The invention relates to PVC redundant edge carpet feeding equipment which comprises a first storage bin and a second storage bin which are symmetrically arranged and used for storing carpet wool, wherein a feeding system is arranged between the first storage bin and the second storage bin, a truss is arranged above the first storage bin, the second storage bin and the feeding system, a first truss mechanical arm and a second truss mechanical arm which can move along the truss are arranged on the truss, the first truss mechanical arm is matched with the first storage bin for use, the second truss mechanical arm is matched with the second storage bin for use, clamping jaws used for taking materials from the first storage bin and the second storage bin are connected to the bottoms of the first truss mechanical arm and the second truss mechanical arm, and the tail end of the feeding system is connected to a PVC glue layer. The feeding belt 61 is a conveyor belt, and the feeding belt 61 is matched with the moving speed of a conveying system of the production line.
During production, workers only need to place piles of carpet wool 08 on the first bin 01 and the second bin 05, then a series of actions such as material taking and material placing are completed by the PVC edge-redundant carpet feeding mechanism, and compared with manual material placing, the material placing is more uniform and tidy. The defect of manual discharging is overcome, the production mode of one person with multiple machines can be realized, the processing efficiency is improved, and the labor cost is saved.
