本实用新型公开了一种高功率镍氢电池,属于化学电源领域。它包括壳体、芯体、正极、负极、正极集流片、负极集流片、电池盖和密封圈,正极汇集成平整端面后与正极集流片端面呈环形点焊连接,正极集流片与电池盖点焊连接;负极与负极集流片端面呈环形点焊连接,负极集流片与壳体底部点焊连接。本实用新型其正、负极集流效果良好,电池内阻可降到2mΩ(D型电池)以下,可以满足20~30C大电流放电的要求。

本实用新型涉及一种电池,尤其是镍氢电池,属于化学电源技术领域。
背景技术
目前,镍氢电池的应用领域越来越广,对电池性能的要求也越来越高,特别是在电动工具的领域,要求电池能以20C的电流连续放电。而目前大多数镍氢电池的内部结构为:负极片直接通过壳体相连,正极片采用点焊两个或三个极耳后与电池盖相连,其内阻一般为4.5mΩ(D型电池)左右,在高功率大电流放电条件下使用时,因电池的内阻较大,输出功率的性能不能完全满足使用要求。因此减小电池的内阻、提高镍氢电池在大电流工作条件下的输出功率实为必要。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有镍氢电池的上述不足,本实用新型提供了一种可大电流放电的高功率镍氢电池。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:高功率镍氢电池,包括壳体、芯体、正极、负极、正极集流片、负极集流片、电池盖和密封圈,正极汇集成平整端面后与正极集流片端面呈环形点焊连接,正极集流片与电池盖点焊连接;负极与负极集流片端面呈环形点焊连接,负极集流片与壳体底部点焊连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是,其正、负极集流效果良好,电池内阻可降到2mΩ(D型电池)以下,可以满足20~30C大电流放电的要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
参见图1-4,高功率镍氢电池,包括高功率镍氢电池,包括壳体1、芯体2、正极3、负极4、正极集流片5、负极集流片6、电池盖7和密封圈8,正极3汇集成平整端面后与正极集流片5端面呈环形点焊连接,正极集流片5与电池盖7点焊连接;负极4与负极集流片6端面呈环形点焊连接,负极集流片6与壳体1底部点焊连接。
本实用新型主要用于壳体外径大于20mm的电池(如SC型、C型、D型)。
镍正极采用发泡镍作为基体,通过湿法拉浆的方式将正极活性物质填充到基体中,并在拉浆时冲洗一条约4mm的光边(或用清粉机),不填充正极活性物质,这有利于正极的端面焊接。
镍负极采用冲孔钢带作为基体,通过湿法拉浆的方式将负极活性物质填充到基体中,并在拉浆时冲洗一条约2mm的光边,不填充负极活性物质,这有利于负极的端面焊接。
在卷绕芯体时,正极光边部份露出隔膜3.5~4mm,负极光边部份露出隔膜1.5~2mm,卷绕成的芯体见图2。
卷绕成芯体后,用专用磨极组的设备将正极端磨成平面;用专用点焊机将正极集流片5点焊在正极端面上,正极焊点9的位置如图4所示;用专用点焊机将负极集流片6点焊在负极端面上,负极焊点10的位置如图3所示。
将芯体装入镀镍壳体1中,并通过点焊的方式将负极集流片6点焊在壳体1底部。将正极集流片5与电池盖7采用点焊的方式连接。进行注液、封口等工序,电池如图1。再经过化成,即制作成高功率电池。

1.一种高功率镍氢电池,包括壳体(1)、芯体(2)、正极(3)、负极(4)、正极集流片(5)、负极集流片(6)、电池盖(7)和密封圈(8),其特征在于,正极(3)汇集成平整端面后与正极集流片(5)端面呈环形点焊连接,正极集流片(5)与电池盖(7)点焊连接;负极(4)与负极集流片(6)端面呈环形点焊连接,负极集流片(6)与壳体(1)底部点焊连接。
