Abstract
The invention discloses an oily sewage treatment device, which relates to the technical field of sewage treatment and comprises a main sewage pipe and a plurality of flow dividing pipes, wherein the flow dividing pipes are communicated with the main sewage pipe, and two open grooves are symmetrically formed in the upper ends of the flow dividing pipes; a first rotating roller and a second rotating roller are respectively arranged in the two slots; the first rotating roller and the second rotating roller are in transmission connection through a rotating transmission mechanism; the first rotating roller and the second rotating roller are both provided with a macromolecular oleophylic hydrophobic layer; and the oil scraping piece is arranged on the flow dividing pipe and is attached to the first rotating roller and the second rotating roller. According to the invention, the plurality of the shunt pipes are arranged, so that sewage in the sewage main pipe can be shunted into the plurality of the shunt pipes for treatment, the apportionment treatment can accelerate sewage treatment amount and is beneficial to continuous sewage treatment on one hand, and the sewage diversion ensures that the sewage amount in each shunt pipe is less on the other hand, thereby being more beneficial to accurate and rapid oil-water separation.

With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of environmental protection requirements, the national first-level discharge standard of oily sewage is gradually increased, and the traditional oily sewage separation device is difficult to meet the discharge requirements, so an oily sewage treatment device with high treatment speed, simple structure and low cost needs to be provided. The common oily sewage treatment methods include gravity separation, centrifugal separation, membrane separation, ultrasonic separation, coalescence separation and the like, but the scheme either takes time to wait for oil-water stratification or needs to be carried out in a separate container, or takes time during oil-water separation, and is not beneficial to carrying out rapid oil-water separation treatment.

The oil scraping piece is composed of a connecting frame 8 and a scraping plate 9, the connecting frame 8 is fixedly connected with the flow dividing pipe 2, the scraping plate 9 is fixedly connected onto the connecting frame 8, and the head of the scraping plate 9 is of an arc-shaped structure and is respectively abutted to one of the first rotating roller 3 and the second rotating roller 4. The arc structure can reduce the friction with first rotatory roller 3 and the rotatory roller 4 of second to avoid the dead condition of the two card to take place, the greasy dirt can be along the arc motion of arc structure under the effect of tension simultaneously, avoids the greasy dirt to gather at the junction of the two.
