Problems to be solved by the invention
In the maintenance spot inspection work, there may be a report from the maintenance spot inspection target device due to an operation different from the normal operation. When the report in this case is handled as a report in normal operation, the workload of a maintainer or the like corresponding to the report increases.
The present invention has been made to solve such problems. The invention aims to provide a maintenance spot inspection auxiliary system, which comprises the following steps: the increase of the work load of the maintainer corresponding to the report can be suppressed irrespective of the explicit operation of the maintainer for notifying the work time of the maintenance spot inspection work.
Means for solving the problems
The maintenance spot inspection auxiliary system of the present invention comprises: a monitoring unit that receives a report from a maintenance point inspection target device, and recognizes the report from the maintenance point inspection target device, which is received during a period from the reception of a job declaration concerning the maintenance point inspection target device to the reception of a job completion declaration concerning the maintenance point inspection target device, as a report in a maintenance point inspection job of the maintenance point inspection target device; a job management unit that stores a spot inspection result of a maintenance spot inspection job, the spot inspection result being input by a maintainer who is performing the maintenance spot inspection job by selecting, for each of a plurality of spot inspection items included in the maintenance spot inspection job, from a plurality of determination results; and a maintenance terminal for outputting the job declaration to the monitoring unit when the maintenance spot inspection job is started and connected to the job management unit, receiving an input operation of a determination result by a maintainer during the maintenance spot inspection job, and outputting the job completion declaration to the monitoring unit when the connection to the job management unit is cut off when the maintenance spot inspection job is completed.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, a maintenance spot inspection support system includes a monitor unit, a job management unit, and a maintenance terminal. The monitoring unit receives a report from the maintenance spot inspection target device. The monitoring unit recognizes a report from the maintenance point inspection target device, which is received from a period from the reception of a job declaration concerning the maintenance point inspection target device to the reception of a job completion declaration concerning the maintenance point inspection target device, as a report in a maintenance point inspection job of the maintenance point inspection target device. The job management unit stores the inspection result of the maintenance inspection job. The spot inspection result is input by selecting a plurality of spot inspection items from a plurality of determination results for each of the plurality of spot inspection items by a maintainer who is performing maintenance spot inspection work. The plurality of spot inspection items are included in a maintenance spot inspection job of the maintenance spot inspection target device. When the maintenance terminal is connected to the job management unit at the start of the maintenance spot inspection job, the maintenance terminal outputs a job declaration to the monitoring unit. The maintenance terminal receives an input operation of a determination result by a maintainer during a maintenance spot inspection operation. The maintenance terminal outputs a job completion report to the monitoring unit when the connection between the maintenance terminal and the job management unit is cut off at the completion of the maintenance spot inspection job. Thus, the maintenance spot inspection support system can suppress an increase in the work load of the maintainer corresponding to the report, regardless of the explicit operation of the maintainer for notifying the operation time of the maintenance spot inspection work.

Embodiment 1
Fig. 1 is a block diagram showing the structure of a maintenance spot inspection support system according to embodiment 1.
The maintenance spot inspection support system 1 is a system for supporting maintenance spot inspection work by a maintainer 2. The maintenance spot inspection support system 1 is applied to, for example, a maintenance spot inspection operation of the maintenance spot inspection target device 3. The maintenance spot inspection target device 3 is, for example, a building equipment such as an elevator or an escalator installed in a building.
In this example, the maintenance spot inspection object device 3 includes a plurality of units 4. The unit 4 of the maintenance spot inspection target device 3, which is an elevator, includes, for example, a hoisting machine, and a car and a counterweight that move inside a hoistway extending in the vertical direction by the hoisting machine. The unit 4 of the escalator, i.e., the maintenance spot inspection target device 3, includes, for example, a driving unit, a plurality of steps that are circulated by the driving unit, and a pair of handrails.
The maintenance spot inspection target device 3 is managed by, for example, a manager 5 of a building. The manager 5 manages the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 using, for example, the management terminal 6. The management terminal 6 is an information terminal device used for management of the maintenance spot inspection target device 3. The management terminal 6 has a communication function of performing information communication in a wired or wireless manner. The management terminal 6 has a display function of displaying information or the like for communication. The management terminal 6 has an input function for receiving an input operation from the manager 5. The management terminal 6 is, for example, a personal computer.
The maintenance spot inspection support system 1 includes a maintenance terminal 7, a monitor 8, a job management unit 9, a performance management unit 10, a report generation unit 11, and an issuing unit 12.
The maintenance terminal 7 is an information terminal device used by the maintainer 2 in a maintenance spot inspection operation. The maintenance terminal 7 is, for example, a movable device held by the maintainer 2. The maintenance terminal 7 has an input function for receiving an input operation from the maintainer 2. The maintenance terminal 7 has a communication function of performing information communication in a wired or wireless manner. The maintenance terminal 7 has a clock function of acquiring information of the current time. The maintenance terminal 7 has a positioning function of acquiring information of the current position by a positioning system such as GPS (Global Positioning System: global positioning system) or an indoor positioning system, for example.
