Abstract
本发明公开了一种聚氨酯材料及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将聚氯乙烯(PVC)85‑110份,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)12‑28份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1‑60份混合,发泡剂1‑10份,发泡助剂0.1‑3份,填充剂0‑80份,经混合装置混合加工后,通过压延机碾压成片状,作为人造皮的皮革层,贴合于基布上,原料份数均为质量份数;(2)送入发泡烘箱,使发泡剂分解生成发泡结构,再经过压花机,在表面形成装饰花纹,制成所需耐低温人造皮。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,通过制备获得具有良好耐热性、耐寒性、抗冲击强度的聚氨酯树脂。
背景技术
聚氨酯树脂,用于航空、铁路、建筑、体育等方面;用于木制家具及金属的表面罩光;用于贮罐、管道、冷库、啤酒、发酵罐、保鲜桶的绝热保温保冷,房屋建筑绝热防水,也可用于预制聚氨酯板材;可用于制造塑料制品、耐磨合成橡胶制品、合成纤维、硬质和软质泡沫塑料制品、胶粘剂和涂料等;用于各类木器、化工设备、电讯器材和仪表及各种运输工具的表面涂饰。
聚氨酯树脂(Polyurethane Resin)作为一种具有高强度、抗撕裂、耐磨等特性的高分子材料,在日常生活、工农业生产、医学等领域广泛应用。
目前的工作生活中,大部分领域都已实现用聚氨酯树脂来代替一些高分子材料,并且在单一耐高温、耐低温等性能方面取得的很大突破,但其往往综合性能不高,在温度较高时发生软化现在,耐冲击性能下降,而在温度降低时容易变硬,发生断裂现象。
因此,为了经济的发展,有必要开发出一种具有良好耐高温、耐低温、抗冲击的聚氨酯树脂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,提高聚氨酯树脂的耐高温、耐低温性能、抗冲击强度。
本发明通过以下方法实现:
一种聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一基布层,第二基布层,水性聚氨酯树脂层;
其中,水性聚氨酯树脂层位于第一基布层和第二基布层之间;
将水性聚氨酯树脂层贴合于第一基布层和第二基布层后,送入压延机碾压成片状,控制片状厚度,随后送入烘箱,烘干后再经过压花机,在表面形成装饰花纹,制成所需聚氨酯树脂。
进一步的,所述水性聚氨酯树脂层包含水性聚氨酯弹性体、聚氯乙烯、领苯二甲酸二辛脂。
进一步的,按照质量份数计算,所述水性聚氨酯弹性体10-25份、聚氯乙烯80-100份、领苯二甲酸二辛脂1-50份。
进一步的,所述碾压温度为100℃-160℃。
进一步的,所述烘箱的温度为140℃-200℃。
进一步的,所述压花机温度为120℃-180℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、在聚氨酯树脂的水性聚氨酯树脂层中添加了水性聚氨酯弹性体,其具有在高温下塑化的特点,当外界温度过高,可防止聚氨酯树脂软化。
2、水性聚氨酯弹性体的选用,有效的在PVC和增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯之间形成缓冲基团,当外界冲击力过大时,能起到良好的缓冲作用,避免聚氨酯树脂断裂。
3、当外界温度过低时,水性聚氨酯弹性体可以作为良好的保护剂,缓解低温对PVC树脂的影响,避免聚氨酯树脂硬化,影响使用性能。
具体实施方式:
本发明具体按照以下步骤进行:将水性聚氨酯弹性体10-25份、聚氯乙烯80-100份、领苯二甲酸二辛脂1-50份,水性聚氨酯树脂层,贴合于第一基布层和第二基布层中间;送入烘箱,烘干,再经过压花机,在表面形成装饰花纹,制成所需聚氨酯树脂。
按表1中的原材料配方制备聚氨酯树脂。

1.一种聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一基布层,第二基布层,水性聚氨酯树脂层;
其中,水性聚氨酯树脂层位于第一基布层和第二基布层之间;
将水性聚氨酯树脂层贴合于第一基布层和第二基布层后,送入压延机碾压成片状,控制片状厚度,随后送入烘箱,烘干后再经过压花机,在表面形成装饰花纹,制成所需聚氨酯树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水性聚氨酯树脂层包含水性聚氨酯弹性体、聚氯乙烯、领苯二甲酸二辛脂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,按照质量份数计算,所述水性聚氨酯弹性体10-25份、聚氯乙烯80-100份、领苯二甲酸二辛脂1-50份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述碾压温度为100℃-160℃。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述烘箱的温度为140℃-200℃。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,,其特征在于,所述压花机温度为120℃-180℃。
