Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and do not limit the invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides an intelligent acupuncture model capable of positioning acupuncture points. This intelligence acupuncture model includes the sensor of special design, utilizes the singlechip to carry out signal collection and processing, combines together with the true type human model that can pierce (for example silica gel human model), when providing more true acupuncture experience for the user, carries out real-time communication with the host computer, and the three-dimensional anatomical structure at the acupuncture point is corresponded in the show, reaches the acupuncture teaching and the real effect of instructing of virtual reality integration, greatly riches the interest of study, improves learning efficiency.
The intelligent acupuncture simulation training system with the fusion of virtuality and reality can help teachers and students to show and learn the anatomical structures of acupuncture points in a virtual environment in the acupuncture teaching process and can also perform real acupuncture operation on real appliances. On traditional acupuncture copper people, because the rigidity of its material is great, can't adopt real acupuncture needle to carry out the puncture training of optional position on copper people's model usually, can't produce the communication with the acupuncture result and the training system of user on the model more to carry out linkage teaching.
The embodiment of the invention designs a novel sensor, and the novel sensor is buried under the epidermis of the corresponding acupuncture point of the human body model, so that a user can acupuncture the acupuncture point by using real acupuncture, the signal change generated after the acupuncture is correct is collected and processed by a single chip microcomputer and then is linked with a software upper computer of a training system, the specific information and the virtual three-dimensional anatomical structure of the acupuncture point can be displayed on the training system, and further the examination of the acupuncture point can be carried out through the virtual-real linkage. The mode can greatly improve the teaching efficiency, enrich the teaching means and simultaneously improve the investigation comprehensiveness of the knowledge mastering condition of students. For students, the interest of learning can be enhanced, the acupuncture point dissection can be directly and stereoscopically learned, and the acupuncture manipulation can be exercised.
The embodiment of the invention provides an intelligent acupuncture model which comprises a pierceable human body model, a positioning sensor and a controller. The human body model can be made of materials into which the acupuncture needle can be inserted, such as silica gel and other materials with the acupuncture hand feeling similar to the skin and muscle of the human body.
Wherein the positioning sensor is disposed under the epidermis of a predetermined acupoint of the pierceable mannequin. Optionally, the positioning sensors are disposed under the epidermis of the plurality of acupuncture points of the manikin, so as to perform acupuncture training of the plurality of acupuncture points.
Specifically, the positioning sensor may include at least two layers of unconnected coils, one of which is connected to the controller and at least one other of which is connected to the operating voltage. The coils are not connected, and the coils can be separated by insulating materials. For example, if there are only two layers of unconnected coils, one layer of coils is connected to the controller and the other layer of coils is connected to the operating voltage; if three layers of non-connected coils exist, one layer of coils is connected with the controller, and the other two layers of coils are respectively connected with different working voltages.
When the acupuncture needle is inserted into the positioning sensor, the coil connected with the controller and the coil connected with the working voltage are conducted. It should be noted that the loop has a certain coverage area, and when the needle passes through the loop, the loop is in contact with the needle to be electrically conducted. If the needle passes through the two layers of the coil at the same time, the two layers of the coil are electrically conducted through the needle.
The controller may receive the voltage signal output from the position sensor and transmit the voltage signal to the display device, so that the display device displays whether a predetermined acupuncture point is inserted by the acupuncture needle. Because the coil of one layer is connected with the working voltage, when the coil connected with the controller and the coil connected with the working voltage are conducted, the positioning sensor outputs a high level signal, otherwise, a low level signal is output. The controller can determine whether the coils are conducted based on the high level or low level signal, and if so, the controller indicates that the acupuncture needle correctly penetrates into the predetermined acupuncture point.
Optionally, the controller may be a control chip such as a single chip microcomputer, and if the human body model is provided with a plurality of the positioning sensors, the pins connected to the single chip microcomputer through the positioning sensors are different, and the single chip microcomputer can determine which predetermined acupoint positioning sensor is triggered to be switched on, so as to verify whether the correct acupoint is pierced.
The intelligent acupuncture model that this embodiment provided, including can pierce type human model and set up the positioning sensor under the epidermis that can pierce type human model's predetermined acupuncture point, can correctly pierce predetermined acupuncture point to the acupunture needle and judge, not only can be used to acupuncture location training, also can be used to acupuncture location examination to provide real acupuncture and feel, satisfy the acupuncture training demand of carrying out the acupunture needle.
