Abstract
The invention discloses a new resource food for improving asthenopia, each part of which comprises 20 g of blueberry, 10 g of medlar, 10 g of tuckahoe, 10 g of yam, 400 mg of lutein, 5 g of xylitol and 50 g of maltodextrin, and the finished product is prepared by microwave pretreatment, soaking, stewing, filtering, drying ingredients, filling and packaging. The invention takes the new resource food which is approved by the state as the raw material, combines the traditional Chinese medicine concept to develop a green food which can be eaten for a long time, is convenient to take, can obviously improve the visual fatigue, and has obvious effects of improving the visual fatigue of people and delaying the eye diseases such as age-related macular degeneration and the like after being eaten for a long time.

The incidence of eye diseases of patients with diabetes is higher due to the pathological changes of the body.
Under the above background and current situation, a new resource food capable of improving the current situation of eyes of people is needed, and belongs to a food which can be eaten by people for a long time and has a significant effect of improving asthenopia.

According to the unique properties of different ingredients, different sugar contents, different boiling points and the like of medicinal materials, 20 g of blueberries and 10 g of poria cocos which are approved by the national ministry of health as raw materials of new-resource food are preferably selected, the two medicinal materials are washed and decocted by adopting a traditional Chinese herbal medicine method, the two medicinal materials are extracted in a full-ingredient mode by using modern equipment, the dried blueberries and the dried poria cocos are crushed by using purified water as a solvent according to the low sugar content commonality of the two raw materials, the purified water is respectively boiled and extracted twice by using 6-10 and 5-8 times of water, and the extracting solutions of the two times are combined.
According to the unique properties of different ingredients, different sugar contents, different boiling points and the like of medicinal materials, 10 g of Chinese wolfberry and 10 g of Chinese yam which are approved by the national ministry of health as raw materials of new-resource food are preferably selected, the two medicinal materials are subjected to full-ingredient extraction by modern equipment by adopting a traditional Chinese herbal medicine decocting method after being cleaned, the dried Chinese yam and the dried Chinese wolfberry are crushed according to the commonality of high sugar contents of the two raw materials, purified water is used as a solvent, maltodextrin is added, the mixture is respectively boiled by 6-10 and 5-8 times of water for twice extraction, and the extracting solutions of the two times are combined.

Step three: preparing a Chinese wolfberry and Chinese yam extracting solution:
1. soaking fructus Lycii, rhizoma Dioscoreae, and maltodextrin in 200L purified water for 4 hr;

performing secondary cooking filtration, namely adding water into the medicine residues with the solution D filtered out, wherein the water addition amount is 5-8 times of the total weight of the medicine residues, heating to 90-100 ℃, decocting for 30-60 min, and filtering to obtain filtrate E;
4. and (4) combining the solutions, combining the filtrate D and the filtrate E obtained in the step (3), and uniformly mixing to obtain a solution F.
Step four: mixing the extracting solutions prepared in the third step, uniformly stirring, concentrating and evaporating water to obtain an extract, and spray-drying to obtain powder of 95 g.
Step five: adding lutein, weighing lutein and xylitol according to the formula, mixing into the powder obtained in the fourth step, and adding into a stirrer for uniformly mixing.
Step six: and (5) filling and packaging, namely quantitatively filling and packaging the powder obtained in the sixth step by an automatic filling machine, setting the filling amount to be 5 g, respectively and automatically filling the powder into edible aluminum foil bags, inspecting and packaging to obtain finished products.
The blueberry is adopted in the invention and is the best anthocyanin source. The anthocyanin in the blueberry is an important element for maintaining eye health and preventing visual impairment, and has the functions of protecting the capillaries of eyes and further promoting blood circulation; meanwhile, the compound has the capability of accelerating the regeneration of the visual violet (Visualpurple), which is an indispensable thing for good vision, and the anthocyanin is one of the known substances with auxiliary effects on the aspect of vision protection.
The lutein, also called plant lutein and carotenoid, is a pigment widely existing in green leaf vegetables, fruits, flowers and algae, and is one of main pigments in a macular area of a human retina, so that the damage of light to eyes and the damage of oxidative stress to the retina can be reduced. mixing the obtained solution C and the solution F, spray-drying to powder of 95 g, weighing lutein and xylitol according to the formula, mixing into powder of 95 g, adding into a stirrer, and uniformly mixing; and quantitatively filling and bagging the finally obtained powder by an automatic filling machine, setting the filling amount to be 5 g, respectively and automatically filling the powder into edible aluminum foil bags, and inspecting and packaging the edible aluminum foil bags to obtain finished products.