The monitoring unit 8 is a part for monitoring the state of the maintenance spot inspection target device 3. The monitoring unit 8 is connected to the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 so as to be able to receive a report from the maintenance spot inspection target device 3. Here, the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 reports to the monitor 8 when, for example, an abnormality or an abnormality occurs. The monitor 8 is provided in an information center, for example. The information center is a point where information of the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 is collected. The information center is, for example, a remote site of a building in which the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 is installed. The monitoring unit 8 notifies the operator of the information center of a report from the maintenance spot inspection target device 3, for example.
The job management unit 9 is a unit that performs maintenance spot job management of the maintenance spot inspection target device 3. The job management unit 9 stores, for example, the spot inspection result, the spot inspection history, and the spot inspection plan of the maintenance spot inspection job as maintenance spot inspection data, thereby performing management.
Here, the maintenance spot inspection job includes a plurality of spot inspection items. The inspection result of the maintenance inspection job is, for example, a determination result of an inspection item input from the maintenance terminal 7 in the currently performed maintenance inspection job by the maintainer 2. The determination result of the spot inspection item is input by, for example, the maintainer 2 who is performing the maintenance spot inspection operation selecting from a plurality of determination results. The plurality of determination results are, for example, "no abnormality", "treatment performed", or "need to deal with". Here, "no abnormality" means that no abnormality is found in the job of the spot inspection item. The term "execution of treatment" means that, for example, adjustment, cleaning, or the like is executed in a job of the spot inspection item. The term "need to deal with" means that the object of the spot inspection item needs to be repaired or replaced. The plurality of determination results are respectively ranked according to the importance degree. In this example, the importance of the determination result "need to deal with" is higher than the importance of the determination result "carry out treatment" and the importance of the determination result "no abnormality". The importance of the determination result "to perform treatment" is higher than the importance of the determination result "no abnormality".
The inspection history of the maintenance inspection job includes, for example, information on the maintenance inspection job that the report of the maintenance inspection job is approved by the manager 5. The information included in the checkup history of the maintenance checkup job is, for example, the execution timing of the maintenance checkup job and the checkup item included in the maintenance checkup job. The spot check plan of the maintenance spot check job includes, for example, information on a future scheduled maintenance spot check job. The information included in the spot inspection plan of the maintenance spot inspection job is, for example, the execution timing of the maintenance spot inspection job and the spot inspection item included in the maintenance spot inspection job.
The actual performance management unit 10 is a unit that manages the actual performance of the maintenance spot inspection work. The actual results management unit 10 stores and manages, for example, information identifying the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 that is the maintenance spot inspection target, the operation time of the maintenance spot inspection operation, and information including the maintenance person 2 who performed the maintenance spot inspection operation. Here, the job time includes information of a start time and a completion time.
The report generating unit 11 is a unit that generates a report of the maintenance spot inspection job from the maintenance spot inspection data managed by the job managing unit 9. The report generating unit 11 stores the regular text data and the recorded portion data. The setting text data is data in which a predetermined setting text is associated with a set of spot inspection items and determination results of the maintenance spot inspection operation. The recorded portion data is data in which 1 or more spot items are associated with recorded portions of a report of the maintenance spot operation.
The issuing unit 12 presents the report in response to a request from a viewer having viewing authority. The viewer is, for example, the manager 5. The issuing unit 12 stores the report generated by the report generating unit 11 so that the report can be presented. The issuer 12 is, for example, a web server. In this case, the viewer request is, for example, an HTTP request (HTTP: hypertext Transfer Protocol: hypertext transfer protocol) via a network.
Next, the function of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 will be described with reference to fig. 1.
When the maintenance spot inspection work starts, the maintenance operator 2 connects the maintenance terminal 7 to the work management unit 9 via a network, for example.
When connected to the job management unit 9, the maintenance terminal 7 may output information for identifying the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 that is the object of the maintenance spot inspection to the job management unit 9. The information for specifying the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 is, for example, information of the current position of the maintenance terminal 7 that is taken to the building in which the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 is installed.
The maintenance person 2 may check the spot inspection items included in the maintenance spot inspection job of the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 stored in the job management unit 9 through the maintenance terminal 7.
When connected to the job management unit 9, the maintenance terminal 7 outputs the current time as the start time of the job time of the maintenance spot inspection job to the actual results management unit 10. At this time, the maintenance terminal 7 outputs information for identifying the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 that is the maintenance spot inspection work target to the actual results management unit 10. When connected to the job management unit 9, the maintenance terminal 7 outputs a job declaration to the monitoring unit 8. The job declaration is, for example, a signal indicating the start of the maintenance spot inspection job. At this time, the maintenance terminal 7 outputs information for identifying the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 that is the maintenance spot inspection work target to the monitoring unit 8.
In the maintenance spot inspection work, the maintainer 2 performs spot inspection items included in the maintenance spot inspection work. The maintainer 2 selects and inputs the determination result for each of a plurality of spot inspection items for which the work is being performed, through the maintenance terminal 7.
