Abstract

可以得到能够方便地检查电磁阀的接续状态及动作状态等的结构简便的电磁阀控制装置。将具有与各电磁阀11对应的多个手动操作开关30a~30n的开关单元3连接在集中设置的多个电磁阀11与利用控制器的控制信号控制上述各电磁阀通/断的串行单元2之间,可以进行将各手动操作开关切换到使电磁阀11与串行单元的输出端子21a~21n连接的第1切换位置和与电源端子20a,20b连接的第2切换位置的操作。

Description

电磁阀控制装置
本发明涉及在使用压缩空气等压力流体的流体压使用设备中可以简单地检查控制压力流体的电磁阀的接续状态及动作状态等的电磁阀控制装置。
例如,在工厂等新设置使用压缩空气等压力流体的流体压使用设备,或者进行现有设备的维修时,为了控制压力流体,需要严格检查与线路连接的电磁阀是否与控制器正确地连接,各电磁阀是否正确地动作。
在这种情况下,以往实际上是利用控制器使电磁阀动作着来进行检查的,但是,当将控制器从电磁阀的设置场所撤离开时,不仅操作麻烦,而且动作状况也难于确认,另外,为了个别地检查多个电磁阀,必须将检查用的开关及按钮等设置在控制器上,所以,控制器的结构及配线复杂。
本发明的课题旨在提供一种可以方便地检查电磁阀的接续状态及动作状态等的结构简便的电磁阀控制装置。
为了解决上述课题,按照本发明,提供的电磁阀控制装置的特征在于:具有用于控制压力流体的集中设置的多个电磁阀、根据控制器的控制信号控制上述各电磁阀通/断的串行单元和在上述电磁阀与串行单元之间实现电气连接的开关单元,上述开关单元具有与各电磁阀对应的多个手动操作开关,各手动操作开关可以将电磁阀切换到与串行单元的输出端子连接的切换位置,也可以将电磁阀切换到与电源端子连接的切换位置。
按照本发明的理想的结构形态,上述电磁阀、开关单元和串行单元集中地装配在共同的安装部件上。
为了能够确认上述开关单元的各手动操作开关处于工作时的切换状态即接收控制器的控制信号的切换状态,在各手动操作开关上分别设置与其手动操作连动地进行通/断的子开关,最好将这些子开关与检测端子之间串联连接。
另外,在本发明的极好的例子中,上述开关单元可以自由地装卸,通过将该开关单元拆卸下来,便可使电磁阀与串行单元直接连接。
在上述结构的电磁阀控制装置中,通过将任一手动操作开关切换到与串行单元的输出端子连通的切换位置,便可利用控制器的串行信号使该电磁阀接通,另外,通过切换到与供电端子连接的切换位置,便可接通电源,直接使电磁阀导通。
因此,不利用控制器控制串行信号的通/断,而通过切换操作开关单元的手动操作开关,便可方便地检查所希望的电磁阀的接续状态及动作状态等。
将所有的手动操作开关切换到与串行单元的输出端子接通的上述切换位置时,便和实际的工作状态一样,所有的电磁阀便根据控制器的串行信号而通/断。这时,由于各子开关也同时切换,使检测电路闭合,所以,利用与检测端子连接的检测器便可确认所有的手动操作开关处于串行信号接收端的切换位置。
图1是本发明的电磁阀控制装置的一个实施例的斜视图。

