成堆叠材,如步骤240所示。在一些实施例中,步骤240是通过履带式贴合机或平面烫光轮来复合。
在前述步骤240后,形成具有糊剂的糊剂层140于表面层150上,如步骤250所示。糊剂层140及表面层150如前所述,故在此不另赘述。
在前述步骤250后,加热糊剂层140至贴合温度,以将糊剂层140贴合至堆叠材的热塑性聚氨酯纤维层130上,而制得人工皮革100,其中贴合温度为60至150℃,且糊剂层140介于表面层150与热塑性聚氨酯纤维层130之间,如步骤260所示。在一些实施例中,贴合温度较佳可为70至140℃。在其他实施例中,贴合温度较佳可为65至80℃。
如图2所示,虽然步骤250于步骤240后进行,但本发明不以此为限。在其他实施例中,步骤250于步骤240后进行,即先进行步骤210至240后,再进行步骤250。然而,在其他实施例中,步骤250可与步骤210至240同步进行,以获得堆叠材及具有糊剂层140的表面层150。然后,再进行步骤260。
人工皮革的制造方法200进一步可包含后加工塑型。在一些实施例中,后加工塑型的温度为90至110℃。较佳地,后加工塑型的温度为100℃。
举例而言,后加工塑型可例如为使用高周波来进行,使用公母模来塑型,或者使用真空吸塑来进行。高周波的伏特数为60至90V,电流值为3至4A、模温为50至100℃,且熔接秒数为5至10s。公母模塑型的上模温度为90至110℃,下模温度为90至110℃,热压时间为1至3min,且压力为25至100kg/cm2。真空吸塑的加热温度为90至120℃,加热时间为1至2min,吸塑时间为1至2min,且吸塑压力为-760mmHg。
以下利用实施例以说明本发明的应用,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作各种的更动与润饰。
人工皮革的制造
实施例1
使用100%回收的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)不织布做为基材110。接着,TPU粒子在60℃下干燥4小时后,以使含水率降至100ppm以下。然后,熔喷经干燥的TPU粒子,使其以纤维状方式铺叠在前述不织布上,以形成热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层。然后,用于形成热塑性聚氨酯纤维层的TPU粒子在80℃下干燥4小时后,以使含水率为100ppm以下。然后,熔喷前述TPU粒子,使其铺叠在前述热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层上,以形成热塑性聚氨酯纤维层。接着,使用履带式贴合机将热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层热贴合至热塑性聚氨酯纤维层,以形成堆叠材。
然后,将100克的油性聚氨酯树脂与1至10克的珠光进行混合后,涂布于离型纸上,其中涂布的薄膜厚度为0.13至0.18mm。接着,在100℃下烘干后,从离型纸上剥离前述薄膜,以形成油性面料。
承上,使用由三芳化学工业股份有限公司所生产的热固型糊剂,其中热固型糊剂包含具有分子量为1500至2500g/mole的软链段与具有不对称的碳链的硬链段的聚氨酯,且架桥试剂为脂肪族聚异氰酸酯。在热固型糊剂使用前,才将聚氨酯与架桥试剂进行混合。涂布热固型糊剂于前述油性面料上,所涂布的厚度为0.16至0.3mm。接着,在70℃下进行预烘,以在油性面料上形成糊剂层。再将前述糊剂层贴合至前述堆叠材的热塑性聚氨酯纤维层上,以制得实施例1的人工皮革,关于实施例1的具体条件如表1所示。
实施例2至4
实施例2至4采用与实施例1相同的方式进行,不同之处主要在于制造堆叠材所使用设备与条件、表面层的种类、糊剂的种类及贴合的条件。实施例2及4使用由三芳化学工业股份有限公司所生产的高固型糊剂及水性聚氨酯的表面层,其中高固型糊剂为高固形份的聚胺基甲酸乙酯的接着剂。实施例3使用包含具有分子量为1500至2500g/mole的软链段与具有不对称的碳链的硬链段的聚氨酯的热固型糊剂及油性聚氨酯的表面层。关于实施例2至4的具体条件如表1所示。
比较例1
比较例1为公知湿式工艺所制的人工皮革,其中使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯/耐纶(nylon)的基材、油性聚氨酯的纤维接着层、油性聚氨酯纤维层、含有DMF的油性聚氨酯的糊剂层、脂肪族聚异氰酸酯的架桥试剂及油性聚氨酯的表面层。糊剂层的厚度为0.16至0.3mm,且贴合温度为150℃。

