市面上的卸妆水对人体的皮肤、眼部和嘴鼻都带有一定的刺激性。且卸妆效果不够好。

一种大米酵素卸妆水,其原料组分及各原料的重量配比为:去离子水80-90%、保湿剂2-6%、有效卸妆组分3.5-7.5%、表面活性剂1.5-5%、螯合剂0.02-0.08%、防腐剂0.4-0.9%、皮肤调理剂0.0401-0.1601%、PH调节剂0.105-0.22%。
进一步,所述保湿剂包括甘油1-3%和二丙二醇1-3%。
其中,甘油和二丙二醇能够有效地吸附水分,从而达到保湿效果。
进一步,所述有效卸妆组分包括PEG-6 辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类2.5-4%和PEG-7 甘油椰油酸酯1-3.5%。

其中,酵母菌或大米发酵产物滤液中含多种活性成分,人的皮肤相当于小型生态圈,这些活性成分为生态圈增加了活力,促进细胞新陈代谢,达到护肤作用;神经酰胺3是一种脂质物质,人工合成成分,它和构成皮肤角质层的物质结构相近,能很快渗透进皮肤,帮助皮肤天然保护层的更新,能促进自然水合作用的平衡,和角质层中的水结合,形成一种网状结构,锁住水分;海水采用深海六角水,是一种渗透至潜藏着丰富养分地质层的,且经过大自然平衡过的深层海水,深海六角水是最适合细胞液的活力水,这种水处于原生态, 渗透力强, 最容易与生命体溶合,具有超强生物渗透力,可以有效地提高生物细胞的活性。
进一步,所述PH调节剂包括柠檬酸0.075-0.15%和柠檬酸钠0.03-0.07%。
其中,柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠皆用于调节本卸妆水的PH值,使得本卸妆水的PH值亲和人体肌肤和眼部。
上述大米酵素卸妆水的制作方法,步骤如下:
S1.制备去离子水;
S2.将定量的去离子水抽入乳化锅中进行搅拌,乳化锅的搅拌速度为5-12转/分钟,同时乳化锅升温至80-100摄氏度,将去离职水保温灭菌20-40分钟;
S3.将去离子水降温至60-75摄氏度,依次将有保湿剂、螯合剂加入至乳化锅中搅拌2-5分钟,直至去离子水与保湿剂、螯合剂搅拌均匀,制成混合物,乳化锅的搅拌速度为10-15转/分钟;
S4.将混合物降温至40-50摄氏度,依次将有效卸妆组分、表面活性剂、防腐剂加入至乳化锅中搅拌2-5分钟,直至去离子水、保湿剂、螯合剂、有效卸妆组分、表面活性剂、防腐剂混合均匀,制成半成品卸妆水,乳化锅的搅拌速度为10-15转/分钟;
S4.将半成品卸妆水降温至40摄氏度以下,将有皮肤调剂加入至乳化锅乳化锅中搅拌,乳化锅的搅拌速度为10-15转/分钟,然后加入PH调节剂,将乳化锅内的PH值调节至5-7,制成成品大米酵素卸妆水;
S5.检测成品大米酵素卸妆水的理化指标和微生物指标;
S6.检测合格的大米酵素卸妆水进行分装和包装。
进一步,所述步骤S1的去离子水制备过程具体如下:
a.对自来水进行过滤,使用精密的外松内紧结构的PP聚丙烯纤维滤芯初步过滤水源,可有效去除水中铁锈、泥沙、藻类等杂质;然后使用活性碳滤芯,吸附自来水水中的余氯,异色,异味,有机物;
b.对过滤完毕的水进行反渗透,使用反渗透膜对谁进行反渗透,膜孔直径小至纳米级,能精密的去除水中的细菌,病原体毒,金属离子;
c.将反渗透完毕的水进行纯化,使用核子级离子交换树脂,对水进行深度除盐,除去水中无机物离子,使纯水电阻率降低;
d.对纯化水进行杀菌,使用紫外线灭菌一对纯化后的水进行灭菌,消灭水中的细菌和降低水中有机物含量。
本发明的工作原理及优点在于:本大米酵素卸妆水能够亲和人体肌肤和人体眼部,且本卸妆水温和无刺激性,即使与人的眼部接触,也不会造成人的眼部损伤,且本卸妆水的卸妆效果佳,能够有效去除人体面部的妆容;本大米酵素卸妆水的制作方法,制作工艺简单,生产出的大米酵素卸妆水富含活性成分且不易变质。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式进一步详细的说明:
实施例一:
一种大米酵素卸妆水,其原料组分及各原料的重量配比为:去离子水86.7399%、保湿剂4%、有效卸妆组分5.3%、表面活性剂3%、螯合剂0.05%、防腐剂0.65%、皮肤调理剂0.1001%、PH调节剂0.16%。
所述保湿剂包括甘油和二丙二醇。
所述有效卸妆组分包括PEG-6 辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类和PEG-7 甘油椰油酸酯。
所述表面活性剂包括椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠和月桂酰肌氨酸钠。
所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
所述防腐剂包括羟苯甲酯和苯氧乙醇。
所述皮肤调理剂包括酵母菌或大米发酵产物滤液、海水和神经酰胺3。
所述PH调节剂包括柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠。
具体成分配比如下:
去离子水86.7399%、甘油2%、二丙二醇2%、PEG-6 辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类3.3%、PEG-7 甘油椰油酸酯2%、椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠2%、月桂酰肌氨酸钠1%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05%、甲酯0.15%、苯氧乙醇0.5%、酵母菌或大米发酵产物滤液0.05%、海水0.05%、0.0001%神经酰胺3、柠檬酸0.11%和柠檬酸钠0.05%。
上述的大米酵素卸妆水的制作方法,步骤如下:
S1.制备去离子水;
S2.将定量的去离子水抽入乳化锅中进行搅拌,乳化锅的搅拌速度为9转/分钟,同时乳化锅升温至90摄氏度,将去离职水保温灭菌30分钟;
S3.将去离子水降温至70摄氏度,依次将有保湿剂、螯合剂加入至乳化锅中搅拌3分钟,直至去离子水与保湿剂、螯合剂搅拌均匀,制成混合物,乳化锅的搅拌速度为12转/分钟;
S4.将混合物降温至45摄氏度,依次将有效卸妆组分、表面活性剂、防腐剂加入至乳化锅中搅拌3分钟,直至去离子水、保湿剂、螯合剂、有效卸妆组分、表面活性剂、防腐剂混合均匀,制成半成品卸妆水,乳化锅的搅拌速度为12转/分钟;
S4.将半成品卸妆水降温至40摄氏度以下,将有皮肤调剂加入至乳化锅乳化锅中搅拌,乳化锅的搅拌速度为12转/分钟,然后加入PH调节剂,将乳化锅内的PH值调节至5-7,制成成品大米酵素卸妆水;
S5.检测成品大米酵素卸妆水的理化指标和微生物指标;
S6.检测合格的大米酵素卸妆水进行分装和包装。
所述步骤S1的去离子水制备过程具体如下:

所述保湿剂包括甘油和二丙二醇。
所述有效卸妆组分包括PEG-6 辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类和PEG-7 甘油椰油酸酯。
所述表面活性剂包括椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠和月桂酰肌氨酸钠。
所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
所述防腐剂包括羟苯甲酯和苯氧乙醇。
所述皮肤调理剂包括酵母菌或大米发酵产物滤液、海水和神经酰胺3。
所述PH调节剂包括柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠。
具体成分配比如下:
去离子水80.1399%、甘油3%、二丙二醇3%、PEG-6 辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类4%、PEG-7 甘油椰油酸酯3.5%、椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠3.5%、月桂酰肌氨酸钠1.5%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.08%、甲酯0.2%、苯氧乙醇0.7%、酵母菌或大米发酵产物滤液0.08%、海水0.08%、0.0001%神经酰胺3、柠檬酸0.15%和柠檬酸钠0.07%。
本实施例的大米酵素卸妆水的制造方法与实施例一相同。
实施例三:
一种大米酵素卸妆水,其原料组分及各原料的重量配比为:去离子水90%、保湿剂2.5%、有效卸妆组分4.15%、表面活性剂2.5%、螯合剂0.02%、防腐剂0.5%、皮肤调理剂0.13%、PH调节剂0.2%。
所述保湿剂包括甘油和二丙二醇。
所述有效卸妆组分包括PEG-6 辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类和PEG-7 甘油椰油酸酯。
所述表面活性剂包括椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠和月桂酰肌氨酸钠。
所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
所述防腐剂包括羟苯甲酯和苯氧乙醇。
所述皮肤调理剂包括酵母菌或大米发酵产物滤液、海水和神经酰胺3。
所述PH调节剂包括柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠。
具体成分配比如下:
去离子水90%、甘油1.25%、二丙二醇1.25%、PEG-6 辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类2.65%、PEG-7 甘油椰油酸酯1.5%、椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠1.5%、月桂酰肌氨酸钠1%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.02%、甲酯0.2%、苯氧乙醇0.3%、酵母菌或大米发酵产物滤液0.06%、海水0.06299%、0.0001%神经酰胺3、柠檬酸0.13%和柠檬酸钠0.07%。
本实施例的大米酵素卸妆水的制造方法与实施例一相同。

