本发明涉及纤维素膜技术领域,具体为一种聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜及其制造方法。
背景技术
纤维素膜具有环保、无毒、易降解等优异的性能,因此,应用较为普遍,故而被尝试用于食品、药品的阻隔性包装上,但由于其易受潮的原因还是无法被广泛推广使用。
现有的纤维素膜基膜使用时易受潮,阻隔性能薄弱,不适合直接用于食品药品包装,使得该类材料在软包装上的应用问题,成了目前最重要的技术屏颈。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜及其制造方法,解决了上述背景技术中提出现有的纤维素膜基膜使用时易受潮,阻隔性能薄弱,不适合直接用于食品药品包装,使得该类材料在软包装上的应用问题,成了目前最重要的技术屏颈的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜,包括基材、涂料层和底胶层,所述基材为纤维素膜,所述底胶层是溶剂型聚氨酯形成的涂层,且底胶层位于基材表面,所述涂料层由聚偏二氯乙烯乳胶涂覆在底胶层表面并烘干后形成的涂层,所述聚偏二氯乙烯乳胶由含有下述重量含量的原料配制成:90-99.9%的聚偏二氯乙烯乳液、0.02-2%二氧化硅浆料、0.02-2%的爽滑剂。
可选的,所述涂料层可以在基材的一个面,也可以在基材的两个面同时存在,而聚偏二氯乙烯乳液的固含量为38-51%。
一种聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜的制造方法,包括下述操作步骤:
S1、基材处理:
纤维素膜表面冲洗烘干后置于无尘环境内储存,且不需电晕处理;
S2、特制聚偏二氯乙烯乳液制备:
按重量份分别准备固含量为50%的聚偏二氯乙烯乳液95份、滑爽剂0-15份、二氧化硅浆料0.1-5份,先将聚偏二氯乙烯乳液加至料桶内搅拌,将二氧化硅:水=1:30浓度3.23%的二氧化硅浆料配好的溶液置于添加剂料桶中,边搅拌边将二氧化硅浆料倒入乳液中,继续搅拌,取浓度25%的爽滑剂,用相同的方法继续倒入乳液料桶中混合搅拌,完成后取出涂料获得特制聚偏二氯乙烯乳液;
S3、上胶涂布:
开启涂布机,将S1步骤中的纤维素膜放卷于涂布机上,用逆转辊吻式涂布方式将溶剂型的聚氨酯底胶涂布在基材的一个面上并烘干;
S4、二次上胶涂布:
用逆转辊吻式涂布方式将配置好的特制聚偏二氯乙烯乳液涂布到底胶涂层上并烘干;
S5、涂布固化:
涂布完成后放置固化室内进行固化,即制得聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜。
可选的,所述步骤S1中,纤维素膜的烘干温度为40-55℃,直至烘干至纤维素膜表面无残留水分。
可选的,所述步骤S2中,料桶的搅拌速度100转/分钟,且温度控制在常温23℃-25℃。
可选的,所述步骤S2中,二氧化硅浆料倒入乳液中搅拌10-15分钟,而爽滑剂加入后需再继续搅拌30-40分钟。
可选的,所述步骤S3中,烘干温度控制在80℃,机速控制在180米/分钟,涂布量为0.35g/m2。

本发明提供一种技术方案:一种聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜,包括基材、涂料层和底胶层,基材为纤维素膜,底胶层是溶剂型聚氨酯形成的涂层,且底胶层位于基材表面,涂料层由聚偏二氯乙烯乳胶涂覆在底胶层表面并烘干后形成的涂层,聚偏二氯乙烯乳胶由含有下述重量含量的原料配制成:90-99.9%的聚偏二氯乙烯乳液、0.02-2%二氧化硅浆料、0.02-2%的爽滑剂。

开启涂布机,将S1步骤中的纤维素膜放卷于涂布机上,用逆转辊吻式涂布方式将溶剂型的聚氨酯底胶涂布在基材的一个面上并烘干;
S4、二次上胶涂布:
用逆转辊吻式涂布方式将配置好的特制聚偏二氯乙烯乳液涂布到底胶涂层上并烘干;
S5、涂布固化:
涂布完成后放置固化室内进行固化,即制得聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜。
步骤S1中,纤维素膜的烘干温度为40-55℃,直至烘干至纤维素膜表面无残留水分。

