Description

Marine oil spilling microbiological treatment recovery system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of marine oil spill microbial treatment and recovery, in particular to a marine oil spill microbial treatment and recovery system.
Background
The sea is the vast resource treasury on the earth and also the widest living place of aquatic life. In the process of developing oceans on a large scale, a series of problems inevitably occur, and oil spill accidents are one of the problems, and are gradually focused on. With the increasing development of ocean development and ocean transportation, the frequency of oil spill accidents at sea is increased correspondingly. The frequent occurrence of oil spill accidents not only wastes energy, but also causes damage to the ecological environment, which is difficult to recover.
In order to prevent, reduce and even eliminate the pollution of water areas, some engineering measures, such as oil suction ships, oil barriers and the like, must be taken. In addition, the spilled oil can be treated by manual recovery and means such as oil absorption material, oil treating agent, sedimentation treatment, combustion treatment and the like. These methods are all effective methods for solving the problem of oil spillage at present. The oil absorption felt is adopted to absorb the spilled oil on the sea, so that the resource waste can be effectively avoided; for example, patent No. CN202010699469.4 discloses a marine spilled oil cleaning catamaran for realizing two-degree recovery, which, although absorbing the marine spilled oil by an oil absorption felt and then collecting the marine spilled oil by pressing the oil absorption felt, still has the following defects:

Referring to fig. 2, since the first rotating shaft 302 moves clockwise around the second rotating shaft 309, when the oil absorption felt 301 on the first rotating shaft 302 contacts the arc-shaped pressing plate 203, the oil absorption felt 301 first contacts with the upper side of the arc-shaped pressing plate 203, and then the oil absorption felt 301 is attached to the arc-shaped pressing plate 203, while the transmission gear 306 at this time starts to engage with the toothed plate 307, and the first rotating shaft 302 starts to rotate; in the process of moving the oil absorption felt 301, the telescopic rod 207 starts to extend, and the length of the supporting rod 202 is unchanged, so that the oil absorption felt 301 is always attached to the arc-shaped pressing plate 203; when the oil suction felt 301 and the arc-shaped pressing plate 203 start to separate, the transmission gear 306 and the toothed plate 307 separate, and the arc-shaped pressing plate 203 returns to the original position under the action of the tension spring 206. The upper side of the arc-shaped pressure plate 203 in the embodiment is connected with the upper side of one end of the fixed pipe 112 close to the arc-shaped pressure plate through an extension spring 206.
In the specific implementation process of the system, referring to fig. 1-5, the oil suction mechanism is placed in the oil spilling region, the motor drives the second rotating shaft 309 to rotate clockwise, the three first rotating shafts 302 are driven by the connecting plate 303 to rotate clockwise by taking the second rotating shaft 309 as an axis, and when the oil in the oil spilling region is absorbed by the oil absorption felt 301, the three first rotating shafts 302 can push spilled oil to the front side of the oil suction mechanism to avoid oil spilling diffusion; in this embodiment, at least one of the three first rotating shafts 302 is in the seawater, which can ensure that the oil absorption mechanism is always in the oil absorption state; the first rotating shaft 302 which is drawn out of the sea surface slides the water attached to the oil absorption felt 301 on the first rotating shaft 302 into the sea water in the process of drawing out the sea surface until the first rotating shaft contacts with the arc-shaped pressing plate 203, so that the content of the sea water in the oil absorption felt 301 is reduced.
The first rotating shaft 302 which is used for drawing the sea surface is contacted and attached with the arc-shaped pressing plate 203, at the moment, the transmission gear 306 on the connecting plate 303 which is used for connecting the first rotating shaft 302 is engaged with the toothed plate 307, and in the process that the connecting plate 303 swings clockwise, the first rotating shaft 302 rotates, so that when the first rotating shaft 302 is attached with the arc-shaped pressing plate 203, the first rotating shaft 302 rotates, the first rotating shaft 302 attached with the arc-shaped pressing plate 203 rotates, oil in the oil absorption felt 301 can be fully extruded under the extrusion of the roller 205, the oil on the surface of the oil absorption felt 301 is scraped by the scraper 204, the oil enters the oil inlet pipe 113 through the suction inlet 402 on the arc-shaped pressing plate 203 under the action of the suction force of the absorption pump 110, and the extruded and scraped oil absorption felt 301 enters the sea water again;
in the process of absorbing oil by the absorption pump 110, the vent valve 109 is opened, so that oil and air are fully stirred in the absorption pump 110 and then injected into the first collection tank 102 in a foam state, firstly, bubbles are primarily adhered to the oil, the foam oil slides to the bottom of the first collection tank 102, at the moment, the air pump 108 is opened, micro bubbles are injected into the foam oil, the micro bubbles are adhered to the oil, and then, fine oil bubbles are generated; because the density of the oil is less than that of the seawater, the seawater sinks and the oil rises under the action of the micro bubbles; the oil can be effectively separated from water, and then the oil enters the second collecting tank 103 through the communicating pipe 104 in the form of fine foam, so that the water in the oil is further separated; the valve 106 is opened, and the seawater remained in the first collection tank 102 flows into the third collection tank 105, wherein the third collection tank 105 in this embodiment is a microorganism decomposition tank, and under the action of microorganisms, harmful substances in the seawater are decomposed to reach the standard of emission.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and it should be understood that the above embodiments are only for assisting understanding of the method and the core idea of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalents and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
