本发明属于墙体装饰板技术领域,具体涉及一种可弯曲超薄天然石材复合板的生产方法,包括,包括以下步骤:S1、在28mm厚的天然石材的两侧面由天然石材侧面向外依次复合增强铝网层、网格布层以及无纺布层,得到复合厚板;S2、对步骤S1得到的复合厚板采用分割机对剖为两块厚度为12mm的中间板材;S3、对步骤S2得到的两块中间板材分割面进行打磨处理后,依次复合增强铝网层、网格布层以及无纺布层,得到中间复合厚板;S4、将步骤S3得到的中间复合厚板采用分割机对剖为两块厚度为2.5mm的次中间板材;S5、将步骤S4得到次中间板材的分割面依次经过粗打磨、精打磨、定厚抛光处理得到超薄天然石材复合板;本发明提供的超薄天然石材节能环保、柔韧性好。

Description

一种可弯曲超薄天然石材复合板的生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于墙体装饰板技术领域,具体为一种可弯曲超薄天然石材复合板的生产方法。
背景技术
石材饰面板是目前建筑外墙饰面中常用的复合饰面板材,然而石材自身的重量较重,且受到外力冲击时容易碎裂,破碎的石材建筑墙体掉落后砸到楼下的物体、人后造成安全事故的情况时有发生;另一方面,在建筑墙体外表面安装过多的石材,整体上增加建筑墙体的纵向剪切受力,导致墙体的负荷增加,从而一定程度上影响建筑墙体的寿命;因此,目前出现了柔性超薄石材复合板,在柔性石材的表面复合增强铝网层、网格布层以及无纺布层,以提高超薄石材的耐冲击性。然而,目前的超薄石材厚度较厚,不能弯曲,并且石材多是采用化学材料合成,如授权公告号为CN105130342B的中国发明专利,公开了一种柔性饰面软石材或砖,采用高铝水泥或硫铝酸盐水泥、粗中细级配的砂、中细填料、高分子聚合物乳液、主填料、其它功能性填料混合制备而成,这回投入大量的化学原料,对环境有一定的污染。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种可弯曲超薄天然石材复合板的生产方法,解决了上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种可弯曲超薄天然石材复合板的生产方法,包括,包括以下步骤:
S1、在28mm厚的天然石材的两侧面由天然石材侧面向外依次复合增强铝网层、网格布层以及无纺布层,得到复合厚板;
S2、对步骤S1得到的复合厚板采用分割机对剖为两块厚度为12mm的中间板材;
S3、对步骤S2得到的两块中间板材分割面进行打磨处理后,依次复合增强铝网层、网格布层以及无纺布层,得到中间复合厚板;
S4、将步骤S3得到的中间复合厚板采用分割机对剖为两块厚度为2.5mm的次中间板材;
S5、将步骤S4得到次中间板材的分割面依次经过粗打磨、精打磨、定厚抛光处理得到超薄天然石材复合板。
进一步,所述步骤S5中,在粗打磨时,采用打磨机将2.5mm厚的次中间板材打磨为1.5mm厚的板材,在精打磨时,采用打磨机将1.5mm厚的板材打磨为1.0mm厚的超薄天然石材复合板。
进一步,所述步骤S5中,在进行定厚抛光处理时,在传送带上安装真空吸盘,所述1.5mm厚的板材通过吸附真空吸盘吸附在传送带上,在传送带进行传送过程中,抛光盘对1.5mm厚的板材未复合增强铝网层的一侧面进行抛光。
进一步,所述传送带上沿着其长度方向设置有多个支撑杆,所述支撑杆的两端通过支撑块固定在的传送带上,所述支撑杆沿着其长度方向通过螺母安装有多个真空吸盘,所述真空吸盘通过管路连接至真空泵上。
进一步,所述增强铝网层、网格布层以及无纺布层依次通过环保胶进行粘结复合。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明采用天然石通过多次对剖切割材制备超薄天然石材复合板,利用天然石材自身的特性,免去人造石材的制备过程,避免大量化工原料的使用;并且在天然石材的表面复合增强铝网层、网格布层以及无纺布层,增强最终超薄天然石材的机械性能,获得的超薄天然石材复合板可以弯曲,能够直接用于建筑立柱的装饰施工。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
一种可弯曲超薄天然石材复合板的生产方法,包括,包括以下步骤:
S1、在28mm厚的天然石材的两侧面由天然石材侧面向外依次复合增强铝网层、网格布层以及无纺布层,得到复合厚板;
S2、对步骤S1得到的复合厚板采用分割机对剖为两块厚度为12mm的中间板材;
S3、对步骤S2得到的两块中间板材分割面进行打磨处理后,依次复合增强铝网层、网格布层以及无纺布层,得到中间复合厚板;
S4、将步骤S3得到的中间复合厚板采用分割机对剖为两块厚度为2.5mm的次中间板材;
S5、将步骤S4得到次中间板材的分割面依次经过粗打磨、精打磨、定厚抛光处理得到超薄天然石材复合板。
本实施例中,所述步骤S5中,在粗打磨时,采用打磨机将2.5mm厚的次中间板材打磨为1.5mm厚的板材,在精打磨时,采用打磨机将1.5mm厚的板材打磨为1.0mm厚的超薄天然石材复合板。
本实施例中,如图1所示,所述步骤S5中,在进行定厚抛光处理时,在传送带1上安装真空吸盘2,所述1.5mm厚的板材通过吸附真空吸盘2吸附在传送带1上,在传送带1进行传送过程中,抛光盘对1.5mm厚的板材未复合增强铝网层的一侧面进行抛光;采用真空吸盘2对1.5mm厚的板材进行吸附,真空吸盘2提供强大的吸力,以保证在对板材进行打磨时,板材不会由于打磨机磨盘的作用力而脱离传送带1,有效保证打精打磨时的稳定性。
本实施例中,所述传送带1上沿着其长度方向设置有多个支撑杆3,所述支撑杆3的两端通过支撑块4固定在的传送带1上,所述支撑杆3沿着其长度方向通过螺母安装有多个真空吸盘2,所述真空吸盘2通过管路连接至真空泵上;在真空泵的作用下,真空吸盘处于负压状态,从而对板材进行吸附。
本实施例中,所述增强铝网层、网格布层以及无纺布层依次通过环保胶进行粘结复合。
本发明提供的可弯曲超薄天然石材复合板的的生产方法,将整块28mm厚的天然石板材的两侧面分别依次复合增强铝网层、网格布层、无纺布层,然后再对28mm厚的天然石材进行中间对剖,再对剖好的中间板材的另一侧面依次复合增强铝网层、网格布层、无纺布层得到中间复合厚板,再对中间复合厚板进行对剖后得到的板材依次经过粗打磨和精打磨、定厚抛光处理厚制备出超薄天然石材复合板;采用该方法制备的超薄天然石材复合板的厚度达到1.0mm厚,在增强铝网层、网格布层、无纺布层的增强作用下能够进行弯曲,并且在弯曲的过程中石材不会断裂,可将制备得到的复合板用于立柱、曲面墙面等特殊结构表面的装饰。

