技术领域
本发明涉及一种针刺毡,尤其是一种抗拉伸针刺毡。
背景技术
目前,节能降耗和保护环境是持续发展的重要任务之一,在工业化和城市化快速发展时期,大量的生活垃圾和工业垃圾所产生的废气直接排放到空气中,现行的针刺毡主要用于过滤空气中的粉尘,但是往往使用一段时间之后针刺毡就会破损。
发明内容
为了克服现有针刺毡使用一段时间就会破损的不足,本发明提供一种环保型抗拉伸涤纶针刺毡。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:环保型抗拉伸涤纶针刺毡为在玻璃纤维基布的上下面分别粘贴有涤纶短纤维层,玻璃纤维基布采用直径为10μm-20μm的玻璃纤维成交叉形编织而成的,其厚度为0.9㎜-1.2㎜所述的涤纶短纤维层采用涤纶短纤维与涤纶有捻纱表面经热轧、烧毛或涂层所制成的针刺毡,涤纶短纤维层中微孔直径为1μm-2μm。
采用玻璃纤维制成的基布具有高抗拉伸性,能够大大提高针刺毡的使用寿命,涤纶短纤维层表面经热轧及烧毛或涂层整理、平整光滑,不易堵塞、不变形和表面容易清灰,其内微孔直径为1μm-2μm,能够有效的过滤PM2.5,减小大气中的粉尘。
本发明的有益效果是:提高针刺毡的使用寿命,减少大气中的粉尘。

如图1所示,环保型抗拉伸涤纶针刺毡为以中间的玻璃纤维层1为基布的上下面粘贴有涤纶短纤维层2,玻璃纤维层1采用直径为10μm-20μm的玻璃纤维成交叉形编织而成的,玻璃纤维层1厚度为0.9㎜-1.2㎜,涤纶短纤维层2采用涤纶短纤维与涤纶有捻纱表面经热轧、烧毛或涂层所制成的针刺毡,涤纶短纤维层2中微孔直径为1μm-2μm,能够有效的过滤PM2.5,减少大气中的粉尘。

1.一种环保型抗拉伸涤纶针刺毡,其至少有双层组成,其特征是:其为在玻璃纤维基布的上下面分别粘贴有涤纶短纤维层,所述的玻璃纤维基布采用直径为10μm-20μm的玻璃纤维成交叉形编织而成的,所述玻璃纤维基布厚度为0.9㎜-1.2㎜,所述的涤纶短纤维层采用涤纶短纤维与涤纶有捻纱表面经热轧、烧毛或涂层所制成的针刺毡,所述涤纶短纤维层中微孔直径为1μm-2μm。