When the maintenance spot inspection operation is completed, the maintainer 2 disconnects the maintenance terminal 7 from the operation management unit 9.
When the connection with the job management unit 9 is disconnected, the maintenance terminal 7 may output information for identifying the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 that is the maintenance spot inspection target to the job management unit 9.
When the connection with the job management unit 9 is disconnected, the maintenance terminal 7 outputs the current time to the actual result management unit 10 as the completion time of the job time of the maintenance spot inspection job. At this time, the maintenance terminal 7 outputs information for identifying the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 that is the maintenance spot inspection work target to the actual results management unit 10. When the connection with the job management unit 9 is disconnected, the maintenance terminal 7 outputs a job completion report to the monitoring unit 8. The job completion declaration is, for example, a signal indicating that the maintenance spot inspection job is completed. At this time, the maintenance terminal 7 outputs information for identifying the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 that is the maintenance spot inspection work target to the monitoring unit 8.
The monitoring unit 8 recognizes the time from the reception of the job declaration from the maintenance terminal 7 to the reception of the job completion declaration from the maintenance terminal 7 as the operation time of the maintenance spot inspection job. The monitor 8 recognizes a report received from the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 that is performing the maintenance spot inspection operation within the operation time of the maintenance spot inspection operation as a report in the maintenance spot inspection operation. In this example, the monitoring unit 8 does not report the report of the maintenance spot inspection work, for example, to an operator of the information center or the like.
The maintenance terminal 7 outputs a signal instructing to generate a report to the report generating unit 11 when, for example, the connection with the job managing unit 9 is disconnected when the maintenance spot inspection job is completed. At this time, the maintenance terminal 7 outputs information for identifying the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 that is the maintenance spot inspection work target to the report generation unit 11. The maintenance terminal 7 may output a signal instructing to generate a report to the report generator 11 according to an operation by the maintenance person 2.
The report generating unit 11 newly generates a report format corresponding to the maintenance spot inspection target device 3. The report generator 11 acquires maintenance spot data concerning the maintenance spot device 3 from the job manager 9. The report generating unit 11 generates report data from the acquired maintenance spot data and the stored data. The report generating unit 11 generates a report of the maintenance spot inspection job by outputting the generated report data in the generated format. The report generator 11 outputs the generated report to the issuer 12.
The report generator 11 notifies the job manager 9 that a report has been generated. The job management unit 9 stores the report generation status based on the notification. The report generation status includes, for example, no report generation, and the time at which the report is generated.
The issuing unit 12 stores the report input from the report generating unit 11. The issuing unit 12 issues the report by presenting the inputted report in response to a reading request from the manager 5. The issuing unit 12 notifies the manager 5 of the issue report. Alternatively, the administrator 5 may be notified of the issue report by a contact from the maintainer 2, for example. The report may be issued after approval by, for example, a boss of the maintainer 2.
The issuing unit 12 notifies the job management unit 9 that the report has been issued. The job management unit 9 stores the report issue status based on the notification. The report issue status includes, for example, no report issue, and the time of report issue.
The manager 5 transmits a request for reading the report to the issuing unit 12 via the management terminal 6.
The issuing unit 12 presents the report to the management terminal 6 in response to the received viewing request.
The manager 5 confirms the presented report. The manager 5 determines whether or not to accept the confirmed report and whether or not to perform the correction request. Here, the report correction request is, for example, a false registration in the report. The manager 5 outputs approval or correction requests to the issuer 12 via the management terminal 6.
When receiving a correction request from the management terminal 6, the issuing unit 12 outputs the correction request to the job management unit 9.
The job management unit 9 stores the inputted correction request. The job management unit 9 notifies the maintainer 2 of the inputted correction request.
The maintenance person 2 corrects the maintenance spot data stored in the job management unit 9 as needed in response to the notified correction request. In this example, the job management section 9 stores a correction history of the maintenance spot data. The maintenance person 2 corrects the maintenance spot data, for example, through the maintenance terminal 7. Alternatively, the maintainer 2 may correct the maintenance spot data by, for example, an information terminal device installed in a business office or the like. After correcting the maintenance spot data, the maintenance person 2 outputs a signal instructing to generate a report to the report generation unit 11 via the maintenance terminal 7. Alternatively, the job management unit 9 may output a signal instructing to generate the corrected report to the report generation unit 11 when detecting the correction of the maintenance spot data. Further, for example, the correction of the maintenance spot data may be applied after approval by the upper part of the maintainer 2 or the like.
The report generating unit 11 newly generates a format of a corrected report corresponding to the maintenance spot inspection target device 3. The format of the revised report may be the same as the format of the new report. The report generator 11 acquires maintenance spot data concerning the maintenance spot device 3 from the job manager 9. The report generation unit 11 generates corrected report data from the acquired maintenance spot data and the stored data. The report generating unit 11 outputs the generated report data in the generated format, thereby generating a report of the corrected maintenance spot inspection job. The report generator 11 outputs the generated corrected report to the issuer 12.
