Abstract

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method of knitting a non-slip tissue cloth, and in particular, clothes such as underwear and corrected underwear, as well as personal items such as hats, insoles, cushions and sheets, and sports such as tennis rackets and golf clubs. It can be used optimally as a grip for supplies.Either one side of the tissue cloth has a good touch, but the other side of the tissue cloth is non-slip due to the exposed surface tissue part knitted from polyurethane filament etc. It has excellent properties, good texture, smoothness, suppleness, and luster, and also exhibits good stretchability, recovery, durability, strength, air permeability, and heat retention.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a correction underwear especially for a woman to shape her body. The correction underwear includes, for example, a bra worn from the chest to the waist and a girdle worn on the lower limb, and an integrated brassiere and girdle includes a body suit.
The brassiere is on the lower edge and shoulder straps of the cup, and the girdle is on the waist opening, the abdomen, the lower edge of the hips, and the hem at the base of both legs in the leg hole where both legs are inserted. For the body suit, further, for the lower edge and shoulder strap of the cup part of the brassiere part for the body suit, and for the girdle part, the edges of the waist opening, the abdomen, the lower edge of the hips, and both leg holes for inserting both limbs Adhesives such as rubber and adhesive are applied to each shaping part in contact with the human body, such as the hem at the base of the limb, to measure the adhesion to the skin and prevent slippage and slippage In addition, there is one that exerts an anti-slip function (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
In addition, the tissue cloth used to make the corrected underwear tightens the extravagance, for example, belly and waist, corrects the body shape of the adherend, such as bust up and hip up, and if it becomes cramped after wearing An elastic cloth is used in order to exert a motor function without having to do so.
As this stretchable cloth, for example, there is a tissue cloth having a knitted structure in which a polyurethane yarn is knitted into a synthetic fiber yarn or a natural fiber yarn. The polyurethane yarn used for the tissue cloth of this knitted fabric has not only the elasticity but also the texture such as the touch and the like, the strength, the adhesion of the dye is good, and the dyeing is easy to wash. In order to prevent discoloration due to the above, a tissue cloth is knitted using a covering yarn obtained by winding another fiber yarn on the surface of a polyurethane yarn.

Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-76305 (pages 1-7, FIGS. 1-10)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as seen in
In addition, a feeling of pressure was felt due to the tightening force of an adhesive body such as rubber, or a pressure mark was applied to the skin.
In addition, the thickness of the tissue cloth itself becomes thick, and the user feels uncomfortable when wearing it, and the line from the top of the outer garment such as skirts and pants is conspicuous and unsightly. Also, the weight per unit area was considerably large.
[0006]
In addition, the above-mentioned conventional elastic cloth knitted using a covering yarn in which another fiber yarn is wound on the surface of a polyurethane yarn to produce a corrected undergarment, etc., is easy to stretch, feel and feel, and dyeing. In consideration of the fact that development has been made with an emphasis on making, etc., consideration has been given to the polyurethane thread being wrapped inside the tissue cloth without intentionally exposing the polyurethane thread on the front side or the back side of the tissue cloth Was woven.
Therefore, there has hitherto not been a knitted fabric developed with a focus on the anti-slip function of polyurethane yarn.
[0007]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional inconveniences, and in particular, is a single piece of tissue cloth woven so as to be positively exposed to the surface side of the tissue cloth using a polyurethane filament whose surface is not subjected to any processing. , One side shows the original texture of the fabric material such as softness, smoothness, suppleness, gloss, etc.At least the other side shows the anti-slip function by polyurethane filament at least, breathability, expansion and contraction It has excellent resilience, strength, and durability, and is thin and lightweight as a tissue cloth, especially in clothing such as underwear and correction underwear, as well as in hats and shoes. It can be optimally used for grips for personal items such as mats, cushions and sheets, and also for sports equipment such as tennis rackets and golf clubs. It does not cause itching due to unevenness or poor blood circulation, and it does not soften unlike the case of simply applying an adhesive to tissue cloth. The material does not fall off, there is no feeling of pressure due to the tightening force when worn, no traces are made on the skin, and the application work is unnecessary, the production process of the product is simplified, and the production efficiency is improved. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for knitting a non-slip tissue cloth which is inexpensive to manufacture.
