本发明属于针刺毡领域,具体涉及一种环保型抗拉伸涤纶针刺毡,包括基层布,所述基层布对称设置,且两者之间的夹层内设置有涤纶织物层,所述涤纶织物层包括聚酯纤维、涤纶纤维、黏胶纤维和丙纶纤维,所述聚酯纤维、所述涤纶纤维、所述黏胶纤维和所述丙纶纤维交织固定;所述基层布的外侧设置有表层布,所述基层布和所述表层布之间的夹层内设置有支撑层,所述支撑层包括衬布和承力杆,所述衬布为波浪状结构;聚酯纤维、涤纶纤维、黏胶纤维和丙纶纤维四组纤维件分别与相邻的纤维件交织,相邻的三组纤维件之间存在连接关系,四个纤维件互相交织,组成纤维网状结构,受力后向各个纤维件进行拉力的分散,交织后的网状结构抗拉伸性能提升。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及针刺毡领域,具体涉及一种环保型抗拉伸涤纶针刺毡。
背景技术
涤纶针刺毡采用纤维经针刺工艺制作而成,可经过烫面工艺处理针刺毡的表面平整,不起毛,可用于汽车坐垫、保温隔热产品和空气过滤等。
现有的涤纶针刺毡存在拉伸性能低下的问题,导致针刺毡的使用存在局限。
实用新型内容
(一)实用新型目的
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种环保型抗拉伸涤纶针刺毡,具有纤维交织提升抗拉伸性能的特点。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种环保型抗拉伸涤纶针刺毡,包括基层布,所述基层布对称设置,且两者之间的夹层内设置有涤纶织物层,所述涤纶织物层包括聚酯纤维、涤纶纤维、黏胶纤维和丙纶纤维,所述聚酯纤维、所述涤纶纤维、所述黏胶纤维和所述丙纶纤维交织固定;
所述基层布的外侧设置有表层布,所述基层布和所述表层布之间的夹层内设置有支撑层,所述支撑层包括衬布和承力杆,所述衬布为波浪状结构,且所述衬布的弯曲端面分别连接有所述承力杆,所述衬布和所述承力杆的连接处缝隙内填充有填料。
优选的,两个所述基层布与两个所述表层布的夹层内对称设置有相同结构的所述支撑层。
优选的,所述承力杆对称分布在所述衬布的上下端面,且对称的所述承力杆分别连接至所述基层布和所述表层布。
优选的,所述聚酯纤维、所述涤纶纤维、所述黏胶纤维和所述丙纶纤维四者分别与相邻的纤维件交织。
优选的,所述表层布的外壁粘附有凸出的防护布,所述防护布表面光滑。
本实用新型的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果:
1、聚酯纤维、涤纶纤维、黏胶纤维和丙纶纤维四组纤维件分别与相邻的纤维件交织,相邻的三组纤维件之间存在连接关系,四个纤维件互相交织,组成纤维网状结构,受力后向各个纤维件进行拉力的分散,交织后的网状结构抗拉伸性能提升。
2、支承层上间隔设置的承力杆对称分布在衬布的上下端面,承力杆外壁分别连接基层布和表层布,在辅助基层布和表层布之间连接的同时,承力杆配合波浪状衬布的结构可对针刺毡进行上下部的托举支撑,提升针刺毡的稳定性。

如图1-4所示,本实用新型提出的一种环保型抗拉伸涤纶针刺毡,包括基层布1,基层布1对称设置,且两者之间的夹层内设置有涤纶织物层2,涤纶织物层2包括聚酯纤维21、涤纶纤维22、黏胶纤维23和丙纶纤维24,聚酯纤维21、涤纶纤维22、黏胶纤维23和丙纶纤维24交织固定。
在本实施例中,聚酯纤维21、涤纶纤维22、黏胶纤维23和丙纶纤维24四者分别与相邻的纤维件交织,相邻的三组纤维件之间存在连接关系,四个纤维件互相交织,组成纤维网状结构,交织后的网状结构抗拉伸性能提升,受力后向各个纤维件进行拉力的分散,减轻拉力对中间处的涤纶织物层2的影响。
如图3所示,基层布1的外侧设置有表层布3,两个基层布1与两个表层布3的夹层内对称设置有相同结构的支撑层4,支撑层4的骨架设计用于在上下层分别对针刺毡进行支撑,支撑层4包括衬布41和承力杆42,衬布41为波浪状结构,且衬布41的弯曲端面分别连接有承力杆42,衬布41和承力杆42的连接处缝隙内填充有填料43。
需要说明的是:缝隙处填充的填料43为颗粒状,填料43可采用活性炭颗粒或具有吸附性能的颗粒,颗粒之间交错式存在气隙供气体流通。
在本实施例中,间隔设置的承力杆42对称分布在衬布41的上下端面,承力杆42外壁分别连接基层布1和表层布3,在辅助基层布1和表层布3之间连接的同时,承力杆42配合波浪状衬布41的结构可对针刺毡进行上下部的托举支撑,提升针刺毡的稳定性。
在一个可选的实施例中,表层布3的外壁粘附有凸出的防护布5,防护布5表面光滑,防护布5经化学油剂处理,使布外表光滑,微孔分布均匀,两面表面光洁和透气程度较好。

1.一种环保型抗拉伸涤纶针刺毡,包括基层布(1),其特征在于,所述基层布(1)对称设置,且两者之间的夹层内设置有涤纶织物层(2),所述涤纶织物层(2)包括聚酯纤维(21)、涤纶纤维(22)、黏胶纤维(23)和丙纶纤维(24),所述聚酯纤维(21)、所述涤纶纤维(22)、所述黏胶纤维(23)和所述丙纶纤维(24)交织固定;
所述基层布(1)的外侧设置有表层布(3),所述基层布(1)和所述表层布(3)之间的夹层内设置有支撑层(4),所述支撑层(4)包括衬布(41)和承力杆(42),所述衬布(41)为波浪状结构,且所述衬布(41)的弯曲端面分别连接有所述承力杆(42),所述衬布(41)和所述承力杆(42)的连接处缝隙内填充有填料(43)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型抗拉伸涤纶针刺毡,其特征在于,两个所述基层布(1)与两个所述表层布(3)的夹层内对称设置有相同结构的所述支撑层(4)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保型抗拉伸涤纶针刺毡,其特征在于,所述承力杆(42)对称分布在所述衬布(41)的上下端面,且对称的所述承力杆(42)分别连接至所述基层布(1)和所述表层布(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型抗拉伸涤纶针刺毡,其特征在于,所述聚酯纤维(21)、所述涤纶纤维(22)、所述黏胶纤维(23)和所述丙纶纤维(24)四者分别与相邻的纤维件交织。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型抗拉伸涤纶针刺毡,其特征在于,所述表层布(3)的外壁粘附有凸出的防护布(5),所述防护布(5)表面光滑。