将250公斤固含量为50%的聚偏二氯乙烯乳液加至料桶内搅拌,搅拌速度100转/分钟,温度控制在常温23℃-25℃,将二氧化硅:水=1:30的浓度3.23%二氧化硅浆料配好的溶液取3000g,置于添加剂料桶中,边搅拌边将二氧化硅浆料倒入乳液中,继续搅拌,准确称取浓度25%的爽滑剂3000g,用相同的方法继续倒入乳液料桶中,搅拌30-40分钟完成,取出涂料,待涂布用。开启涂布机,将纤维素膜放卷于涂布机上,用逆转辊吻式涂布方式将溶剂型聚氨酯底胶涂布在基材的一个面上并烘干,烘箱温度控制在80℃,机速控制在180米/分钟,涂布量为0.35g/m2。再用逆转辊吻式涂布方式将配置好的溶液涂布到底胶涂层上并烘干,涂布速度180米/分钟,烘干温度120℃,涂布量为3.2g/m2。涂布完成后放置固化室内,固化温度23℃-33℃,经固化72小时后即制得聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜。取聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜性能测试,氧气透过率为0.805cm3/(m2.24hr),热封强度5.107N;
实施例二:
将200公斤固含量为50%的聚偏二氯乙烯乳液加至料桶内搅拌,搅拌速度200转/分钟,温度控制在常温23℃-25℃,将二氧化硅:水=1:30的浓度3.23%二氧化硅浆料配好的溶液取2400g,置于添加剂料桶中,边搅拌边将二氧化硅浆料倒入乳液中,继续搅拌,准确称取浓度25%的爽滑剂2400g,用相同的方法继续倒入乳液料桶中,搅拌20-30分钟完成,取出涂料,待涂布用。开启涂布机,将纤维素膜放卷于涂布机上,用逆转辊吻式涂布方式将溶剂型聚氨酯底胶涂布在基材的一个面上并烘干,烘箱温度控制在80℃,机速控制在190米/分钟,涂布量为0.35g/m2。再用逆转辊吻式涂布方式将配置好的溶液涂布到底胶涂层上并烘干,涂布速度190米/分钟,烘干温度120℃,涂布量为3.0g/m2。涂布完成后放置固化室内,固化温度23℃-33℃,经固化72小时后即制得聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜。取聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜性能测试,氧气透过率为1.821cm3/(m2.24hr),热封强度4.856N;
上述实施例中透氧检测条件为:23℃,0%RH;透水检测条件为:38℃,90%RH。

1.一种聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜,包括基材、涂料层和底胶层,其特征在于:所述基材为纤维素膜,所述底胶层是溶剂型聚氨酯形成的涂层,且底胶层位于基材表面,所述涂料层由聚偏二氯乙烯乳胶涂覆在底胶层表面并烘干后形成的涂层,所述聚偏二氯乙烯乳胶由含有下述重量含量的原料配制成:90-99.9%的聚偏二氯乙烯乳液、0.02-2%二氧化硅浆料、0.02-2%的爽滑剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜,其特征在于:所述涂料层可以在基材的一个面,也可以在基材的两个面同时存在,而聚偏二氯乙烯乳液的固含量为38-51%。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜的制造方法,其特征在于:包括下述操作步骤:
S1、基材处理:
纤维素膜表面冲洗烘干后置于无尘环境内储存,且不需电晕处理;
S2、特制聚偏二氯乙烯乳液制备:
按重量份分别准备固含量为50%的聚偏二氯乙烯乳液95份、滑爽剂0-15份、二氧化硅浆料0.1-5份,先将聚偏二氯乙烯乳液加至料桶内搅拌,将二氧化硅:水=1:30浓度3.23%的二氧化硅浆料配好的溶液置于添加剂料桶中,边搅拌边将二氧化硅浆料倒入乳液中,继续搅拌,取浓度25%的爽滑剂,用相同的方法继续倒入乳液料桶中混合搅拌,完成后取出涂料获得特制聚偏二氯乙烯乳液;
S3、上胶涂布:
开启涂布机,将S1步骤中的纤维素膜放卷于涂布机上,用逆转辊吻式涂布方式将溶剂型的聚氨酯底胶涂布在基材的一个面上并烘干;
S4、二次上胶涂布:
用逆转辊吻式涂布方式将配置好的特制聚偏二氯乙烯乳液涂布到底胶涂层上并烘干;
S5、涂布固化:
涂布完成后放置固化室内进行固化,即制得聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中,纤维素膜的烘干温度为40-55℃,直至烘干至纤维素膜表面无残留水分。
5.根据权利要求3所述一种聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中,料桶的搅拌速度100转/分钟,且温度控制在常温23℃-25℃。
6.根据权利要求3所述一种聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中,二氧化硅浆料倒入乳液中搅拌10-15分钟,而爽滑剂加入后需再继续搅拌30-40分钟。
7.根据权利要求3所述一种聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中,烘干温度控制在80℃,机速控制在180米/分钟,涂布量为0.35g/m2。
8.根据权利要求3所述一种聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S4中,涂布速度180米/分钟,烘干温度120℃,涂布量为3.2g/m2。
9.根据权利要求3所述一种聚偏二氯乙烯涂布纤维素膜的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S5中,固化室温度23℃-33℃,固化时间控制在72小时。