评价方式
1.常温耐屈挠性
本发明此处所称的常温耐屈挠性是依据标准方法SATRA PM55进行试验,且其结果如表2所示。
2.剥离强度
本发明此处所称的剥离强度是依据标准方法NIKE G44进行试验,且其结果如表2所示。
3.软硬度
本发明此处所称的软硬度是在温度为22±2℃及湿度为50±10%的环境下进行测试,以软硬度计(由MSA公司制造,且型号为ST300),使用25mm的缩环,分别测量前述各实施例及比较例的人工皮革的三个不同的部位的软硬度,每一个部位测量一次,以三次数据计算出平均值,且其结果如表2所示。
4.翘边评估
本发明此处所称的翘边评估是使用本发明的技术领域中惯用的检测方法,针对人工皮革进行外缘翘起高度的量测,再根据前述翘起高度做评价,其具体评价标准如下,且其结果如表2所示。

请参阅上表2,此表显示本发明各实施例与比较例的人工皮革经过上述评价方式所获得的结果。相较于比较例1的湿式工艺所制的人工皮革,实施例1至4的所制得的人工皮革具有较佳的软硬度,从而具有较佳的手感度。再者,相较于比较例1的湿式工艺所制的人工皮革,实施例2及4所制得的人工皮革具有较小的外缘翘起高度,从而具有较佳的平整度,以利于后续的机器自动切割。
另一方面,就工皮革制工艺而言,比较例1的湿式工艺使用较高的温贴合温度(150℃),实施例1至4使用较低的温贴合温度(65至140℃),从而减少加工工艺的耗能。
综上所述,本发明的人工皮革包含基材、热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层、热塑性聚氨酯纤维层、糊剂层以及表面层。糊剂层具有糊剂,且糊剂具有特定的贴合温度,其中糊剂包含具有高挥发且低沸点的溶剂的热固型糊剂和/或具有低有机溶剂的高固型糊剂。故,此人工皮革的制造方法可于低温下进行贴合,且由其所制的人工皮革具有良好的手感度和/或平整度。

Claims (7)

1.一种人工皮革,其特征在于,该人工皮革包含:
一基材;
一热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层,设置于该基材上;
一热塑性聚氨酯纤维层,设置于该热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层上,且该热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层介于该热塑性聚氨酯纤维层与该基材之间;
一糊剂层,设置于该热塑性聚氨酯纤维层上,其中该糊剂层具有一糊剂,且该糊剂的一贴合温度为60℃至150℃;以及
一表面层,设置于该糊剂层上,且该糊剂层介于该热塑性聚氨酯纤维层与该表面层之间。
2.如权利要求1的人工皮革,其特征在于,该糊剂包含一热固型糊剂和/或一高固型糊剂。
3.如权利要求1的人工皮革,其特征在于,该表面层包含一水性面料和/或一油性面料。
4.一种人工皮革的制造方法,其特征在于,该人工皮革的制造方法包含:
提供一基材;
熔喷一热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层至该基材上;
熔喷一热塑性聚氨酯纤维层至该热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层上,且该热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层介于该热塑性聚氨酯纤维层与该基材之间;
热贴合该基材、该热塑性聚氨酯纤维接着层及该热塑性聚氨酯纤维层,以形成一堆叠材;
形成一糊剂层于一表面层上,其中该糊剂层包含一糊剂;以及
加热该糊剂层至一贴合温度,以将该糊剂层贴合至该堆叠材的该热塑性聚氨酯纤维层上,而制得该人工皮革,其中该贴合温度为60℃至150℃,且该糊剂层介于该表面层与该热塑性聚氨酯纤维层之间。
5.如权利要求4的人工皮革的制造方法,其特征在于,该糊剂包含一热固型糊剂和/或一高固型糊剂。
6.如权利要求5的人工皮革的制造方法,其特征在于,该热固型糊剂包含一架桥试剂。
7.如权利要求4的人工皮革的制造方法,其特征在于,该表面层包含一水性面料和/或一油性面料。
