Background
The rail foot slope (rail cant) is the lateral slope formed between the rail foot and the rail plane. The gradient of the rail bottom slope is matched with the gradient of the bus of the tread of the wheel, so that the rail bottom slope is kept to be dynamically centered all the time in the running process of the vehicle, and the derailment of the vehicle is prevented.
As a basic element of track geometry, the size and error of the rail bottom slope are directly related to driving safety and stability: the large rail bottom slope or the large continuous difference can aggravate the snaking motion of the train, and the running stability is deteriorated, and the serious shaking is visually represented. In addition, the larger rail bottom slope or larger continuous difference can affect the rail structure and other operation performances, and simultaneously, the maintenance workload is increased.

The rail bottom slope is an important geometric shape of the rail, is generally determined during design and construction, has almost no change during operation, is generally provided with no special measuring instrument for the rail bottom slope in the prior art, and is easily ignored during line maintenance. The subway line adopts a track structure with short sleeper or without sleeper, the rail bottom slope is adjusted on site by means of construction, the precision is difficult to control, and if the quality control is poor during construction, the precision of the rail bottom slope is difficult to ensure. The method brings great disadvantages to rail operation units, and a large amount of extra manpower and material resources are needed to be input to repair and remedy diseases caused by bad rail bottom slopes.

2) Lifting the fixed beam and the steel rail, placing a liquid-filled plastic substrate below the steel rail iron backing plate, and locking by foundation bolts;
3) Filling the substrate with grouting filler, standing and waiting for solidification; because of the plastic structure, the upper and lower surfaces of the liquid-filled plastic substrate are completely attached to the bottom surface of the iron backing plate and the upper surface of the sleeper;
4) After the grouting filler is solidified, the tool is dismantled, and the repair of poor rail bottom slope and uneven supporting surface under the iron backing plate is realized.
Preferably, the upper plane and the lower plane of the liquid-filled plastic substrate are elastic planes, and the two ends of the liquid-filled plastic substrate are respectively provided with a filling liquid inlet and a filling liquid outlet; check valve structures are arranged in the filling liquid inlet and the filling liquid outlet. Filling liquid is injected into the liquid-filled plastic substrate through the filling liquid inlet, and the filling liquid outlet is used for discharging air in the cavity of the liquid-filled plastic substrate when the filling liquid is injected.