Referring to the schematic diagram of the hardware structure of the intelligent acupuncture model shown in fig. 1, the controller is a single chip microcomputer, and the positioning sensor includes two layers of coils for explanation. The positioning sensors are respectively connected to a single chip microcomputer and VCC (voltage regulator, operating voltage of the circuit).
Specifically, the plurality of positioning sensors are pre-embedded in the designated acupuncture points of the silica gel human body model, when acupuncture is performed on the acupuncture points, an acupuncture needle conducts the upper and lower coils of the positioning sensors embedded in the acupuncture points, and the data read by the singlechip at the moment is VCC numerical value, namely 1; when the acupuncture needle is pulled out or not inserted, the upper and lower coils are in a default disconnection state, and the numerical value read by the singlechip is 0.
The single chip microcomputer can send the read numerical values to a computer user interface in a serial port communication mode, and the computer user interface can display the acupuncture state of the acupuncture points at the moment, so that accurate positioning and real-time feedback of the acupuncture points are achieved.
The following embodiments are described by taking an example in which the position sensor includes upper and lower coils. The positioning sensor comprises an upper layer coil and a lower layer coil; the plane of each layer of coils is vertical to the direction of the straight prick corresponding to the preset acupuncture point. The positioning sensor can further comprise an outer layer package, each coil is arranged in the outer layer package, and the outer layer package can be made of silica gel. The whole positioning sensor can be a cylinder or a cuboid, the plane where the coil is located can be parallel to the bottom surface of the cylinder or a certain side surface of the cuboid, when the positioning sensor is embedded under the epidermis of a designated acupoint of the silica gel human body model, the positioning sensor can be flexibly embedded according to the orientation of the designated acupoint, and the bottom surface or the side surface is perpendicular to the direction of the straight prick.
According to different acupuncture angles of acupuncture points, the positioning sensor is designed with three types: the straight-prick type sensor, the oblique-prick type sensor and the flat-prick type sensor respectively correspond to three angles of acupuncture: straight (about 90 °), oblique (about 45 °), and flat (about 15 °).
The projections of the upper coil and the lower coil of the straight thorn type sensor in the straight thorn direction are overlapped. When the acupuncture needle is inserted into the straight-prick type sensor and the included angle between the acupuncture needle and the straight-prick direction is about 90 degrees, the upper layer coil and the lower layer coil are communicated by the acupuncture needle. Referring to the cross-sectional view of the straight-prick type sensor shown in fig. 2, an upper layer coil and a lower layer coil are arranged in the sensor body of the cylinder, and the upper layer coil and the lower layer coil are overlapped in the straight-prick direction (i.e. the vertical direction in fig. 2), so that the upper layer coil and the lower layer coil can simultaneously penetrate through when the acupuncture needle is used for straight-prick, and the two coils are conducted.
When acupuncture is used for directly puncturing acupuncture points, the distance between an upper coil and a lower coil of the direct-puncturing sensor is 1cm (0.3 inch), and when the acupuncture depth reaches 0.3 inch, the direct-puncturing coil can ideally complete positioning and feedback; if the inclined spine type and flat spine type coils are adopted, the upper and lower coils cannot be conducted through a straight spine mode, and therefore the method has exclusive property.
The projections of the upper coil and the lower coil of the oblique-thorn-type sensor in the vertical direction are not overlapped. When the acupuncture needle is inserted into the oblique acupuncture type sensor and the included angle between the acupuncture needle and the straight acupuncture direction is 40-50 degrees, the upper layer coil and the lower layer coil are communicated by the acupuncture needle. Referring to the schematic cross-sectional view of the sensor with oblique pricks shown in fig. 3, in the direction of the straight prick, the lower coil is not overlapped with the upper coil, the lower coil is divided into three sections, and the middle is wrapped by an insulating layer, so that the upper coil and the lower coil are conducted only when the angle of the oblique prick is about 45 degrees, and the feedback of the positioning of the oblique prick is realized.
