Optionally, the rotation transmission mechanism is composed of a first gear, a second gear and a third gear;
the first gear is fixedly connected with the first rotating roller coaxially, the third gear is fixedly connected with the second rotating roller coaxially, the second gear is rotatably connected to the shunt pipe, and the second gear is meshed with the first gear and the second gear respectively.
Optionally, each rotation transmission mechanism is connected through a belt transmission mechanism.
Optionally, the oil scraping piece comprises link and scraper blade two parts, link and shunt tubes fixed connection, scraper blade fixed connection is on the link, the head of scraper blade adopts the arc structure and offsets with one of first rotatory roller and second rotatory roller respectively.
The invention has the following advantages:
according to the invention, the plurality of shunt tubes are arranged, so that sewage in the sewage main pipe can be shunted into the plurality of shunt tubes for treatment, on one hand, the sewage treatment capacity can be accelerated by sharing treatment, and the continuous sewage treatment is facilitated, and on the other hand, the sewage is shunted, so that the sewage amount in each shunt tube is smaller, and the accurate and rapid oil-water separation is facilitated.
According to the invention, the first rotating roller and the second rotating roller are arranged on the shunt tube, and the macromolecular oleophylic and hydrophobic layers are arranged on the shunt tube, so that the greasy dirt, especially the greasy dirt on the upper layer, in sewage can be quickly adsorbed by the rotation of the first rotating roller and the second rotating roller, and the oil removal efficiency can be regulated by regulating the rotation speeds of the first rotating roller and the second rotating roller in combination with the oil scraping piece.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an oily sewage treatment apparatus includes a sewage main pipe 1 and a plurality of shunt pipes 2, the number of shunt pipes 2 being plural and communicating with the sewage main pipe 1.
Two grooves 6 are symmetrically formed in the upper end of the shunt tube 2, the grooves 6 are arranged to accommodate the first rotary roller 3 and the second rotary roller 4 conveniently, and it is worth mentioning that the areas of the grooves 6 are too large, so that good splash resistance is maintained.
The first rotating roller 3 and the second rotating roller 4 are respectively arranged in the two grooves 6, and the first rotating roller 3 and the second rotating roller 4 are both connected on the shunt tube 2 through shafts.
The first rotating roller 3 and the second rotating roller 4 are both provided with macromolecular oleophilic hydrophobic layers, so that greasy dirt on the upper surface of sewage is absorbed.
The polymer oleophylic and hydrophobic layer adopts one of a polypropylene layer, a polyurethane layer and a polystyrene layer. The polypropylene layer, the polyurethane layer and the polystyrene layer can be made into fiber mats so as to have better oil absorption performance.
The first rotating roller 3 and the second rotating roller 4 are in transmission connection through a rotation transmission mechanism 5. The rotation transmission mechanism is composed of a first gear 51, a second gear 52 and a third gear 53, and is specifically as follows:
the first gear 51 is fixedly connected with the first rotary roller 3 coaxially, the third gear 53 is fixedly connected with the second rotary roller 4 coaxially, the second gear 52 is rotatably connected to the shunt 2, and the second gear 52 is meshed with the first gear 51 and the second gear 53 respectively.
The rotating transmission mechanism 5 has the function of connecting the first rotating roller 3 and the second rotating roller 4 together so as to realize synchronous rotation of the first rotating roller 3 and the second rotating roller 4, and the other rotating roller can be synchronously driven to axially rotate by arranging a motor to drive the first rotating roller 3 or the second rotating roller 4 to rotate.
In this embodiment, each of the rotary actuators is connected by a belt actuator 7, the belt actuator 7 being composed of a plurality of pulleys and a belt, wherein the pulleys can be connected with the second gear 52 in each of the rotary actuators 5, and a belt sleeve is stretched over all the pulleys to synchronously supply the rotary power to the plurality of rotary actuators 5.
The shunt tube 2 is provided with an oil scraping piece which is attached to the first rotary roller 3 and the second rotary roller 4 and is used for scraping oil stains on the first rotary roller 3 and the second rotary roller 4.
The oil scraping piece is composed of a connecting frame 8 and a scraping plate 9, the connecting frame 8 is fixedly connected with the shunt tube 2, the scraping plate 9 is fixedly connected to the connecting frame 8, and the head of the scraping plate 9 is of an arc-shaped structure and is respectively abutted against one of the first rotary roller 3 and the second rotary roller 4. The arc structure can reduce the friction with the first rotary roller 3 and the second rotary roller 4 to avoid the dead condition of both jamming to take place, simultaneously the greasy dirt can be along the arc motion of arc structure under the effect of tension, avoids the greasy dirt to gather at the junction of two.
It should be noted that the number of the scraping plates 9 in the oil scraping member may be plural, and the plurality of scraping plates 9 are attached to the first rotating roller 3 or the second rotating roller 4, so that the oil stains on the first rotating roller 3 or the second rotating roller 4 can be scraped more thoroughly.
It should be noted that in this embodiment, the oil removal efficiency of the shunt tube 2 can be mentioned by adjusting the rotation speed of the motor, that is, the rotation speeds of the first rotating roller 3 and the second rotating roller 4, but more water can be thrown out correspondingly, and the oil removal efficiency can be adjusted in real time according to the diameter of the shunt tube and the actual conditions of the flow and the flow velocity of the liquid.