The issuing unit 12 stores the inputted corrected report. The issuing unit 12 issues the report by presenting the inputted report in response to a reading request from the manager 5. The issuing unit 12 notifies the manager 5 of the issue report.
The manager 5 outputs approval or correction requests to the issuer 12 via the management terminal 6.
When receiving approval of the report from the management terminal 6, the issuing unit 12 outputs the approval information to the job management unit 9.
The job management unit 9 stores the input approval information. The job management unit 9 locks a collection of spot inspection results of the maintenance spot inspection job which is the basis of the approved report. The click result in which the braid is locked is prohibited from being corrected. The job management unit 9 may manage the spot inspection result, which is the basis of the approved report, as the spot inspection history.
Next, an example of the report generated by the report generating unit 11 will be described with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a diagram showing an example of a report generated by the maintenance spot inspection support system according to embodiment 1.
Report 13 shown in fig. 2 includes integrated findings 14, integrated report 15, job content 16, and individual reports 17.
The integrated findings 14 are parts of the report 13 in which findings of the spot inspection results of the integrated maintenance spot inspection operation are described. The integrated findings 14 are represented, for example, by character strings.
The integrated report 15 is a part of the report 13 in which the spot inspection result of the integrated maintenance spot inspection operation is reported. The parts of the integrated report 15 include, for example, "control drive", "hoistway", and "car room". The integrated report 15 describes the determination result for each unit 4 of the maintenance spot inspection target device 3. Here, the unit 4 as the report object is extracted and described in the unit 4 of the maintenance spot inspection object device 3. In this example, the unit 4 of "machine 1", "machine 2", "machine 5" is extracted as the report object. The determination result is represented by a corresponding symbol. In this example, the symbol "check" corresponds to the determination result "no abnormality". The symbol "Σ" corresponds to the determination result "treatment is performed". The symbol "x" corresponds to the determination result "need to deal with".
The job contents 16 are parts of the report 13 in which, for example, the contents of a maintenance spot inspection job that is particularly required are described. The job content 16 is represented by a character string, for example.
Each of the unit reports 17 is a part of the report 13 reporting the inspection result of the maintenance inspection job for each unit. In this example, each section report 17 is a part of the entry of the integrated report 15 corresponding to the detailed report. The recording position of each report 17 corresponding to the recording position "control drive device" of the integrated report 15 is, for example, "control panel" or "hoisting machine". The recording site of each part report 17 corresponding to the recording site "hoistway" of the integrated report 15 is, for example, a "limit switch" or a "track". The recording site of each part report 17 corresponding to the recording site "car room" of the integrated report 15 is, for example, "car running state" or "on-car equipment" or the like. In each report 17, the unit 4 to be reported is extracted and recorded as in the integrated report 15. In each report 17, the determination result is indicated by a corresponding symbol, as in the case of the integrated report.
The report 13 may be described with, for example, identification information of a report of the maintenance spot inspection work, a report date, a date of execution of the maintenance spot inspection work, a responsible person of the maintenance spot inspection work, an inquiry destination, and the like.
Next, the report generation unit 11 generates a report with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
Fig. 3 is a diagram showing an example of the recorded portion data of the maintenance spot inspection support system according to embodiment 1.
Fig. 4 is a diagram showing an example of maintenance spot data of the maintenance spot assistance system according to embodiment 1.
As shown in fig. 3, the recorded portion data corresponds to 1 or more spot items and 1 recorded portion of the report. The report recording site is, for example, a comprehensive report recording site or a report recording site of each section. The spot item is determined by, for example, the job site, the object device, and the job item.
In this example, the spot inspection items corresponding to the recorded portion "control panel" of each report are the work item "abnormality/modulation" of the target device "control panel" of the work place "machine room", the work item "remote diagnosis" of the target device "control panel" of the work place "machine room", and the like. The inspection items corresponding to the description part "hoisting machine" reported by each part are the operation item "electromagnetic brake function inspection" of the target equipment "hoisting machine" of the operation site "machine room", the operation item "electromagnetic brake maintenance operation" of the target equipment "hoisting machine" of the operation site "machine room", and the like. The spot items corresponding to the recorded portion "control drive" of the integrated report are spot items corresponding to the recorded portion "control panel" of each report, spot items corresponding to the recorded portion "hoisting machine" of each report, and the like.
The report generating unit 11 stores not-shown regular text data. The setting text data corresponds the setting text to the set of point inspection items and judgment results of the maintenance point inspection operation. The setting text data is, for example, a setting text "the maintenance operation of the electromagnetic brake is performed. The "spot inspection item determined by the work item" electromagnetic brake maintenance work "of the target equipment" hoisting machine "of the work place" machine room "and the set of the determination result" treatment "are associated. In addition, the styling data will, for example, be the styling "need to replace the on-car switch. The "point detection item determined by the work item" on-car switch "of the target equipment" on-car equipment "of the work site" car "and the group of the determination result" need to deal with ".