When acupuncture and moxibustion are used for obliquely puncturing acupuncture points, the upper-layer coil of the oblique-puncturing type sensor only has the conductive coil at the middle part, the middle part of the lower-layer coil is isolated by adopting an insulating material, the length of the insulating material is 1cm, only two side parts are conductive coils, the distance between the upper-layer coil and the lower-layer coil is fixed to be 0.5cm, the oblique-puncturing type sensor can be used for realizing the angle training of the oblique-puncturing of acupuncture and moxibustion, and the straight-puncturing type and the flat-puncturing type can obviously not be used, so that the oblique-puncturing type sensor has unique exclusivity.
The projections of the upper coil and the lower coil of the flat-prick sensor in the vertical direction are not overlapped. When the acupuncture needle is inserted into the flat acupuncture type sensor and the included angle between the acupuncture needle and the straight acupuncture direction is 10-20 degrees, the upper layer coil and the lower layer coil are communicated by the acupuncture needle. Referring to the schematic cross-sectional view of the flat-prick sensor shown in fig. 4, in the flat-prick mode, the distance between the upper and lower coils is changed to 0.134cm, and the upper and lower coils can be conducted when the angle of the flat-prick is about 15 degrees, so that the flat-prick positioning feedback is realized.
When acupuncture flat puncture acupuncture point, the upper coil of the flat puncture type sensor only has a conductive coil in the middle, the middle part of the lower coil is isolated by adopting an insulating material, the length of the insulating wire is 1cm, only the coils at two sides can conduct electricity, and the distance between the upper coil and the lower coil is fixed to be 0.134 cm.
Considering that the needle must be inserted into the body to a proper depth during acupuncture, the above-described intelligent acupuncture model further includes a distance measuring sensor connected to the controller, and the distance measuring sensor can measure the depth of acupuncture, as a possible embodiment.
Specifically, the distance measuring sensors may be disposed in the penetrable mannequin opposite to the predetermined acupuncture points; when the depth of the acupuncture needle inserted into the positioning sensor is less than or equal to a preset depth threshold value, the distance measuring sensor outputs a first signal; when the depth of the acupuncture needle inserted into the positioning sensor is larger than the preset depth threshold value, the distance measuring sensor outputs a second signal. The range sensor may be an infrared range sensor, and the predetermined depth threshold may be, for example, 0.3 inches to 0.4 inches (1 cm to 1.4 cm).
For example, the ranging sensor may be fixed to the bottom in the silicone head model. After the distance measuring sensor is fixed, the distance between the positioning sensor in the acupuncture point and the distance measuring sensor is measured firstly and is defined as L as a known value 1 (cm). Adjusting the range of the distance measuring sensor, wherein the default maximum range of the distance measuring sensor is 10-80cm, and the maximum value measurable by the distance measuring sensor is adjusted to L 1 -0.3(cm)。
The testing depth is suitable for a direct needling mode, the thickness of the positioning sensor in the vertical direction is 0.3 inches (1 cm), when the depth of acupuncture needle insertion is more than 0.3 inches and less than 0.4 inches (1.3 cm), the distance between the acupuncture needle and the distance measuring sensor is more than the maximum value measurable by the distance measuring sensor, and the distance measuring sensor has no measuring value; when the depth of the needle reached 0.4 cun, the distance measuring sensor could measure the needle, which has a measured value. Therefore, the test shows two types, one is a default state (when the upper and lower coils are turned on but the distance measuring sensor has no display value, the default depth of the acupuncture needle is 0.3 inches), and the other is that the depth of the distance measuring sensor after measurement conversion is more than or equal to 0.4 inches.
As another possible embodiment, the above-mentioned intelligent acupuncture model may also measure acupuncture depth based on the output voltage of the position sensor.
Specifically, the multilayer coils of the positioning sensor are respectively connected with different working voltages; when the coil connected to the controller and the plurality of coils connected to the operating voltage are turned on when the positioning sensor is inserted into the acupuncture needle, a high operating voltage is output to the controller. And a one-way conduction element is arranged between each coil and the working voltage. And if the plurality of coils connected with the working voltage are all conducted with the coil connected with the controller, outputting higher working voltage. The operating voltage may be, for example, 5V, 3.3V, or the like.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an intelligent acupuncture simulation training system which comprises the intelligent acupuncture model and a training terminal.
The training terminal is used for receiving the voltage signal output by the controller and determining whether the preset acupuncture points are correctly needled according to the voltage signal; under the condition of correct acupuncture, the training terminal is used for displaying the character introduction information and the three-dimensional anatomical structure information of the preset acupuncture points.
