本发明涉及中药处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于皮肤病治疗的中药处理方法。
背景技术
中药是指以中医药理论为指导,有着独特的理论体系和应用形式,用于预防和治疗疾病并具有康复与保健作用的天然药物及其加工代用品,皮肤病是皮肤(包括毛发和甲)受到内外因素的影响后,其形态、结构和功能均发生变化,产生病理过程,并相应的产生各种临床先后表现,中药治疗是皮肤病治疗的重要分支。
现今在利用中药对皮肤病进行治疗的过程中,多采用熏蒸的方式对中药进行处理使用,通过热效应对皮肤和血液的物理刺激作用、中药雾化对穴位经络效应以及血液自身循环效应,而对使用者皮肤进行治疗处理,但是实际进行处理使用的过程中,往往会造成大量中药成分的流失而无法充分利用中药成分,使得实际皮肤治疗过程中对中药利用率差,对皮肤的治疗效果差。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种用于皮肤病治疗的中药处理方法。
本发明提出的一种用于皮肤病治疗的中药处理方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:选取相应的中药材,准备对应份量的营养基、水以及发酵用菌种;
S2:将所选的中药材和营养基分别进行粉碎处理;
S3:将准备的水进行高温灭菌消毒处理;
S4:准备可供使用者躺平的发酵容器,将中药材粉、营养基粉和发酵菌种投入至容器内进行混合作业;
S5:向容器内添加经高温灭菌消毒后的水,再次进行混合作业,然后进行渥堆发酵;
S6:发酵过程中,周期性添加营养基粉,选择性添加水,添加后进行搅拌混合再继续发酵;
S7:发酵完成后,在容器内渥堆的药材粉中间挖开有供使用者躺平的凹槽,将周围药粉覆盖于使用者躺平后的上方皮肤上。
优选地,所述中药材选取1份量,对应准备0.1-1份量营养基,0.1-1分量水,0.1-1分量菌种。
优选地,所述中药材为香柏木、红豆杉、侧柏叶,银杏叶、艾草、红花、白鲜皮、薄荷叶、菊花、当归,赤芍,连翘,蒲公英,土茯苓,白花蛇舌草,荆芥,生甘草,黄芪,桂枝,大黄、黄连、金银花、麻黄,白花蛇舌草,车前草,夏枯草、川芎、郁金、没药、玫瑰花等中选取使用;
营养基为小麦、小米、玉米、大米、高粱、土豆、红薯、芋头、莲藕、山药等的至少一种;
菌种为枯草芽孢杆菌、费氏链酶菌、乳酸菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、青春双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌等的至少一种,优选采用枯草芽孢杆菌。

优选地,所述水添加时的温度范围设置为15-65摄氏度,发酵过程中周期性添加营养基粉时,通过观察水分剩余量进行水分添加。

实施例1
一种用于皮肤病治疗的中药处理方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:选取相应的中药材,准备对应份量的营养基、水以及发酵用菌种;
S2:将所选的中药材和营养基分别进行粉碎处理;
S3:将准备的水进行高温消毒处理;
S4:准备可供使用者躺平的发酵容器,将中药材粉、营养基粉和发酵菌种投入至容器内进行混合作业;
S5:向容器内添加消毒后的水,再次进行混合作业,然后进行渥堆发酵;
S6:发酵过程中,周期性添加营养基粉,选择性添加水,添加后进行搅拌混合再继续发酵;
S7:发酵完成后,在容器内渥堆的药材粉中间挖开有供使用者躺平的凹槽,将周围药粉覆盖于使用者躺平后的上方皮肤上。

实施例2
一种采用上述中药处理方法的应用,其应用方法为:根据皮肤病患者的病例选择使用相应的多种中药材以及确定具体的药材份量,按照上述方法对药材进行发酵处理,将人体埋入药材粉中或将温热的发酵药材粉敷在人体皮肤上,对皮肤病患者进行调理。
其治疗原理为:
(一)经皮吸收理论:
皮肤主要通过三个途径吸收外界物质,即角质层、毛囊皮脂腺及汗管口,其中角质层是皮肤吸收气体的最重要的途径。角质层的物理性质相当稳定,它在皮肤表面形成一个完整的半通透膜,在一定条件下气体以与水分子结合的形式,经过细胞膜进入细胞内。无论是活的还是死的角质细胞都有半通透性,它遵循菲克定律,即在低浓度时,单位时间、单位面积内物质的通透率与其浓度成正比。
皮肤有吸收外界物质的能力,称为经皮吸收。皮肤的主要吸收途径是渗透入角质层细胞,再经表皮其他各层到达真皮而被吸收;还可通过毛囊、皮脂腺和汗腺导管而被吸收。 皮肤被水浸软后吸收功能较强,水溶性物质不易被吸收,脂溶性物质则较易被吸收。皮肤吸收功能对维护身体健康不可缺少,并且是现代皮肤科外用药物治疗皮肤病的理论基础。
(二)中药熏蒸法
中药熏蒸是中药外治疗法的分支。中药熏蒸疗法又称为中药蒸煮疗法、中药汽浴疗、药透疗法、热雾疗法等。在一些少数民族地区,被称为"烘雅"。中药熏蒸是以热药蒸汽为治疗因子的化学、物理综合疗法。这种方法最早用于临床的自先秦就有记载,后世不乏其术。到清代,中药熏蒸趋于成熟。新中国成立后,随着科学技术的日新月异,中药熏蒸无论是理论还是实践均有相应发展,逐渐泛用于休闲保健、康复疗养和临床治疗精神疾病等诸多方面。
中药熏蒸法之所有有效果,主要是由于以下几点:
1、热效应的物理刺激作用
①、皮肤在热效应的刺激下,疏通腠理,舒经活络,放松肌肉,消除疲劳;
②、毛细血管扩张,行气活血,促进血液循环和淋巴循环,改善周围组织的营养状况,同时排废排毒,使得机体气血畅通,代谢平衡,改善亚健康;
③、热效应温通解凝,能促进血瘀和水肿的消散;
④、热是致病因子“风、寒、湿”的克星,能有效排除体内的“风、寒、湿”邪,对因“风、寒、湿”邪引起的疾病,热疗能起到非常明显的效果;
⑤人体器官在热效应作用下血液循环加快,活性增强,调节并维持这些器官功能的正常发挥。
2、穴位经络效应:
中药雾化气体中所含的芳香化浊、辛香走窜的药物离子作用于皮肤、腧穴后,在穴位经络效应和穴位的信息效应影响下,通过神经体液装置和经络系统,调节高级神经中枢、内分泌、免疫系统,从而达到迅速调整人体脏腑气血和免疫功能。
3、血液循环效应:
药物通过皮肤吸收后,一部分药物进入毛细血管,药物通过血液循环稳态扩散至全身,调节全身状况。
(三)生物发酵工程
生物工程,是以生物学(特别是其中的微生物学、遗传学、生物化学和细胞学)的理论和技术为基础,结合现代工程技术,充分运用分子生物学的最新成就,定向地改造生物或其功能,短期内创造出具有超远缘性状的新物种,再通过合适的生物反应器对这类"工程菌"或"工程细胞株"进行大规模的培养,以生产大量有用代谢产物或发挥它们独特生理功能一门新兴技术。
发酵工程是指采用工程技术手段,利用生物(主要是微生物)和有活性的离体酶的某些功能,为人类生产有用的生物产品,或直接用微生物参与控制某些工业生产过程的一种技术。人们熟知的利用酵母菌发酵制造啤酒、果酒、工业酒精,乳酸菌发酵制造奶酪和酸牛奶,利用真菌大规模生产青霉素等都是这方面的例子。随着科学技术的进步,发酵技术也有了很大的发展,并且已经进入能够人为控制和改造微生物,使这些微生物为人类生产产品的现代发酵工程阶段。现代发酵工程作为现代生物技术的一个重要组成部分,具有广阔的应用前景。例如,用基因工程的方法有目的地改造原有的菌种并且提高其产量;利用微生物发酵生产药品,如人的胰岛素、干扰素和生长激素等。
(四)小分子技术
