Abstract

本发明公开了一种负离子释放的防火板,是通过将依次堆叠的负离子释放功能的装饰贴面纸、芯层和装饰贴面纸热压成型制备而得;所述负离子释放功能的装饰贴面纸是原纸浸渍含负离子添加剂的三聚氰胺胶水制得;所述芯层是由玻璃纤维薄毡或者玻纤织物浸渍入芯层浸渍浆料而得,所述芯层浸渍浆料为树脂、负离子添加剂和无机填料的混合物。与现有技术相比,本发明将负离子加入防火板材,并且在芯层和表面都有负离子的释放,在防火等级达到不燃板材A级的前提下还能高效的释放负离子,检测发现,环境中的负离子大大增加,提高了其净化空气的效果,有益于人们的身体健康,同时玻纤的加入提高了板材的力学强度。

Description

一种负离子释放的防火板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于化工技术领域,涉及一种建材装修材料,尤其涉及一种负离 子释放的防火板及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有市面上的板材包括防火板材大部分不具有负离子释放功能,有的做 法是在板芯上直接增加负离子释放材料,由于板芯表面有装饰层,芯层的负 离子不能完全释放到空气中。有些仅仅是在表面装饰纸层添加负离子释放材 料,经过一段时间的磨损后,板材就会失去负离子释放功能。有些负离子释 放板材还存在功能单一,力学性能不足的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明目的:为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种负离子释放的防火 板及其制备方法,该板材在保证A级防火的前提下,可释放大量负离子。
本发明的技术方案:一种负离子释放的防火板,是通过将依次堆叠的负 离子释放功能的装饰贴面纸、芯层和装饰贴面纸热压成型制备而得;所述负 离子释放功能的装饰贴面纸是原纸浸渍含负离子添加剂的三聚氰胺胶水制 得;所述芯层是由玻璃纤维薄毡或者玻纤织物浸渍入芯层浸渍浆料而得,所 述芯层浸渍浆料为树脂、负离子添加剂和无机填料的混合物。
优选地,所述装饰贴面纸是一种具有负离子释放功能的装饰纸,它在原 纸上的浆料中含有的组分及各组分质量如下:释放负离子添加剂:5~15份; 三聚氰胺胶水:70~90份;分散剂1~5份。
优选地,所述芯层为由玻璃纤维薄毡或者玻纤织物浸渍含树脂、负离子 添加剂、无机填料成分浆料的预浸料堆叠而成。
上述负离子释放的防火板的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)制备负离子释放功能的装饰贴面纸;
(2)配制芯层浸渍浆料;
(3)将玻璃纤维薄毡或玻纤织物浸渍入步骤(2)所得芯层浸渍浆料, 预固化得预浸料;
(4)将步骤(1)和若干步骤(3)所得预浸料与一张装饰贴面纸堆叠后 热压成型。
优选地,步骤(1)的具体操作为:在原纸中添加5~15份释放负离子添 加剂、70~90份三聚氰胺胶水和1~5份分散剂,得具有负离子释放功能的 装饰贴面纸。
优选地,步骤(2)的具体操作为:常温常压下,将10~40份酚醛树脂或 环氧树脂或不饱和聚酯树脂,加入5~10份氢氧化铝或磷系阻燃剂或氮系阻燃 剂,去离子水10~40份,助剂1~5份(其中硅烷类偶联剂0.1~2份,渗透剂 0.1~2份,分散剂0.1~2份,消泡剂0.1~2份),再添加10~40份负离子添加剂, 得含负离子添加剂的芯层浸渍树脂浆料。
优选地,步骤(3)的具体操作为:将玻璃纤维织物或玻璃纤维薄毡浸渍 入树脂浆料,再在80~180℃条件下,烘干0.5~30min,即得到层状预浸料。
优选地,步骤(4)的具体操作为:依次将步骤(1)所得负离子释放功 能的装饰贴面纸、步骤(3)所得预浸料和一张装饰贴面纸堆叠,转至热压机 上进行热压复合,其中成型温度80~200℃,成型时间5~90min,成型压力 5~30MPa。
有益效果:本发明将负离子加入防火板材,并且在芯层和表面都有负离 子的释放,在防火等级达到不燃板材A级的前提下还能高效的释放负离子, 检测发现,环境中的负离子大大增加,提高了其净化空气的效果,有益于人 们的身体健康,同时玻纤的加入提高了板材的力学强度。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步具体的说明。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种防火板材,其制备方法为:
(1)配制5份释放负离子添加剂、90份三聚氰胺胶水、5份分散剂,将 原纸浸渍配制的胶水,得具有负离子释放功能的装饰贴面纸。
(2)常温常压下,将30份酚醛树脂加入6份氢氧化铝或磷系阻燃剂或 氮系阻燃剂,再添加30份负离子添加剂,去离子水33份,硅烷类偶联剂0.3 份,渗透剂0.3份,分散剂0.3份,消泡剂0.1份,混合后800r/min搅拌半小 时,得芯层浸渍树脂浆料。
(3)玻璃纤维薄毡浸渍入树脂浆料,后在150℃条件下,烘干25min, 即得到层状预浸料。
(4)依次将步骤(1)所得负离子释放功能的装饰贴面纸、5张步骤(3)所得预浸料和1张装饰贴面纸堆叠,转至热压机上进行热压复合,其中成型 温度140℃,成型时间15min,成型压力20MPa。
(5)热压成型后可在其表面直接贴抗菌装饰膜得到防火抗菌特种功能性 板材,产品燃烧等级达到A级。

