Detailed Description

s3, packaging: directly bagging and sealing the emulsion formed after the S2 treatment, or drying and crushing the emulsion, then carrying out vacuum packaging, and storing the packaged finished product in dark place.
The enzyme preparation can be directly packaged in the form of an emulsifier, and can also be subjected to vacuum packaging after being dried and crushed, wherein compared with common dry mixing, the enzyme preparation can be effectively combined with the Chinese herbal medicine powder, and when the enzyme preparation is used in the subsequent water, the decomposition of the components in the Chinese herbal medicine can be promoted more quickly, and the dissolution speed of the effective components can be improved.

The formula can improve the production performance of the sow, improve the lactation capacity of the lactating sow, enhance the congenital cost of the newborn suckling pig by improving the physiological function of the sow, and achieve the purposes of improving the newborn weight, daily gain and health condition of the newborn suckling pig.

The formula can improve the digestion and absorption of the piglets on protein, starchiness and fat, improve the absorption and conversion rate of the feed, promote the fast healthy fattening of the fattening pigs and has no toxic or side effect.
And the formula III: the enzyme preparation is composed of 85-90% of Chinese herbal medicine raw materials and 10-15% of enzyme preparation, wherein the Chinese herbal medicine raw materials are as follows by weight: 4-6 parts of isatis root, 3-5 parts of honey-fried licorice root, 6-9 parts of astragalus root, 4-6 parts of angelica, 4-6 parts of parasitic loranthus and 5-7 parts of rangoon creeper fruit; the enzyme preparation comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of xylanase, 5 parts of cellulase, 10 parts of mannase, 5 parts of amylase and 2 parts of glucose oxidase.
The formula can promote the shelf-pulling of the shelf pig, resist virus, expel parasites and enhance immunity, has stable curative effect and no toxic or side effect, and can replace antibiotics.

The formula can improve the digestion and absorption of the piglets on protein, starchiness and fat, improve the average daily gain of the weaned piglets, prevent and treat diarrhea of the piglets and reduce the death rate of the piglets.
In a second aspect, referring to fig. 1-2, the present invention further provides a production apparatus used in S2 of the above production method, for emulsifying and mixing the Chinese herbal medicine raw material wall-broken ultra-fine powder and the enzyme preparation powder, which is characterized by comprising:

a powder feeding device 5 for feeding enzyme preparation powder, wherein a powder feeding opening 51 at the bottom is positioned above the rear side of the long and narrow air outlet 41;
and the discharge device 6 is arranged at the outlet 12 and used for discharging.

s1, preparing raw materials: pulverizing Chinese herbal medicines with a superfine pulverizer, breaking cell wall, and sieving with a sieve of 400 meshes or more to obtain Chinese herbal medicine raw material cell wall-broken superfine powder;
s2, mixing: emulsifying and mixing the Chinese herbal medicine raw material wall-broken ultrafine powder obtained after the treatment of S1 and enzyme preparation powder in an inert atmosphere;
s3, packaging: directly bagging and sealing the emulsion formed after the S2 treatment, or drying and crushing the emulsion, then carrying out vacuum packaging, and storing the packaged finished product in dark place.

3. The method of claim 2, wherein the enzyme preparation is selected from the group consisting of xylanase, cellulase, beta-glucanase, protease, amylase, glucose oxidase, and mannanase.
4. A production apparatus used in S2 of the production method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, for emulsifying and mixing the Chinese herbal medicine raw material wall-broken ultra-fine powder and the enzyme preparation powder, comprising:
the device comprises a shell (1), wherein one side of the shell is provided with an inlet (11), and the lower part of the other side of the shell is provided with an outlet (12);
the conveying belt (2) is used for conveying the Chinese herbal medicine raw material wall-broken superfine powder into the shell (1) from an inlet;
the atomizing spray head (3) is arranged on the shell (1) and above the conveyor belt (2), and a spray opening points to the conveyor belt (2) and is used for carrying out spray humidification on the Chinese herbal medicine raw material wall-broken superfine powder conveyed by the conveyor belt (2);
the gas collection cavity (4) is positioned above the conveyor belt (2) behind the atomizing nozzle (3), the bottom of the gas collection cavity (4) is obliquely provided with a long and narrow gas outlet (41) along the feeding direction, the upper part of the gas collection cavity is provided with a gas inlet (42) for inputting pressure inert atmosphere, and the rear part of the shell (1) is provided with a gas return port (43);
