Referring to fig. 23 to 25, as shown in the drawings, in the present embodiment, the fastener structure 1 includes a body 11, a fastening portion 111, a corresponding fastening limiting portion 115, a fastening limiting body 114 and a first object 2, the first object 2 has a fastening limiting abutting portion 24 for limiting the fastening limiting abutting portion 24 between the body 11 and the fastening limiting body 114, and the corresponding limiting portion 115 or the fastening limiting abutting portion 24 may be configured as a hole, a groove, a recess, a through hole, a protrusion, a step, an arc or an inclined plane as required. In an embodiment of the present invention, the first object 2 has a through portion 25 for passing through the fastening portion 111, the first object 2 has an assembling portion 26, the assembling portion 26 can be assembled to the third object 5, the fastening limiting body 114 has at least one fastening portion 1143, and the fastening portion 1143 can fasten the corresponding limiting portion 115 when passing through or passing through.

Thus, the combination of the body 11 and the first object 2 can be completed according to actual requirements.
Referring to fig. 26, in the present embodiment, as shown in the drawing, the first object 2 is mounted in the carrier 6, the first object has a weldable surface 27, and after the tool 7 removes the first object 2 from the carrier, the first object 2 is placed in the third object 5 for heat welding. Thereby firmly combining the first object 2 and the third object 5.
Referring to fig. 27, in the present embodiment, as shown in the figure, the assembling portion 26 has a material clamping portion 261, and the material clamping portion 261 can press the first object 2 against the third object 5 when the first object 2 is pressed by an external force of the pressing member 8, so that the material of the third object 5 enters the material clamping portion 261, and the first object 2 and the third object 5 are assembled. Thereby firmly combining the first object 2 and the third object 5.
Referring to fig. 28, in the present embodiment, as shown in the figure, the assembling portion 26 is pressed by an external force of the stamping part 8a to deform and further clamp the third object 5, so that the first object 2 and the third object 5 are assembled. Thereby firmly combining the first object 2 and the third object 5.
Referring to fig. 29 and fig. 30, in the present embodiment, the fastener structure 1 includes a body 11, a corresponding buckle limiting portion 115, a buckle limiting body 114 and a first object 2, the first object 2 has a buckle limiting and blocking portion 24 and a buckle portion 291, the buckle limiting body 114 is used for buckling the buckle limiting and blocking portion 24 and is limited between the body 11 and the buckle limiting body 114, the first object 2 is formed by movably combining the body 28 and the fastener 29, and the buckle limiting and blocking portion 24 is a head, a structure on the head, or a structure on the buckle portion 111 of the fastener 29.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the fastening member 29 has a rotation preventing portion 292, the body portion 11 has a corresponding rotation preventing portion 110, and the rotation preventing portion 292 and the corresponding rotation preventing portion 110 can prevent rotation of each other.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the device further includes an elastic component 13, and two ends of the elastic component 13 respectively abut against the fastener 29 and the body 28. Therefore, the buckling portion 291 can be buckled into a desired object, the elastic element 13 can be compressed to achieve the effect of stable buckling, and when the buckling portion 291 is removed from the object, the elastic element 13 can be released to reset the buckling member 29.
In addition, when assembling, the first object 2 is firstly assembled to the third object 5, the body 11 of the fastener structure 1 is arranged on the fastening limiting and blocking portion 24 corresponding to the first object 2, and then assembled into the fastening limiting body 114 in the corresponding fastening limiting portion 115 to be assembled with the first object 2, or the fastening limiting body 114 is firstly assembled to the corresponding fastening limiting portion 115 of the body 11 and then assembled to the fastening limiting and blocking portion 24 of the first object 2 to be assembled with the first object 2. Thus, the combination of the fastener structure 1 and the first object 2 can be completed according to actual requirements.
Referring to fig. 31, as shown, the difference between the present embodiment and fig. 30 lies in that the buckle limiting body 114, the body portion 28 and the buckle 29 are different types. Thereby, the invention can better meet the requirement of practical use.
Referring to fig. 32 to fig. 36, as shown in the present embodiment, the buckle-limiting body 114 may be a cylinder, and the corresponding buckle-limiting portion 115 of the body 11 may be a through hole, so that the buckle-limiting body 114 may pass through the corresponding buckle-limiting portion 115 and the head end 293 of the buckle 29, thereby combining the body 11 and the first object 2 (see fig. 32 and fig. 33). The embodiment of fig. 32 and 33 is different from the embodiment of fig. 34 and 35 in that the body portion 28 of the first object 2 and the fastener 29 are movably combined in the same manner, but the buckle-limiting body 114 can be passed through the corresponding buckle-limiting portion 115 and the head end portion 293 of the fastener 29 to combine the body portion 11 with the first object 2.
In addition, the buckle-limiting body 114 can also be an elastic buckle body (as shown in fig. 36), one end of which has a buckle portion 1143, and the other end of which has a head portion 1144, and can also pass through the corresponding buckle-limiting portion 115 and the head end portion 293 of the buckle 29 to combine the body portion 11 and the first object 2.
Referring to fig. 37 and 38, as shown in the figure, in the embodiment, the buckle stopper 114 has a connecting portion 1142 connected to the body portion 11, the connecting portion 1142 and the body portion 11 are integrally formed (as shown in fig. 37), or the connecting portion 1142, the body portion 11 and the buckle stopper 114 are integrally formed by a mold 4a in a mold injection manner (as shown in fig. 38).
Referring to fig. 39 and 40, in the present embodiment, as shown in the drawings, one end of the buckle limiting body 114 has at least one buckling portion 1143, and the other end has a head portion 1144 (as shown in the buckle limiting body 114 shown in fig. 36). When assembling, an external force can be applied to the first object 2 to make the material of the third object 5 enter the material clamping portion 261 of the assembling portion 26, and then the body portion 11 is combined with the first object 2, so that the corresponding position-limiting portion 115 of the body portion 11 is arranged at the position corresponding to the buckle-limiting abutting portion 24 of the first object 2, and the buckle-limiting body 114 passes through or penetrates the corresponding position-limiting portion 115 and the buckle-limiting abutting portion 24, so that the buckling portion 1143 can clamp or interfere the corresponding position-limiting portion 115 and the buckle-limiting abutting portion 24 when passing through or penetrating, and the head portion 1144 abuts the corresponding position-limiting portion 115 and the buckle-limiting abutting portion 24, and the outer diameter of the buckle-limiting body 114 is smaller than the corresponding buckle-limiting portion 115, so that the buckle-limiting body 114 can be applied with an external force to the buckle-limiting body 114, so that the buckle-limiting body 114 can be buckled into the corresponding buckle-limiting portion 115 laterally or longitudinally to make the buckle-limiting portion 115 locked, to complete the combination of the body part 11 with the first object 2.
Referring to fig. 41, in this embodiment, as shown in the figure, an external force may be applied to the first object 2 during assembly, so that the material of the third object 5 enters the material clamping portion 261 of the assembly portion 26, and a space is formed between the third object 5 and the first object 2.
In summary, the fastener structure and the assembly method of the fastener structure provided in the embodiments of the invention can quickly combine the first object with the body, and combine or remove the second object with the fastener to complete the combination and separation of the two objects, thereby achieving the effect of repeated and quick combination and separation.

