Examples
Referring to fig. 1, in which fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an intelligent identification system for a trash can according to some embodiments of the present invention. In some embodiments, a trash can intelligent recognition system 100 may include an information acquisition device for acquiring information related to an item to be recycled. In some embodiments, the article to be recycled may be at least one of waste paper, waste plastic bottles, waste metals, waste packaging, waste textiles, waste electrical and electronic products, waste glass, waste plastic-aluminum composite packaging.
In some embodiments, before the article to be recycled is circulated, a label may be set on the article to be recycled in advance, where the label corresponds to the type information of the article to be recycled, and the label is a two-dimensional code or a barcode. For example, two-dimensional codes or bar codes are printed on plastic bottles used to hold beverages prior to producing the beverages. The information acquisition device is used for reading the label, and the information acquisition device can be a linear image type reader, a laser reader with a grating, a bar code scanner and the like.
In other embodiments, the information acquisition device comprises an image acquisition part for acquiring an image to be identified including the article to be recycled. The image acquisition element can be a device of a CCD sensor or a CMOS sensor.
In some embodiments, an intelligent trash can identification system 100 may further include a central controller configured to receive information related to the articles to be recycled, the information being obtained by the information obtaining device, identify the types of the articles to be recycled according to the information related to the articles to be recycled, and determine whether the types of the articles to be recycled are the target renewable resource types according to the types of the articles to be recycled.
In some embodiments, the central controller may acquire the type of the article to be recycled corresponding to the tag based on the tag read by the information acquisition device. In some embodiments, the central controller identifying the type of item to be recycled based on the image to be identified comprises: the central controller acquires the outline of the article to be recovered or characters on an outer package of the article to be recovered based on the image to be identified; the kind of the article to be recovered is identified based on the outline of the article to be recovered or characters on the outer package of the article to be recovered.
For example, firstly, preprocessing an image to be recognized acquired by an image acquisition part (smoothing filtering is performed by using a small two-dimensional Gaussian template to remove image noise, the small two-dimensional Gaussian template is used to ensure the accuracy of subsequent contour positioning, and the large-scale smoothing often causes smooth transition, thereby blurring edges and greatly influencing subsequent edge detection); secondly, performing edge detection processing on the smoothed image to obtain a preliminary edge response image, wherein the preliminary edge response image usually relates to available gradient characteristic information of brightness, color and the like which can distinguish an object from a background; then further processing the edge response to obtain a better edge response image; the process usually involves a criterion that the contour points and the non-contour points are processed differently or the same program is used to achieve the effect of distinguishing the contour points from the non-contour points due to different action results, so as to obtain an edge image which can be used as a contour, a contour template corresponding to a plurality of recyclable objects is prestored in the central controller, and the central controller can identify the type of the object to be recycled based on the matching degree of the edge image of the contour and the contour template corresponding to the plurality of recyclable objects.
For example, a standard character library is prestored in the central controller, and the central controller extracts and identifies characters on the outer package of the article to be recycled based on a character identification algorithm and the standard character library, so as to identify the type of the article to be recycled.
In some embodiments, the central controller may further determine whether the type of the article to be recycled is the target renewable resource type according to the type of the article to be recycled. For example, a target recycling resource type is preset in the central controller, and the central controller determines that the type of the article to be recycled is the target recycling resource type if the type of the article to be recycled is consistent with the target recycling resource type, and determines that the type of the article to be recycled is not the target recycling resource type if the type of the article to be recycled is not the target recycling resource type.
In some embodiments, the Central controller may include a Processor, which may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array) or other Programmable logic device, a discrete Gate or transistor logic device, a discrete hardware component, etc., wherein the general purpose Processor may be a microprocessor or the Processor may be any conventional Processor, etc.
In some embodiments, the intelligent trash can identification system 100 may further include a weight information acquiring device for acquiring weight information of the articles to be recycled, and an output end of the weight acquiring device is electrically connected to the central controller. The weight information acquiring means may be a device including a load cell. In some embodiments, the central controller may further identify the type of the article to be recovered based on the information about the article to be recovered acquired by the information acquiring device and the weight information of the article to be recovered acquired by the weight information acquiring device, and determine whether the type of the article to be recovered is the target renewable resource type according to the type of the article to be recovered.
For example, the central controller identifies the to-be-recovered article as a bottle-shaped article according to the to-be-identified image collected by the image collecting member, the weight information acquiring device acquires that the weight of the to-be-recovered article is 15g, and then the central controller judges that the to-be-recovered article is a plastic bottle according to the to-be-identified image collected by the image collecting member and the weight of the to-be-recovered article acquired by the weight information acquiring device.
For example, the central controller identifies the to-be-recovered article as a bottle-shaped article according to the to-be-identified image collected by the image collecting member, the weight information obtaining device obtains the weight of the to-be-recovered article as 150g, and then the central controller judges that the to-be-recovered article is a glass bottle according to the to-be-identified image collected by the image collecting member and the weight of the to-be-recovered article obtained by the weight information obtaining device.

The solar power supply device is used for converting solar energy into electric energy and supplying power to the information acquisition device and the central controller, and is more environment-friendly.
The working process of the invention is as follows: when recyclable materials are recycled, the information acquisition device firstly acquires related information of the to-be-recycled materials and sends the related information to the central controller, the central controller receives the related information of the to-be-recycled materials acquired by the information acquisition device and identifies the types of the to-be-recycled materials according to the related information, and then judges whether the types of the to-be-recycled materials are target renewable resource types or not according to the types of the to-be-recycled materials, if yes, the central controller controls the barrel cover 102 to be in an open state, the to-be-recycled materials can be placed into the barrel body 101, if not, the central controller controls the barrel cover 102 to be in a closed state, the to-be-recycled materials are prevented from being placed into the barrel body 101, the target recyclable materials are effectively identified, and recyclable material classification is achieved.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes will occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