As shown in fig. 4, as maintenance spot data, the job management section 9 stores spot results, spot histories, and spot reservations for each spot item and unit 4. Here, in fig. 4, the determination result "no abnormality" is represented by a symbol "check". The determination result "treatment applied" is indicated by a symbol "Σ". The determination result "need to deal with" is indicated by the symbol "x". In this example, the checkup history of the maintenance checkup job includes date data of the execution timing of the maintenance checkup job. In this example, the inspection plan of the maintenance inspection job includes date data of the execution timing of the maintenance inspection job. The spot history of the maintenance spot job may also include data of a plurality of maintenance spot jobs. The spot check plan of the maintenance spot check job may also include a reservation of a plurality of maintenance spot check jobs.
The report generator 11 generates a report from the maintenance spot data, for example, as follows.
The report generator 11 extracts the unit 4 to be reported. The report generating unit 11 extracts the unit 4 that has inputted the determination result to the inspection result of the maintenance inspection job. In this example, "machine 1" and "machine 2" are extracted from the spot inspection result of the maintenance spot inspection operation.
The report generating unit 11 extracts, for the unit 4 that has not inputted a determination result among the inspection results of the maintenance inspection work, the unit 4 that has inputted a determination result of higher importance than a preset level in the latest inspection history. In this example, the report generator 11 extracts the means 4 to which the determination result "need to deal with" or the determination result having a higher importance than that is input in the spot history. Here, the report generator 11 may ignore the determination result that the importance of the spot history of the maintenance spot job is lower than the determination result "need to deal with". In this example, "machine 5" is extracted from the spot inspection history of the maintenance spot inspection job.
That is, in this example, the report generation unit 11 extracts "machine No. 1", "machine No. 2", and "machine No. 5" as the report target unit 4 based on the spot inspection result of the maintenance spot inspection job and the spot inspection history of the maintenance spot inspection job.
The report generation unit 11 integrates the determination results concerning 1 or more spot items with respect to the extracted units 4 to be reported. The report generating unit 11 sets, for example, a determination result having the highest importance among the click items to be integrated as a determination result of the recorded portion to be integrated. The report generator 11 integrates the determination results input to the spot inspection results with respect to the unit 4 extracted from the spot inspection results. The report generator 11 integrates the determination results input to the spot history with respect to the unit 4 extracted from the spot history.
In this example, among the plurality of spot inspection items corresponding to the recorded portion "on-car equipment" reported by each portion of the unit "No. 5", the determination result having the highest importance among the determination results inputted to the spot inspection history is "need to deal with". Therefore, the report generating unit 11 sets "need to deal with" as a result of determination of the recorded portion "equipment on car" reported by each unit of the unit "No. 5". Among the plurality of spot inspection items corresponding to the description part "hoisting machine" reported by each part of the unit "No. 2 machine", the determination result having the highest importance among the determination results inputted to the spot inspection results is "carry out treatment". Therefore, the report generating unit 11 sets "treatment to be performed" as a result of determination of the description part "hoisting machine" reported by each part of the unit "machine No. 2". Among the plurality of spot inspection items corresponding to the description part "control panel" reported by each part of the unit "No. 1", the determination result having the highest importance among the determination results inputted to the spot inspection results is "no abnormality". Therefore, the report generating unit 11 sets "no abnormality" as a result of determination of the recording portion "control panel" reported by each unit of the unit "No. 1 machine".
Further, among the plurality of spot inspection items corresponding to the recording portion "control driving device" of the integrated report of the unit "No. 1", the determination result having the highest importance among the determination results inputted to the spot inspection results is "no abnormality". Therefore, the report generator 11 sets "no abnormality" as a result of determination of the "control drive device" at the recording site of the integrated report of the unit "machine 1".
The report generating unit 11 outputs the determination result regarding the recorded portion, which is obtained by integrating the results in the format of the report.
The report generation unit 11 obtains a regular document corresponding to the spot item and the set of the determination results input to the spot item, based on the regular document data. In this example, the determination result "implement treatment" is input to the spot inspection item determined by the work item "electromagnetic brake maintenance work" of the target equipment "hoisting machine" of the work place "machine room". At this time, the report generator 11 obtains a "regular script" and performs the maintenance work of the electromagnetic brake. "description as the content of the job". The determination result "need to deal with" is input to the spot check item determined by the work item "on-car switch" of the target equipment "on-car equipment" of the work site "car". At this time, the report generator 11 acquires the "need to replace the on-car switch" in the setting document. "description as the content of the job". Similarly, the report generator 11 may acquire a regular script registered as a description of the integrated findings.
The report generating unit 11 outputs the obtained regular text in the format of a report. Here, the report generating unit 11 may receive the collection of the maintenance person 2 through the maintenance terminal 7 for the output regular text.
Next, an example of the operation of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 will be described with reference to fig. 5 and 6.
Fig. 5 and 6 are flowcharts showing an example of the operation of the maintenance spot inspection support system according to embodiment 1.
Fig. 5 shows an operation flow of the maintenance spot inspection as a whole.