凡分子量小于500个碱基的分子称之为小分子,小分子一般为简单的单体物质。从生物角度上说,小分子就是具有生物活性的小肽、寡肽、寡糖、寡核苷酸、维生素、矿物质、小分子团水、植物次生代谢产物及其降解产物如苷元、黄胴元、甙元、生物碱等。
天然小分子存在于真核生物细胞核和细胞质中,它们的长度为100到300个碱基(酵母中最长的约1000个碱基)。
自然界中主要有两种类型的小分子RNA:一类是snRNA(small、nuclear、RNA),存在于细胞核中;另一类是scRNA(small、cytoplasmic、RNA),存在于细胞质中。
小分子RNA通常与蛋白质组成复合物,、在细胞的生命活动中起重要的作用,、某些snRNPs和剪接作用密切相关,它们分别与供体和受体剪接位点以及分支顺序相互补。scRNA参与蛋白质的合成和运输,、如SRP颗粒就是一种由一个7SRNA和蛋白质组成的核糖核蛋白体颗粒,主要功能是识别信号肽,、并将核糖体引导到内质网。
外部营养的摄入是人的生存之本。外部营养在体内消化成营养素的过程,是一个宏观到微观的系统工程。这个过程,从本质上说就是小分子化的过程,构成营养物质的小分子生命线。小分子是人体生命线的一个重要节点,小分子的数量、质量和组成结构、工作效率决定了人的生老病死,轻则关乎皮肤的细微变化,重则关乎人的生长、存续、健康、寿命和最后生命。
人体内的小分子生命线本来就存在着局限性,随着各种人为和非人为的损伤、小分子生命线受到不同程度的侵害。这些小分子生命线的损伤直接影响了人体各系统的给养、各系统都得到损害,与人体各种已生病态形成倍增效应、产生新的不健康效应和新的病变。
小分子相对于大分子来说最大的区别在于其分子量小,具有生物活性,绝大部分可由人体不用再分解直接吸收,大大提升了吸收效率。
(五)生物酶技术
生物酶是由活细胞产生的具有催化作用的有机物,大部分为蛋白质,也有极少部分为RNA。生物酶是一种无毒、对环境友好的生物催化剂,其化学本质为蛋白质。酶的生产和应用,在国内外已具有80多年历史,进入20世纪80年代,生物工程作为一门新兴高新术在我国得到了迅速发展,酶的制造和应用领域逐渐扩大,
生物酶是具有催化功能的蛋白质。像其他蛋白质一样,酶分子由氨基酸长链组成。其中一部分链成螺旋状,一部分成折叠的薄片结构,而这两部分由不折叠的氨基酸链连接起来,而使整个酶分子成为特定的三维结构。生物酶是从生物体中产生的,它具有特殊的催化功能,其特性如下:、高效性:用酶作催化剂,酶的催化效率是一般无机催化剂的10^7~10^13倍。
酶蛋白与其它蛋白质的不同之处在于酶都具有活性中心。酶可分为四级结构:一级结构是氨基酸的排列顺序;二级结构是肽链的平面空间构象;三级结构是肽链的立体空间构象;四级结构是肽链以非共价键相互结合成为完整的蛋白质分子。真正起决定作用的是酶的一级结构,它的改变将改变酶的性质(失活或变性)。
作为大的分类,酶类分为"分解系酶"和"合成系酶"。比如说,将蛋白质分解成能被吸吸收(那样)大小的氨基酸,通过分解系的酶和吸收后的氨基酸来合成自身身体所必需的蛋白质,这些都是根据酶来进行的。
在本发明中所述发酵方法中,产生的酶主要有:
1、溶菌酶:溶菌酶可作为一种具有杀菌作用的天然抗感染物质,有抗菌、消肿及加快组织恢复功能等作用。
2、脂肪酶:脂肪酶(EC3.2.2.3,甘油酯水解酶)是分解天然油脂的酶,能将脂肪水解成甘油和脂肪酸,脂肪酸进一步进行B一氧化,每次脱下一个C2物,生成乙酰COA(N-环己基辛基胺),进入TCA(三羧酸)环彻底氧化或进入乙醛酸环合成糖类。
3、蛋白酶:微生物分泌的蛋白酶因菌种不同而异,例如枯草芽孢杆菌分泌明胶酶和酪蛋白酶,可以水解明胶和酪蛋白;费氏链酶菌分泌角蛋白酶,可以水解动物的毛、角、蹄的角蛋白。蛋白酶将蛋白质分解成肽,再经肽酶水解成氨基酸。