Claims (9)

1.一种负离子释放的防火板,其特征在于,是通过将依次堆叠的负离子释放功能的装饰贴面纸、芯层和装饰贴面纸热压成型制备而得;所述负离子释放功能的装饰贴面纸是原纸浸渍含负离子添加剂的三聚氰胺胶水制得;所述芯层是由玻璃纤维薄毡或者玻纤织物浸渍入芯层浸渍浆料而得,所述芯层浸渍浆料为树脂、负离子添加剂和无机填料的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的负离子释放的防火板,其特征在于:所述装饰贴面纸是一种具有负离子释放功能的装饰纸,它在原纸上的浆料中含有的组分及各组分质量如下:释放负离子添加剂:5~15份;三聚氰胺胶水:70~90份;分散剂1~5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的负离子释放的防火板,其特征在于:所述芯层为由玻璃纤维薄毡或者玻纤织物浸渍含树脂、负离子添加剂、无机填料成分浆料的预浸料堆叠而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的负离子释放的防火板的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)制备负离子释放功能的装饰贴面纸;
(2)配制芯层浸渍浆料;
(3)将玻璃纤维薄毡或玻纤织物浸渍入步骤(2)所得芯层浸渍浆料,预固化得预浸料;
(4)将步骤(1)和若干步骤(3)所得预浸料与一张装饰贴面纸堆叠后热压成型。
5.根据权利要求4所述的负离子释放的防火板的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)的具体操作为:配制5~15份释放负离子添加剂、70~90份三聚氰胺胶水和1~5份分散剂,将原纸浸渍树脂得具有负离子释放功能的装饰贴面纸。
6.根据权利要求4所述的负离子释放的防火板的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)的具体操作为:常温常压下,将10~40份酚醛树脂或环氧树脂或不饱和聚酯树脂,加入5~10份氢氧化铝或磷系阻燃剂或氮系阻燃剂,去离子水10~40份,助剂1~5份,再添加10~40份负离子添加剂,得含负离子添加剂的芯层浸渍树脂浆料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的负离子释放的防火板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述1~5份助剂中包括硅烷类偶联剂0.1~2份,渗透剂0.1~2份,分散剂0.1~2份,消泡剂0.1~2份。
8.根据权利要求4所述的负离子释放的防火板的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)的具体操作为:将玻璃纤维织物或玻璃纤维薄毡浸渍入树脂浆料,再在80~180℃条件下,烘干0.5~30min,即得到层状预浸料。
9.根据权利要求4所述的负离子释放的防火板的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)的具体操作为:依次将步骤(1)所得负离子释放功能的装饰贴面纸、步骤(3)所得预浸料和一张装饰贴面纸堆叠,转至热压机上进行热压复合,其中成型温度80~200℃,成型时间5~90min,成型压力5~30MPa。
