step 1: firstly, soaking the bird's nest raw material in water for 20-30 minutes;
step 2: taking out the cubilose soaked in the step 1, removing a cubilose net in the cubilose, and then flatly paving the cubilose on cubilose anti-slip bulges (105) arranged on the upper surface of the impurity removal inverted buckle plate (101);
and step 3: covering a cubilose pressing cover (103) above the impurity removal inverted buckle plate (101), screwing a gland limiting nut (104) tightly, and fixing the cubilose which is paved on the upper surface of the impurity removal inverted buckle plate (101);
and 4, step 4: the impurity scraping harrow (2) is taken down, a harrow rod (202) is held by hands, and the cubilose spread on the upper surface of the impurity removing inverted buckle disc (101) is scraped from top to bottom through cubilose scraping teeth (204) arranged at one end of a harrow plate (201);
and 5: after scraping, washing impurities with water to scrape the harrow (2) each time, taking down the cubilose after cleaning, and putting the cleaned cubilose into a draining machine for centrifugal draining;
step 6: taking out the bird's nest which is dried by filtration in the step 5, putting the bird's nest into a sugar melting furnace for melting sugar, filtering sugar water, and injecting the filtered sugar water into a material distribution mold through an automatic grouting machine;
and 7: putting the cubilose put into the mould in the step 6 into a boiler, cooking for 25-30min at the temperature of 90-95 ℃, taking out the cooked cubilose, and naturally cooling;
and 8: and (4) putting the naturally cooled cubilose in the step (7) into a freeze dryer, setting the temperature to be-35 to-40 ℃, quickly freezing for 6-12h, putting the cubilose into a drying furnace after quick freezing, and performing vacuum drying for 22-24h, namely taking out the cubilose which is subjected to freeze drying, and sealing and packaging to obtain the cubilose.
7. The use method of the freeze-dried cubilose processing equipment as claimed in claim 6, wherein the rotation speed of the draining machine in the step 5 is 300-500r/min, and the draining time is 5-10 min.
8. The use method of the processing equipment for the freeze-dried edible bird's nest as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the step 6, the sugar is sucrose, and the weight ratio of the sucrose to the edible bird's nest raw material is 1: 10.
9. The use method of the processing equipment for the freeze-dried cubilose as claimed in claim 6, wherein the moisture content of the finished product subjected to vacuum drying in the step 8 is 3-10%.