下面,参照附图详细说明本发明的一个实施例。在图1中,1是将用于控制压力流体的多个电磁阀11集中地组装而成的电磁阀集合体,2是利用控制器的控制信号控制上述各电磁阀11通/断的串行单元,3是使上述电磁阀11与串行单元2之间实现电气连接的开关单元,这些电磁阀集合体1和串行单元2以及开关单元3集中地装配在作为共同的安装部件的导轨4上,利用安装在该导轨4上的固定配件5从两侧支持住。
上述电磁阀11安装在用于将压力流体供给汽缸等的调节器的集流腔基座12上,将由这些电磁阀11和集流腔基座12构成的多个集流腔阀门10接合配置成横向并排状,并通过两端的端板13,14共同结合为一体,构成上述电磁阀集合体1。
在上述电磁阀集合体1的一边的端板13上,形成具有与各电磁阀11导通的多个端子的电气连接部15,电缆16通过插头16a可以自由装卸地与该电气连接部15和开关单元3之间相连接。另外,在上述端板13上设有与串行单元2的电源端子20a,20b(参见图2)接通的电源端子17a,17b。
另外,由图2可知,上述开关单元3具有与各电磁阀11对应的多个手动操作开关30a~30n,各手动操作开关30a~30n的操作棒31并排地配置在开关盒3a的上面。这些手动操作开关30a~30n具有第1~第3的3个触点1a,2a,3a,可以将上述操作棒31切换操作到与触点1a,2a,3a接触的第1~第3的3个切换位置。并且,各手动操作开关30a~30n的第1触点1a分别与设在串行单元2上的各电磁阀专用的输出端子21a~21n连接,第2触点2a分别与串行单元2的供电端子20a,20b的负端20b连接,第3触点3a开放,上述操作棒31通过上述电缆16个别地与电磁阀11的螺旋线圈11a~11n的一端连接,各螺旋线圈11a~11n的另一端与上述电源端子20a,20b的正端20a连接。
上述开关单元3与串行单元2之间的电气连接,也可以通过连接电磁阀集合体1和开关单元3的电缆而实现,也可以在各本体上直接形成插头和插座,通过相互插入而进行连接。或者,也可以直接利用插头和插座取代上述电缆16进行上述电磁阀集合体1和开关单元3的连接。总之,不论哪种情况,重要的是当将开关单元3取下来时能够使电磁阀集合体1和串行单元2实现电气连接。
另外,在上述开关单元3的各手动操作开关30a~30n上分别设有与其手动操作连动地通/断的子开关32a~32n,这些子开关32a~32n的第1触点1a和操作棒33串联连接在用于检测手动操作开关30a~30n的切换状态的检测端子34a,34b之间,当所有的手动操作开关30a~30n处于第1切换位置时,便由上述子开关32a~32n将检测电路闭合。
另外,上述串行单元2具有多个输入端子22(参见图1),这些输入端子22用于接收控制器的串行信号而与该控制器连接,同时与电源连接。
在具有上述结构的电磁阀控制装置中,当从串行单元2的输出端子21a~21n或电源端子20a,20b供电时,通过操作开关单元3的手动操作开关30a~30n,不利用控制器控制串行信号的通/断便可使所希望的电磁阀11进行通/断。即,通过将任一手动操作开关30a~30n的操作棒31从图2的第3切换位置(与第3触点3a接触的中立位置)切换到与第1触点1a导通的第1切换位置,便可利用串行单元2的输出端子21a~21n输出的串行信号使与该手动操作开关30a~30n对应的电磁阀11导通,通过再次切换到第3切换位置,便可使该电磁阀11断开。另外,通过将上述操作棒31切换到与第2触点2a导通的第2切换位置,便可接通电源,直接使电磁阀11导通。
当将所有的手动操作开关30a~30n切换到与第1触点1a导通的第1切换位置时,和实际的工作状态一样,所有的电磁阀11便根据控制器的串行信号而进行通/断。这时,由于各子开关32a~32n也同时切换到第1切换位置,将检测电路闭合,所以,利用与检测端子34a,34b连接的检测器便可确认所有的手动操作开关30a~30n处于第1切换位置(串行信号接收端)。另外,在上述检测电路中也可以连接当该检测电路闭合时进行闪烁的指示灯35。
这样,不利用控制器控制串行信号的通/断而通过操作开关单元3的手动操作开关30a~30n便可方便地检查所希望的电磁阀11的接续状态及动作状态等。
而且,通过将电磁阀集合体1和串行单元2以及开关单元3集中地装配在作为共同的安装部件的导轨4上,不仅操作简单,而且容易确认动作状态等。
在完成上述检查之后,根据需要也可以将开关单元3拆卸下来,这时,电磁阀集合体1和串行单元2可以直接实现电气连接。
如上所述,按照本发明,通过在电磁阀与串行单元之间设置开关单元,不利用控制器控制串行信号的通/断,只操作开关单元的手动操作开关便可方便地检查所希望的电磁阀的接续状态及动作状态等。

Claims (4)

1.电磁阀控制装置的特征在于:具有用于控制压力流体的集中设置的多个电磁阀、根据控制器的控制信号控制上述各电磁阀通/断的串行单元和在上述电磁阀与串行单元之间实现电气连接的开关单元,上述开关单元具有与各电磁阀对应的多个手动操作开关,各手动操作开关可以进行将电磁阀切换到与串行单元的输出端子连接的切换位置和与电源端子连接的切换位置。
2.按权利要求1所述的电磁阀控制装置的特征在于:上述电磁阀和开关单元以及串行单元集中地装配在共同的安装部件上。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的电磁阀控制装置的特征在于:开关单元的各手动操作开关分别具有与手动操作连动地进行通/断的子开关,这些子开关串联连接在用于检测手动操作开关的切换状态的检测端子之间。
4.按权利要求1~3的任一权项所述的电磁阀控制装置的特征在于:开关单元可以自由装卸,通过将该开关单元拆卸下来,可以将电磁阀与串行单元直接连接。