1.一种可弯曲超薄天然石材复合板的生产方法,包括,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、在28mm厚的天然石材的两侧面由天然石材侧面向外依次复合增强铝网层、网格布层以及无纺布层,得到复合厚板;
S2、对步骤S1得到的复合厚板采用分割机对剖为两块厚度为12mm的中间板材;
S3、对步骤S2得到的两块中间板材分割面进行打磨处理后,依次复合增强铝网层、网格布层以及无纺布层,得到中间复合厚板;
S4、将步骤S3得到的中间复合厚板采用分割机对剖为两块厚度为2.5mm的次中间板材;
S5、将步骤S4得到次中间板材的分割面依次经过粗打磨、精打磨、定厚抛光处理得到超薄天然石材复合板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可弯曲超薄天然石材复合板的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S5中,在粗打磨时,采用打磨机将2.5mm厚的次中间板材打磨为1.5mm厚的板材,在精打磨时,采用打磨机将1.5mm厚的板材打磨为1.0mm厚的超薄天然石材复合板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可弯曲超薄天然石材复合板的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S5中,在进行定厚抛光处理时,在传送带上安装真空吸盘,所述1.5mm厚的板材通过吸附真空吸盘吸附在传送带上,在传送带进行传送过程中,抛光盘对1.5mm厚的板材未复合增强铝网层的一侧面进行抛光。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可弯曲超薄天然石材复合板的生产方法,其特征在于:所述传送带上沿着其长度方向设置有多个支撑杆,所述支撑杆的两端通过支撑块固定在的传送带上,所述支撑杆沿着其长度方向通过螺母安装有多个真空吸盘,所述真空吸盘通过管路连接至真空泵上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可弯曲超薄天然石材复合板的生产方法,其特征在于:所述增强铝网层、网格布层以及无纺布层依次通过环保胶进行粘结复合。