In step S11, the maintenance terminal 7 determines whether or not to connect to the job management unit 9. If the determination result is no, the operation of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 proceeds again to step S11. If the determination result is yes, the operation of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 proceeds to step S12.
In step S12, the maintenance terminal 7 performs maintenance spot inspection job start processing. The maintenance spot inspection job start processing includes, for example, output of the current time as the start time of the job time and output of the job declaration. Then, the operation of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 proceeds to step S13.
In step S13, the maintenance terminal 7 receives an input operation of a determination result concerning the spot inspection item. The job management section 9 stores the inputted determination result as a click result. Then, the operation of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 proceeds to step S14.
In step S14, the maintenance terminal 7 determines whether or not the connection with the job management section 9 is disconnected. If the determination result is no, the operation of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 proceeds to step S13. If the determination result is yes, the operation of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 proceeds to step S15.
In step S15, the maintenance terminal 7 performs maintenance spot inspection job completion processing. The maintenance spot inspection job completion processing includes, for example, output of the current time as the completion time of the job time and output of a job completion declaration. Then, the operation of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 proceeds to step S16.
In step S16, the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 performs a report generation process. Then, the operation of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 is ended.
Fig. 6 shows an operation flow of the report generation process of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1.
In step S21, the report generating unit 11 newly generates a format of the report. Then, the operation of the report generation process of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 proceeds to step S22.
In step S22, the report generator 11 acquires maintenance spot data from the job manager 9. Then, the operation of the report generation process of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 proceeds to step S23.
In step S23, the report generator 11 extracts the report object unit 4. Then, the operation of the report generation process of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 proceeds to step S24.
In step S24, the report generating unit 11 integrates the determination result concerning the spot inspection item into the determination result concerning the recorded portion based on the recorded portion data. Then, the report generator 11 outputs the integrated determination result in the format of a report. Then, the operation of the report generation process of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 proceeds to step S25.
In step S25, the report generating unit 11 acquires a regular expression corresponding to the set of the spot inspection item and the determination result from the regular expression data. Then, the report generating unit 11 outputs the obtained regular text in the format of the report, thereby generating the report. Then, the operation of the report generation process of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 proceeds to step S26.
In step S26, the report generator 11 outputs the generated report to the issuer 12. The issuing unit 12 issues the inputted report. Then, the operation of the report generation process of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 proceeds to step S27.
In step S27, the issuer 12 determines whether approval from the viewer is obtained. When the correction request is received without approval from the viewer, the job management unit 9 receives the correction of the maintenance spot data. Then, the operation of the report generation process of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 proceeds to step S28. When approval from the viewer is obtained, the operation of the report generation process of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 proceeds to step S29.
In step S28, the report generating unit 11 newly generates a format of the corrected report. Then, the operation of the report generation process of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 proceeds to step S22.
In step S29, the job management unit 9 locks the collection of maintenance spot inspection data. Then, the operation of the report generation process of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 ends.
As described above, the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 according to embodiment 1 includes the job management unit 9 and the report generation unit 11. The job management section 9 stores the spot inspection result of the maintenance spot inspection job. The spot inspection result is input by selecting a plurality of spot inspection items from a plurality of determination results for each of the plurality of spot inspection items by the maintainer 2 who is performing the maintenance spot inspection operation. The plurality of spot inspection items are included in the maintenance spot inspection work of the maintenance spot inspection target device 3. The report generating unit 11 generates a report for maintaining the spot inspection job based on the spot inspection result stored in the job managing unit 9.
In the maintenance spot inspection support system 1, the spot inspection result of the maintenance spot inspection job is managed based on the determination result of each spot inspection item input in the execution of the maintenance spot inspection job. The determination result input by the maintainer 2 who is performing the maintenance spot inspection work is stored as a spot inspection result. The report generating unit 11 generates a report of the maintenance spot inspection job based on the spot inspection result of managing the maintenance spot inspection job. In this case, the report generator 11 does not need to input data for the report by the maintainer 2. Therefore, the work load of data input by the maintainer 2 does not increase. Thus, the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 can reduce the work load of the maintainer 2 by automatically generating a report of the maintenance spot inspection work. In addition, when the maintenance spot inspection work is performed in parallel by a plurality of maintenance operators 2, the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 can generate a report that reports the spot inspection items to be performed without omission.
Further, the job management section 9 stores the checkup result of the maintenance checkup job performed in the past as the checkup history of the maintenance checkup job. The report generator 11 generates a report from the spot inspection history stored in the job manager 9 and the spot inspection result stored in the job manager 9.
Thus, in the case where there is an issue that is not handled in the current maintenance spot, such as an issue that is found to be handled in the past maintenance spot, the maintenance spot support system 1 can automatically generate a report that reports the issue without omission.
The report generating unit 11 stores the regular text data. The typing text data is data in which a preset typing text is associated with a set of spot inspection items and determination results. The report generation unit 11 generates a report so as to include a regular document based on the regular document data and the spot inspection result.
