Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of underground goaf filling and mining, in particular to a fan-shaped radial cemented paste filling method for a goaf at a gob-side entry retaining side.
Background
At present, the traditional goaf filling material is pure cement grouting or double-liquid grouting, cement has a large proportion, more cement needs to be consumed, the cost is high, and in addition, the goaf filling part has high strength due to the large specific gravity of the cement, so that the ground surface subsidence is uneven. The strength of the common goaf treatment is more than 0.5MPa, and is equivalent to the strength of the surrounding coal rock mass, and unnecessary waste is caused by no high-strength filling. The mining filling cost is greatly reduced due to the paste filling, and the roof contact performance and the integrity of the filling body are good, so that the ground pressure can be effectively controlled, and the safety level of mining activities is improved; at present, paste filling mining provides a safe and efficient way for mining mineral resources with the characteristics of deep burial, roof breaking and the like, and has the advantages of unique technology economy, environmental protection and safety. Therefore, aiming at the problems, the invention provides a fan-shaped radial cemented paste filling method for a gob-side entry retaining side goaf, which is a method for filling an in-situ goaf by taking waste rocks of a deep mine as a base material and cementing a high-water material into paste.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method for filling a sector radial cemented paste in a gob side gob of a gob side entry retaining side, which aims to ensure that the bearing capacity of a filling area is equal, gob overlying strata are uniformly loaded, and the bearing strength of the gob is equivalent to that of surrounding rock masses.
A method for filling a fan-shaped radial cemented paste in a gob-side gob, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, preparing two filling materials with slurry concentration of 30% and 75%;
step 2, determining the position of a roadside filling body at the gob-side entry retaining side from the beginning of opening the working face, and setting three roadside filling bodies as a gob-side goaf filling circulation at the gob-side entry retaining side;
step 3, calculating and determining the position of a bracket node corresponding to a working surface bracket in a gob filling cycle on the gob side according to the gob with the length of one half of the working surface on the gob side, wherein each isolation air bag is arranged at each corresponding determined bracket node to form a fixed-point gob curtain region, and a bracket node is arranged between two adjacent isolation air bags;
step 4, arranging curtain grouting holes and inner grouting holes in the goaf curtain area, wherein the curtain grouting holes are arranged along two sides of the goaf curtain area and are arranged in a fan shape, and the inner grouting holes are arranged in the middle of the goaf curtain area and are arranged in a fan shape;
step 5, filling materials with slurry concentration of 75% are injected into the curtain grouting holes, after slurry in the curtain grouting holes is solidified, filling materials with slurry concentration of 30% are injected into the inner grouting holes, and filling of a roadside filling body is finished;
step 6, repeating the steps 4-5 to complete a gob-side filling cycle;
and 7, repeating the steps 3-6 to finish the gob side filling along the gob entry.
Further, the preparation method of the filling material in the step 1 comprises the following steps:

Has the advantages that: the invention aims to equalize the whole bearing capacity of the goaf and simultaneously consider the economic benefit and the cost benefit, and the goaf is filled with the interval fan-shaped grouting. It is worth to be noted that, in each cycle set in the invention, due to the fan-shaped distribution form, the fan-shaped grouting filling areas between the two cycles have a strong and weak mutual assistance effect, so that the filling areas formed at the joint positions of the two cycles are similar to the fan-shaped middle filling area in strength, and finally, the whole fan-shaped filling areas formed in the invention have equal bearing capacity, uniformly bear overlying rocks of the goaf and slow down the overall subsidence of the earth surface.

and fourthly, arranging curtain grouting holes and internal grouting holes in the goaf curtain area, respectively filling and grouting filling materials with slurry concentration of 75% and 30% into corresponding curtain grouting holes 1 and internal grouting holes 2 according to two determined grouting hole positions shown in the figure 3, wherein the curtain grouting holes are arranged along two sides of the goaf curtain area and are arranged in a fan shape, the aperture of each curtain grouting hole is 120mm, the grouting diffusion radius is 5-10m, the hole spacing is 8m, the internal grouting holes are arranged in the middle of the goaf curtain area and are arranged in a fan shape, the aperture of each internal grouting hole is 100mm, the grouting diffusion radius is 15-20m, and the hole spacing between every two adjacent internal grouting holes is 20 m. after slurry in the curtain grouting hole is solidified, slurry with high fluidity is filled in the inner grouting hole, and a goaf filling area as shown in figure 2 is finally formed, so that the strong and weak mutual effect of the goaf filling area is achieved;
and seventhly, in order to enable the whole bearing capacity of the goaf to be equal and consider economic and cost benefits, the goaf is filled with interval fan-shaped grouting. It is worth to be noted that, in each cycle set in the invention, due to the fan-shaped distribution form, the fan-shaped grouting filling areas between the two cycles have a strong and weak mutual assistance effect, so that the filling areas formed at the joint positions of the two cycles are similar to the fan-shaped middle filling area in strength, and finally, the whole fan-shaped filling areas formed in the invention have equal bearing capacity, uniformly bear overlying rocks of the goaf and slow down the overall subsidence of the earth surface.
The sealing area formed in fig. 2 is filled with slurry, and the deeper the blackness is, the stronger the characteristic strength is.