Claims (11)

1. A fastener structure, characterized in that the fastener structure comprises:
a buckle body having a head portion, a rod portion and a buckle portion; and
the body part is movably combined with the buckling body and is provided with a blocking part, a limiting part and a corresponding limiting buckling part, and the corresponding limiting buckling part is buckled into the limiting buckling body so as to limit a first object by the blocking part and the limiting buckling body.
2. The fastener structure of claim 1, wherein the retainer has an access opening that can be snapped into the corresponding retainer.
3. The fastener structure according to claim 1, wherein the fastening-limiting body has an operating portion that can be pushed by hand or tool to fasten the fastening-limiting body into the corresponding fastening-limiting portion.
4. The fastener structure of claim 1, further comprising an elastic member, wherein two ends of the elastic member respectively abut against the fastener body and the body.
5. The fastener structure according to claim 1, wherein the retaining portion is a sinking-type structure corresponding to the first object, such that the retaining portion does not expose the retaining end of the first object or partially sinks into the retaining end of the first object after being combined with the first object.
6. The fastener structure according to claim 1, wherein the fastening limiting body has an urging portion, and the urging portion can urge to reduce the distance from the first object, or press against the first object.
7. The fastener structure according to claim 1, wherein the first object has a rotation prevention portion, and the body portion has a corresponding rotation prevention portion that is correspondingly rotation-prevented.
8. The fastener structure according to claim 1, wherein the first object has an opening, the opening is larger than the head portion or the body portion, the opening is smaller than the retaining portion, and the head portion or a part of the body portion sequentially penetrates through the opening during assembly and then is fastened into the fastening-limiting body corresponding to the fastening-limiting portion, so that the first object is limited between the retaining portion and the fastening-limiting body.
9. A method of assembling a fastener structure, comprising the fastener structure according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein an entrance of a fastening-limiting body of the fastener structure is smaller than the corresponding fastening-limiting portion, and an external force is applied to the fastening-limiting body, so that the entrance is enlarged and the fastening-limiting body is laterally fastened into the corresponding fastening-limiting portion to form a size smaller than the corresponding fastening-limiting portion, so that the fastening-limiting body fastens the corresponding fastening-limiting portion.
10. A method for assembling a fastener structure, comprising the fastener structure according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the buckle-limiting body of the fastener structure is a variable closed or non-closed buckle body, and the buckle-limiting body is pushed by an external force in a longitudinal direction to expand and then buckle into the corresponding buckle-limiting portion to form a size smaller than that of the corresponding buckle-limiting portion, so that the buckle-limiting body buckles the corresponding buckle-limiting portion.
11. A method for assembling a fastener structure, comprising the fastener structure according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the outer diameter of the fastening-limiting body of the fastener structure is smaller than the corresponding fastening-limiting portion, and an external force is applied to the fastening-limiting body to cause the fastening-limiting body to be contracted and fastened into the corresponding fastening-limiting portion laterally or longitudinally, so as to allow the fastening-limiting body to fasten the corresponding fastening-limiting portion.