Thus, the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 can automatically generate a report expressed by an article. Thus, for example, even when the manager 5 does not grasp the maintenance spot in detail, the content of the report can be easily understood. Further, for example, the maintainer 2 easily specifies the content of the report to the manager 5.
The report generating unit 11 stores the recorded portion data. The recorded portion data is data in which a plurality of spot items are associated with recorded portions of a report of the maintenance spot operation. The report generation unit 11 generates a report so as to include a result on the recorded portion obtained by integrating the determination result of the spot item based on the recorded portion data and the spot result.
Thus, even when there are a plurality of spot items corresponding to the recorded portion of the report, the maintenance spot support system 1 can automatically generate the report to which the determination result concerning the recorded portion is input.
In addition, when the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 includes a plurality of units 4, the report generation unit 11 extracts the report target unit 4 from the plurality of units 4. The report generator 11 generates a report based on the determination result of the report unit 4.
With respect to the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 including the plurality of units 4, the maintenance spot inspection work may be performed over several days. In this case, it is sometimes necessary to report the maintenance spot inspection work daily. In this case, even when the maintenance spot inspection work is performed on only a part of the plurality of units 4, the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 can automatically generate a report that reports the units 4 on which the maintenance spot inspection work is performed without omission.
The maintenance spot inspection support system 1 further includes an issuing unit 12. The issuing unit 12 stores the report generated by the report generating unit 11. The issuing unit 12 presents the report in response to a request from a viewer having viewing authority.
Thus, the maintenance spot inspection assistance system 1 does not require a paper medium in the report to the manager 5. In addition, when the manager 5 is located remotely, the maintenance spot inspection work is also easily reported.
The issuer 12 receives approval from the viewer regarding the presented report. The job management unit 9 locks a collection of spot check results which are the basis of approved report forms.
Thus, the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 can suppress erroneous operation, falsification, and the like relating to the approved spot inspection result.
The issuer 12 receives a correction request from a viewer for the presented report. The report generating unit 11 newly generates a corrected report for maintaining the spot inspection work based on the spot inspection result which is the basis of the report for which the correction request is received.
Thus, the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 can cope with correction of erroneous records in a report. The report before correction is not covered. This can suppress correction of errors in the report, falsification, and the like.
The job management unit 9 stores the report issue status of the issue unit 12.
As a result, the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 can collectively manage, in the job management unit 9, whether or not a report or other issue status has been issued for the maintenance spot inspection job to be performed, together with the spot inspection result.
The job management unit 9 stores the status of the report generation unit 11 for generating the report.
In this way, the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 can collectively manage, in the job management unit 9, whether or not a report or other generation condition has been generated for the maintenance spot inspection job to be performed, together with the spot inspection result.
In the maintenance spot inspection support system 1, the maintenance terminal 7 receives an input operation of the determination result from the maintainer 2 during the maintenance spot inspection operation. The report generation unit 11 starts generating a report when the connection between the maintenance terminal 7 and the job management unit 9 is cut off when the maintenance spot inspection job is completed.
Accordingly, the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 can start generating a report of the maintenance spot inspection work without requiring the maintenance person 2 to perform a clear operation in association with completion of the maintenance spot inspection work. In the case where maintenance spot inspection work is performed in parallel by a plurality of maintenance operators 2, the report generation unit 11 may start generating a report when all of the plurality of maintenance terminals 7 held by the plurality of maintenance operators 2 are disconnected from the work management unit 9, for example.
The maintenance spot inspection support system 1 of embodiment 1 includes a monitor 8, a job management unit 9, and a maintenance terminal 7. The monitor 8 receives a report from the maintenance spot inspection target device 3. The monitor 8 recognizes a report received from the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 during the operation time period as a report in the maintenance spot inspection operation of the maintenance spot inspection target device 3. The work time is a period from when the monitoring unit 8 receives a work report on the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 to when the work completion report on the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 is received. When the maintenance terminal 7 is connected to the job management unit 9 at the start of the maintenance spot inspection job, it outputs a job declaration to the monitoring unit 8. The maintenance terminal 7 receives an input operation of the determination result by the maintainer 2 during the maintenance spot inspection operation. When the connection between the maintenance terminal 7 and the job management unit 9 is cut off at the completion of the maintenance spot inspection job, the maintenance terminal outputs a job completion report to the monitoring unit 8.
In the maintenance spot inspection support system 1, the spot inspection result of the maintenance spot inspection job is managed based on the determination result of each spot inspection item input in the execution of the maintenance spot inspection job. Therefore, the maintainer 2 connects the maintenance terminal 7 and the job management unit 9 at the start of the maintenance spot inspection job. The maintenance terminal 7 outputs the job declaration to the monitor 8 by triggering the connection start. The maintainer 2 cuts off the connection between the maintenance terminal 7 and the job management unit 9 when the maintenance spot inspection job is completed. The maintenance terminal 7 outputs a job completion report to the monitor 8, with the completion of connection as a trigger. Therefore, the monitoring unit 8 can identify the work time for performing the maintenance spot inspection work based on the start and end of the connection performed by the maintainer 2 as a part of the maintenance spot inspection work itself. The monitoring unit 8 recognizes a report received during the operation time of the maintenance spot inspection operation as a report in the maintenance spot inspection operation. The report is not handled as a report during normal operation. Thus, the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 can suppress an increase in the work load of the maintainer 2 corresponding to the report without explicit operation of the maintainer 2 for notifying the operation time of the maintenance spot inspection work.