4、纤维素酶:纤维素酶是一个多组分酶体系,纤维素酶中的纤维素二糖水解酶又称为外切纤维素酶,由CHB、I和CHB、II两种酶组成,而内切葡聚糖酶,又称为内切纤维素酶,至少由5种纤维素酶(EG、I、EG、II、EG、HI、EG、IV、EG、V)组成。此外,还有13一葡萄糖醛酶。这些纤维素酶在纤维素的水解中具有协同作用。
5、淀粉酶:淀粉酶是水解淀粉和糖原的酶类总称,一般作用于可溶性淀粉、直链淀粉、糖元等α-1,4-葡聚糖,水解α-1,4-糖苷键的酶。根据酶水解产物异构类型的不同可分为α-淀粉酶(编号EC3.2.1.1.)、β-淀粉酶(编号EC3.2.1.2.)和γ-淀粉酶(编号EC3.2.1.3.)、异淀粉酶。
治疗原理:药材在微生物作用下,经过发酵,变成小分子,同时产生多种酶;发酵的同时产生热能,将人体埋入药材粉中或将温热的发酵药材粉敷在人体皮肤上,各种药材小分子及多种酶通过经皮吸收原理,进入身体,作用于疾病病灶点。由于发酵而产生的热能的辅助效果,身体对药效的吸收率和利用率更高,效果更好。
卫生安全原理:
1、巴氏低温杀菌:巴氏低温杀菌是一种相对较温和的热杀菌形式,处理温度通常在100℃以下,典型的巴氏杀菌条件是62~65℃、30min。巴氏杀菌可杀灭致病菌和不耐热的微生物。
2、以菌治菌:发酵菌种主要为枯草芽孢杆菌。枯草芽孢杆菌菌体在生长过程中产生枯草菌素、多粘菌素、制霉菌素、短杆菌肽等活性物质,这些活性物质对致病菌或内源性感染的条件致病菌有明显的抑制作用。枯草芽孢杆菌迅速消耗发酵物中的游离氧,造成发酵环境低氧,促进有益厌氧菌生长,间接抑制其它致病菌生长。
实施例3
一种采用实施例1的处理方法针对银屑病患者的应用,应用方法为:
发酵器皿:柏木木槽,尺寸为200cm*120cm*70cm。
发酵原料:香柏木、红豆杉、艾草、红花、白鲜皮、薄荷叶、菊花、当归,赤芍,连翘,蒲公英,土茯苓,白花蛇舌草,荆芥,生甘草,黄芪,桂枝,大黄、黄连、金银花、麻黄,白花蛇舌草,车前草,夏枯草等。
发酵菌种:枯草芽孢杆菌。
发酵营养基:玉米、小麦、大米,以比例3:1:1的混合粉。
使用前期,每天使用20分钟,银屑减少后调整为每5-7天使用一次,直至未再复发。
实施例4
一种采用实施例1的处理方法针对慢性荨麻疹患者的应用,应用方法为:
发酵器皿:柏木木槽,尺寸为200cm*100cm*70cm。
发酵原料:香柏木、红豆杉、艾草、地骨皮、五加皮、赤茯苓、白鲜皮、川芎、白芨、地黄、连翘、银杏叶、苋菜、当归、白芍等。
发酵菌种:枯草芽孢杆菌。
发酵营养基:玉米、小麦、大米,以比例3:1:1的混合粉。
使用时,每周一次,每次15-25分钟,直至未再复发。
实施例5
一种采用实施例1的处理方法针对红斑狼疮患者的应用,应用方法为:
发酵器皿:柏木木槽,尺寸为200cm*100cm*65cm。
发酵原料:香柏木、红豆杉、艾草、红花、地骨皮、五加皮、赤茯苓、白鲜皮、川芎、白芨、地黄、连翘、银杏叶、苋菜、当归、白芍、黄芪、党参、白术、灸甘草、陈皮、升麻、柴胡、桑白皮、甘草、粳未等。
发酵菌种:枯草芽孢杆菌。
发酵营养基:玉米、小麦、大米,以比例3:1:1的混合粉。
使用时,每3-5天一次,直至未再复发。
实施例6
一种采用实施例1的处理方法针对皮肤瘙痒患者的应用,应用方法为:
发酵器皿:柏木木槽,尺寸为200cm*100cm*70cm。
发酵原料:香柏木、红豆杉、艾草、薄荷叶、菊花、地骨皮、五加皮、赤茯苓、白鲜皮、川芎、白芨、地黄、金银花、连翘、银杏叶、苋菜、当归、白芍等。
发酵菌种:枯草芽孢杆菌。
发酵营养基:玉米、小麦、大米,以比例3:1:1的混合粉。