Claims (10)
1.一种大米酵素卸妆水,其特征在于:其原料组分及各原料的重量配比为:去离子水80-90%、保湿剂2-6%、有效卸妆组分3.5-7.5%、表面活性剂1.5-5%、螯合剂0.02-0.08%、防腐剂0.4-0.9%、皮肤调理剂0.0401-0.1601%、PH调节剂0.105-0.22%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大米酵素卸妆水,其特征在于:所述保湿剂包括甘油1-3%和二丙二醇1-3%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的大米酵素卸妆水,其特征在于:所述有效卸妆组分包括PEG-6辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类2.5-4%和PEG-7 甘油椰油酸酯1-3.5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的大米酵素卸妆水,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂包括椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠1-3.5%和月桂酰肌氨酸钠0.5-1.5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的大米酵素卸妆水,其特征在于:所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
6.根据权利要求1所述的大米酵素卸妆水,其特征在于:所述防腐剂包括羟苯甲酯0.1-0.2%和苯氧乙醇0.3-0.7%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的大米酵素卸妆水,其特征在于:所述皮肤调理剂包括酵母菌或大米发酵产物滤液0.02-0.08%、海水0.02-0.08%和0.0001%神经酰胺3。
8.根据权利要求1所述的大米酵素卸妆水,其特征在于:所述PH调节剂包括柠檬酸0.075-0.15%和柠檬酸钠0.03-0.07%。
9.一种如权利要求1所述的大米酵素卸妆水的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
S1.制备去离子水;
S2.将定量的去离子水抽入乳化锅中进行搅拌,乳化锅的搅拌速度为5-12转/分钟,同时乳化锅升温至80-100摄氏度,将去离职水保温灭菌20-40分钟;

S4.将混合物降温至40-50摄氏度,依次将有效卸妆组分、表面活性剂、防腐剂加入至乳化锅中搅拌2-5分钟,直至去离子水、保湿剂、螯合剂、有效卸妆组分、表面活性剂、防腐剂混合均匀,制成半成品卸妆水,乳化锅的搅拌速度为10-15转/分钟;
S4.将半成品卸妆水降温至40摄氏度以下,将有皮肤调剂加入至乳化锅乳化锅中搅拌,乳化锅的搅拌速度为10-15转/分钟,然后加入PH调节剂,将乳化锅内的PH值调节至5-7,制成成品大米酵素卸妆水;
S5.检测成品大米酵素卸妆水的理化指标和微生物指标;
S6.检测合格的大米酵素卸妆水进行分装和包装。
10.根据权利要求8所述的大米酵素卸妆水的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1的去离子水制备过程具体如下:
