Abstract

本发明公开了一种钢壳结构圆柱锂电池,包括一体成型的钢壳和位于钢壳底部的负极汇流片,两者采用焊接的方式进行固定,所述钢壳的底部外圈设置向下沉陷的下沉部,所述下沉部上设置凹陷的焊接槽,所述焊接槽为环形结构,且用于与负极汇流片进行激光点焊。本发明结构简单、设计合理;通过采用下沉陷的环形焊接槽,从而增加了钢壳与的负极汇流片接触面积,增加了导流量,从而适用于中大型电池使用。

本发明涉及电池技术领域,具体涉及一种钢壳结构圆柱锂电池。
背景技术
现在传统的电池,不管是1865的小电池,还是40140的中电池或63280的大电池,负极片一般采用中心点焊的方式与焊针进行焊接,焊针一般是铜针或氧化铝铜针,或是铜针焊接位有钨钢头,该方式由于接触面积较小,因此导流量也较小,需进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种钢壳结构圆柱锂电池。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种钢壳结构圆柱锂电池,其创新点在于:包括一体成型的钢壳和位于钢壳底部的负极汇流片,两者采用焊接的方式进行固定,所述钢壳的底部外圈设置向下沉陷的下沉部,所述下沉部上设置凹陷的焊接槽,所述焊接槽为环形结构,且用于与负极汇流片进行激光点焊。
进一步的,所述负极汇流片的中心设置凸起的电极,用以与钢壳底部电阻焊接,所述电极的两侧设置条形的焊接槽,用于同电芯负极集流体的焊接。
进一步的,所述焊接槽上涂置UV胶。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:
本发明结构简单、设计合理;通过采用下沉陷的环形焊接槽,从而增加了钢壳与的负极汇流片接触面积,增加了导流量,从而适用于中大型电池使用。

参看图1-3,一种钢壳结构圆柱锂电池,包括一体成型的钢壳1和位于钢壳底部的负极汇流片2,两者采用焊接的方式进行固定,钢壳1的底部外圈设置向下沉陷的下沉部11,下沉部11上设置凹陷的焊接槽12,焊接槽12为环形结构,且用于与负极汇流片2进行激光点焊。具体的,凹陷的焊接槽12与负极汇流片2进行充分接触,从而增加了接触面积,提高了导电量;本申请的结构同样也适合铝壳结构圆柱锂电池。
本实施例中,负极汇流片2的中心设置凸起的电极21,电极21的两侧设置条形的焊接槽22。电极21用以与钢壳底部电阻焊接,焊接槽22用于同电芯负极集流体的焊接。
本实施例中,焊接槽22上涂置UV胶,用于防锈。
表一为本发明的焊接槽钢壳电池和传统的点焊钢壳电池电池性能对比:

从表一可以看出,本发明的焊接槽钢壳电池具备更小的内阻和良好的放电温度,性能明显优于传统的点焊钢壳电池。

1.一种钢壳结构圆柱锂电池,其特征在于:包括一体成型的钢壳和位于钢壳底部的负极汇流片,两者采用焊接的方式进行固定,所述钢壳的底部外圈设置向下沉陷的下沉部,所述下沉部上设置凹陷的焊接槽,所述焊接槽为环形结构,且用于与负极汇流片进行激光点焊。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢壳结构圆柱锂电池,其特征在于:所述负极汇流片的中心设置凸起的电极,用以与钢壳底部电阻焊接,所述电极的两侧设置条形的焊接槽,用于同电芯负极集流体的焊接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢壳结构圆柱锂电池,其特征在于:所述焊接槽上涂置UV胶。