使用时,每周一次,直至未再复发。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于皮肤病治疗的中药处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:选取相应的中药材,准备对应份量的营养基、水以及发酵用菌种;
S2:将所选的中药材和营养基分别进行粉碎处理;
S3:将准备的水进行高温灭菌消毒处理;
S4:准备可供使用者躺平的发酵容器,将中药材粉、营养基粉和发酵菌种投入至容器内进行混合作业;
S5:向容器内添加经灭菌消毒后的水,再次进行混合作业,然后进行渥堆发酵;
S6:发酵过程中,周期性添加营养基粉,选择性添加水,添加后进行搅拌混合再继续发酵;
S7:发酵完成后,在容器内渥堆的药材粉中间挖开有供使用者躺平的凹槽,将周围药粉覆盖于使用者躺平后的上方皮肤上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于皮肤病治疗的中药处理方法,其特征在于,所述中药材选取1份量,对应准备0.1-1份量营养基,0.1-1分量水,0.1-1分量菌种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于皮肤病治疗的中药处理方法,其特征在于,所述中药材为香柏木、红豆杉、侧柏叶,银杏叶、艾草、红花、白鲜皮、薄荷叶、菊花、当归,赤芍,连翘,蒲公英,土茯苓,白花蛇舌草,荆芥,生甘草,黄芪,桂枝,大黄、黄连、金银花、麻黄,白花蛇舌草,车前草,夏枯草、川芎、郁金、没药、玫瑰花等中选取使用;
营养基为小麦、小米、玉米、大米、高粱、土豆、红薯、芋头、莲藕、山药等的至少一种;
菌种为枯草芽孢杆菌、费氏链酶菌、乳酸菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、青春双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌等的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于皮肤病治疗的中药处理方法,其特征在于,所述中药材粉的细度范围在10-200目,营养基粉的细度范围在30-300目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于皮肤病治疗的中药处理方法,其特征在于,所述发酵容器采用原木木槽,且其底部木板与地面之间保持有3-10cm的通风通气孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于皮肤病治疗的中药处理方法,其特征在于,所述水添加时的温度范围设置为15-65摄氏度,发酵过程中周期性添加营养基粉时,通过观察水分剩余量进行水分添加。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于皮肤病治疗的中药处理方法,其特征在于,所述水添加时的温度范围设置为50-60摄氏度,水采用高温杀菌方式进行热杀菌处理。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于皮肤病治疗的中药处理方法,其特征在于,所述发酵温度达到60摄氏度以上,且持续时间超过60分钟时,完成发酵作业,使用者在容器内将皮肤埋入药材粉中10-30分钟。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种用于皮肤病治疗的中药处理方法,其特征在于,所述使用完成后,再次向容器内添加营养基和水分,重新发酵至60摄氏度以上60分钟后即可供同一使用者再次使用。
