Abstract
The invention relates to a side surface rotary knitting manufacturing process of a four-needle bed full-forming protective sports cap, wherein the cap is integrally formed and knitted at the upper end of a coat body part through a four-needle bed full-forming knitting process, the cap is covered on the face part, and an opening is arranged at the eye part of a human body; the front piece of the clothes body part is knitted by a front lower needle bed and a rear upper needle bed, the rear piece of the clothes body part is knitted by a rear lower needle bed and a front upper needle bed, and the clothes body part is directly integrally formed to be knitted into a connected clothes cap after the knitting of the clothes body part is finished; the one-piece hat is woven by a side surface rotary weaving method, and specifically comprises the following steps: (1) one side surface of the clothes connecting cap is defined as a front piece, and the other side surface of the clothes connecting cap is defined as a rear piece; (2) and (5) determining a knitting process model and then performing a knitting process. As shown in figure 1, the four-needle bed full-forming protective sports coat and hat of the invention is integrally formed and woven at the upper end of the coat body part by a four-needle bed full-forming weaving process, the coat and hat covers most of the face, and the part of the coat and hat positioned at the eyes of a human body is provided with an opening so as to expose the eye part; in the embodiment, the front piece of the body part is knitted by a front lower needle bed and a rear upper needle bed, the rear piece of the body part is knitted by a rear lower needle bed and a front upper needle bed (in the embodiment, the front side of the body is used as the front piece, and the back side of the body is used as the rear piece), and the body part is directly integrally formed and knitted to form the continuous clothes-cap after being knitted; the one-piece hat is woven by a side surface rotary weaving method, and specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) defining one side surface of the continuous clothes-cap as a front piece (a surface facing to the outer side of a paper surface in fig. 2), and defining the other side surface of the continuous clothes-cap as a rear piece (a surface facing to a back paper surface in fig. 2);

calculating a lateral surface rotary knitting process model according to a formula (1) and a formula (2), namely the number of knitting needles and the number of knitting lines in the width direction and the height direction of each part; as shown in fig. 4, is a development schematic view of the front knitting and knitting process model (only the development view of the front piece of the coverall is shown in the figure);
generally, the longitudinal density and the transverse density can be changed differently according to the material of the yarn, the machine number and the tissue structure of the weaving machine; in the first example, when 36N/2 wool yarn with a gauge of 15G and a plain stitch is adopted, the longitudinal density is 7.8 needles/cm and the transverse density is 10.5 lines/cm;
(3) and (3) a weaving process:

when the weaving at the neck root and the weaving at the neck middle and eye openings are carried out, the positions with larger change in width are adjusted by adopting the same row of the needle for multiple times of scattered retraction and extension due to the width difference of different parts in the width direction;
