Solid-state aluminum electrolytic capacitor
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of capacitors, and particularly relates to a solid-state aluminum electrolytic capacitor.
Background
With the rapid development of electronic information technology, the yield of consumer electronic products is continuously increased, and the development of capacitor industry is promoted, wherein a capacitor is an original element for storing electric quantity and electric energy, the capacity of the capacitor for containing electric charge is generally referred to as capacitor and is expressed by letter C, and the basic unit of the electric capacity is farad and is expressed by letter F; capacitors, which are capable of storing electric charge, are one of the most commonly used electronic components in electronic devices, and are widely used in electrical circuits for coupling, filtering, resonance, tuning loops, and control. The simplest capacitor is composed of polar plates at two ends and an insulating dielectric medium in the middle, after the capacitor is electrified, the polar plates are electrified to form potential difference, the whole capacitor is not conductive due to the insulating substance in the middle, but when the critical voltage of the capacitor is exceeded, the capacitor is broken down, and the capacitor can be conductive; the biggest difference between the solid-state aluminum electrolytic capacitor and the common capacitor is that different dielectric materials are adopted, the dielectric material of the solid-state aluminum electrolytic capacitor is usually a conductive high polymer material, ESR can be greatly reduced, and the temperature frequency characteristic can be improved, but in the prior art, the failure of the capacitor is mainly caused by the short circuit of a circuit, the short circuit current is too large, the internal temperature of the capacitor can be increased, and the internal pressure is increased; when the polarity of the capacitor is reversed, too high voltage on the circuit board can form large current in the capacitor, the capacitor is rapidly heated, the decomposition and failure of the internal electrolyte are caused, the circuit breaks down, a worker needs to use a universal meter to check the capacitors in the circuit one by one, the process is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the working efficiency is influenced.
The prior art also presents some technical solutions related to solid-state aluminum electrolytic capacitors, for example, a chinese patent with application number CN201810309964.2 discloses a solid-state aluminum electrolytic capacitor, which is formed by winding positive and negative foils and electrolytic paper into a core package, the positive and negative foils are riveted with leads, the leads on the core package pass through glue plug holes and are assembled with an aluminum shell together, wherein a conductive polymer grows in the core package, and polyimide material impregnated protective layers are formed at the aluminum foil cutting positions of the upper and lower surfaces of the core package, and are formed by impregnating the upper and lower surfaces of the core package formed by winding in a soluble polyamic acid solution and then heating to 220-320 ℃ for dehydration forming; the technical scheme improves the high ripple current resistance of the product, can effectively protect the position defect of the cut edge, reduces the leakage current of the product and improves the reliability of the product; but when this technical scheme can not solve the condenser and become invalid, the staff need use the universal meter to measure the investigation to the condenser one by one and to the protection problem of circuit, and this process is wasted time and energy, has caused the limitation of this scheme.
