Abstract

本发明公开了一种中空绳,属于医疗器材技术领域,一种中空绳包括中空绳本体,所述中空绳本体包括多股丝线,若干所述丝线线径同轴形成螺旋状结构,所述中空绳本体由2‑20股丝线构成,所述中空绳本体的外径为0.05‑0.4mm,所述丝线的外径为0.0002‑0.04mm,所述丝线由不锈钢材料构成。本发明通过提供一种中空绳,这个设计和导丝的磨削段把中空绳套在磨削芯丝中间,使导丝在进入人体的同时,在体外扭转,力度会1:1的传送到病变区,推送性更好,在医生的远端操作更好的进入病变区,对病变的寻找血管微通道的力度更强。本发明还公开了一种具有该中空绳的导丝。

一种中空绳及具有该中空绳的导丝
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器材技术领域,尤其是涉及一种中空绳。此外,本发明还涉及一种具有该中空绳的导丝。
背景技术
在治疗环绕心脏的冠状动脉等血管中产生的狭窄、或治疗因钙化的进展而使血管内完全闭塞的部位(例如,慢性完全闭塞:CTO等)时,需要在球囊导管等治疗器具之前、将用于引导这些器具的导丝先行插入到血管中。
在现有技术中,导丝的磨削段是单根芯丝磨削,在进入人体心脏主动脉时,推送力和操控力极差,因导丝的磨削段线体过细达不到足够的力度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种中空绳,以解决现有技术中导丝进入人体心脏主动脉时推送力和操控力极差的技术问题。本发明的另一目的是提供一种具有该中空绳的导丝。
本发明提供一种中空绳,包括中空绳本体,所述中空绳本体包括多股丝线,若干所述丝线线径同轴形成螺旋状结构。
优选的,所述中空绳本体由2-20股丝线构成。
优选的,所述中空绳本体的外径为0.05-0.4mm,所述丝线的外径为0.0002-0.04mm。
优选的,所述丝线由不锈钢材料构成。
本发明还提供一种导丝,包括如权利要求1-4项任一所述的中空绳、外部线圈、芯轴和前端结合部,所述前端结合部设置在外部线圈上,所述芯轴设置在外部线圈内,所述芯轴设置在若干线材之间,所述中空绳环绕芯轴设置。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明导丝在进入人体的同时,在体外扭转导丝,力度会通过中空绳本体全部传送到病变区,推送性更好,在医生的远端操作更好的进入病变区,对病变的寻找血管微通道的力度更强。

本发明实施例还提供了一种具有该安全绳的导丝,包括上述所述中空绳、前端结合部3、芯轴4和外部线圈5,所述前端结合部5设置在外部线圈3上,所述芯轴4设置在外部线圈3内,所述安全绳设置在芯轴4的旁侧。

1.一种中空绳,其特征在于:包括中空绳本体(1),所述中空绳本体(1)包括多股丝线(2),若干所述丝线(2)线径同轴形成螺旋状结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中空绳,其特征在于:所述中空绳本体(1)由2-20股丝线(2)构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种中空绳,其特征在于:所述中空绳本体(1)的外径为0.05-0.4mm,所述丝线(2)的外径为0.0002-0.04mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种中空绳,其特征在于:所述丝线(2)由不锈钢材料构成。
5.一种导丝,其特征在于,其包括:如权利要求1-4项任一所述的中空绳、外部线圈(3)、芯轴(4)和前端结合部(5),所述前端结合部(5)设置在外部线圈(3)上,所述芯轴(4)设置在外部线圈(3)内,所述芯轴(4)设置在若干线材(2)之间,所述中空绳环绕芯轴(4)设置。