Further, the training terminal is also used for outputting the acupoint to be examined and comparing whether the acupoint to be examined and the acupoint corresponding to the voltage signal output by the controller are the same; if the points are the same, the training terminal determines that the point to be examined is examined correctly.
Referring to the schematic structural diagram of the intelligent acupuncture simulation training system shown in fig. 5, the training terminal is connected with a black box, and the black box is connected with a plurality of positioning sensors.
Wherein, the black box includes STM32 singlechip and CH340 switching chip, and the STM32 singlechip passes through CH340 switching chip and is connected with training terminal. A plurality of positioning sensors are buried at different acupuncture points of the silica gel model and are connected with the training terminal through VUSB connecting wires.
And the USB interface of the training terminal completes data conversion and simultaneously provides a VUSB power supply (power supply of the whole system).
The USB interface and the black box are MINIUSB, and the pins comprise VCC, GND, D +, D-and NC, wherein VCC and GND are used for supplying power to the system, and D +, D-are used for data transmission. The chip CH340 is a USB and serial port conversion chip, and the D +, D-, VCC and GND of the USB are connected to the CH34O chip; RX and TX of the single chip microcomputer are connected to CH34O, and therefore conversion of serial port data and USB data is achieved.
The single chip microcomputer STM32 reads the high-low level of the positioning sensor through the GPIO port, so that whether the positioning sensor is conducted or not is judged, the conduction is 1, and the non-conduction is 0. The STM32 of the single chip microcomputer sends the current state value (1 or 0) of the positioning sensor read by the GPIO to the training terminal in a serial port communication mode; the training terminal displays the read numerical value through a serial port display program or a self-programmed program, and realizes real-time reading of the state of the positioning sensor, namely real-time state feedback of acupuncture points.
When the acupuncture needle is used for directly puncturing an acupuncture point of a certain existing positioning sensor, the positioning sensor is provided with an upper winding coil and a lower winding coil, when the acupuncture needle is punctured into the acupuncture point to a certain depth, the second coil is punctured through the first coil, so that the upper coil and the lower coil are conducted, and at the moment, the GPIO port of the single chip microcomputer STM32 reads that the coil value of the acupuncture point is 1, and the acupuncture point is accurately positioned.
In software implementation, the single chip microcomputer STM32 reads the numerical value of the positioning sensor in a GPIO port interrupt mode; and when the number value of any GPIO port is changed, the serial port service program is called. And the serial port service program completes the transmission of the numerical value of the positioning sensor.
On the basis of the intelligent acupuncture simulation training system shown in fig. 5, an infrared distance measuring sensor can be added for measuring the acupuncture depth.
Optionally, the infrared distance measuring sensor has three pins, each of which is V O GND and VCC. The infrared distance measuring sensor is connected with the single chip microcomputer through an Analog to Digital Converter (ADC), and the ADC of the STM32 may adopt a 12-bit successive approximation Analog-to-Digital Converter. The accuracy of the infrared distance measuring sensor is related to the number of acquired AD bits and a conversion calculation formula, 10AD generally can reach 0.1cm, while the AD of STM32 is 12 bits, so the measurement accuracy is more than 0.1cm.
VCC and GND for the infrared range sensor are also from VUSB, as described above, and V O The distance is measured, the output value is a voltage value (analog quantity), the voltage value is converted into an actual distance value through a conversion formula, the actual distance value is expressed by L, the unit is cm, and the calculation formula is as follows: actual distance (L2) =80/VCC V O In cm.
Depth measurement of the acupuncture needle: the distance from the positioning sensor to the infrared distance measuring sensor is measured as L at the beginning 1 (cm) and the actual distance of the current needle just measured is L 2 (cm), the depth of the needle is calculated as: (0.3 + (L) 1 -L 2 ) 0.3) in units of inches.
The intelligent acupuncture simulation training system provided by the embodiment of the invention can accurately position acupuncture points, determine acupuncture angles, measure acupuncture depths, feed back acupuncture points and acupuncture depths in real time, be used for acupuncture positioning learning, be used for acupuncture positioning examination and provide real acupuncture hand feeling.
The invention can be realized by adopting a silica gel head model and can also be realized by adopting a whole-body silica gel model.