The maintenance spot inspection support system 1 further includes a performance management unit 10. The actual results management unit 10 stores the work time of the maintenance spot inspection work. When the maintenance terminal 7 is connected to the job management unit 9 at the start of the maintenance spot inspection job, the current time is outputted to the actual result management unit 10 as the start time of the job time of the maintenance spot inspection job. When the connection between the maintenance terminal 7 and the job management unit 9 is cut off at the time of completion of the maintenance spot inspection job, the current time is outputted to the actual result management unit 10 as the completion time of the job time of the maintenance spot inspection job.
The maintenance terminal 7 outputs the start time of the maintenance spot inspection operation to the actual results management unit 10, with the start of connection as a trigger. The maintenance terminal 7 outputs the maintenance spot inspection completion time to the actual result management unit 10, with the end of connection as a trigger. Therefore, the performance management unit 10 can identify the work time for performing the maintenance spot inspection work based on the start and end of the connection performed by the maintainer 2 as a part of the maintenance spot inspection work itself. Thus, the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 can manage the actual results of the operation time of the maintenance spot inspection operation without explicit operation by the maintainer 2 for notifying the operation time of the maintenance spot inspection operation.
The maintenance terminal 7 may output the job declaration and the job completion declaration to the monitor 8 via the job management unit 9. For example, when the maintenance terminal 7 is connected to the maintenance spot inspection job at the start of the maintenance spot inspection job, the job management unit 9 outputs a job declaration to the monitoring unit 8. The job management unit 9 outputs a job completion report to the monitoring unit 8 when the connection with the maintenance terminal 7 is disconnected when the maintenance spot inspection job is completed.
Thus, the maintenance terminal 7 does not need to be directly connected to the monitor 8. Therefore, the communication processing in the maintenance terminal 7 becomes simple.
The maintenance terminal 7 may output the start time and the completion time to the actual results management unit 10 via the job management unit 9. For example, when the maintenance terminal 7 is connected to the maintenance spot inspection job at the start of the maintenance spot inspection job, the job management unit 9 outputs the start time to the actual results management unit 10. When the maintenance spot inspection operation is completed and the connection with the maintenance terminal 7 is disconnected, the operation management unit 9 outputs the completion time to the actual results management unit 10. Alternatively, the job management unit 9 may output the start time and the completion time input from the maintenance terminal 7 to the actual performance management unit 10 at different times from the start time and the completion time.
Thus, the maintenance terminal 7 does not need to be directly connected to the performance management unit 10. Therefore, the communication processing in the maintenance terminal 7 becomes simple.
The maintenance terminal 7 may output a signal for instructing to generate a report to the report generator 11 via the job management unit 9.
In addition, when the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 to which the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 is applied is an elevator, the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 is independent of the presence or absence of a machine room of the elevator, for example. In the case where the maintenance spot inspection target device 3 to which the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 is applied is an elevator, the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 is independent of the position of the elevator, for example, a hoisting machine in a hoistway or the like. The maintenance spot inspection target device 3 to which the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 is applied may be, for example, an elevator dedicated to small baggage. The maintenance spot inspection target device 3 to which the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 is applied may be, for example, a horizontal escalator.

In the case where the processing circuit has the processor 1b and the memory 1c, the respective functions of the maintenance spot inspection assistance system 1 are realized by software, firmware, or a combination of software and firmware. At least one of the software and firmware is referred to as a program. The program is stored in the memory 1c. The processor 1b reads out and executes the program stored in the memory 1c, thereby realizing the functions of the maintenance spot inspection auxiliary system 1.
The processor 1b is also called a CPU (Central Processing Unit: central processing unit), a processing device, an arithmetic device, a microprocessor, a microcomputer, a DSP. The memory 1c is constituted by, for example, a nonvolatile or volatile semiconductor memory such as RAM, ROM, flash memory, EPROM, EEPROM, etc., a magnetic disk, a floppy disk, an optical disk, a high-density disk, a mini disk, a DVD, etc.
In the case of a processing circuit with dedicated hardware 1a, the processing circuit is implemented for example by a single circuit, a complex circuit, a programmed processor, a parallel programmed processor, an ASIC, an FPGA or a combination thereof.
The functions of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 can be realized by a processing circuit. Alternatively, the functions of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1 can be realized by a processing circuit. Regarding each function of the maintenance spot inspection support system 1, one part may be implemented by dedicated hardware 1a, and the other part may be implemented by software or firmware. Thus, the processing circuit realizes the functions of the maintenance spot inspection assistance system 1 by the hardware 1a, the software, the firmware, or the combination thereof.
