技术领域
本发明涉及柔性电池技术领域,具体为一种外包装膜的制备方法以及柔性电池的制备方法。
背景技术
锂离子电池是一种能量密度高、可靠性高、加工性能好和环保性能优良的二次电池,已被广泛应用于各类便携式电子设备中。现有的锂离子电池包括相互叠加卷绕的正极片、隔膜、负极片和电解液,隔膜间隔于相邻的正、负极片之间以将正负极片绝缘,同时用于保持电解液,外层用铝塑包装膜。
在制备过程中,首先将正负极制备成浆料,再分别涂覆与铝箔和铜箔上,制成极片,通过叠片或者卷绕的工艺将制成裸电芯,将电芯包装在包装膜中,注液,化成,分容制备成电池。现有的包装膜都是平滑的,没有一定的形状,只能随着裸电芯的形状改变而改变,但是如果要实现电池反复弯曲的话,包装膜需要承受很大的应力,但目前的包装膜都是平滑的,如果要反复弯曲的话,因为没有做预处理,包装膜就容易在边角的地方拉伤,导致包装膜破列,使电芯不能使用,不能满足柔性要求。
近年来,作为下一代最有前景之一的柔性器件的研究备受瞩目,但如何将柔性构建的思路与基于锂离子电池相结合,并与此同时获得高电池性能、优良弯折稳定性的锂电池,仍是困扰大多数科研人员的一个巨大难题。锂电池是为可穿戴设备提供电源的储能设备,要求其必须可以任意折叠、弯曲,而且还能够正常工作,目前市面上的锂电池是都还不能满足这种要求。
尤其随着移动电子设备的发展,不仅实现了薄膜化和小型化,而且还具备了韧性,因此,使用现有的软包锂离子电池或其它结构的电池很难适用于所述的移动电子设备的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种外包装膜的制备方法以及柔性电池,通过预先将金属层做弯曲处理,并使保护层和树脂层也都与金属层一样的形状,在折角处,保护层、金属层以及树脂层没有拉伸,这样在弯曲过程中,就不会发生包装膜拉伤引起破损的情况。
为实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供如下技术方案:一种外包装膜的制备方法,制备的外包装膜包括保护层、金属层以及树脂层,所述金属层位于所述保护层和所述树脂层之间,具体制备包括如下步骤:
S1,先将金属层沿其长度方向或宽度方向弯曲形成多组具有波峰和波谷的弯曲段;
S2,在弯曲后的金属层的其中一侧面贴合保护层,所述保护层紧贴所述金属层并与所述金属层的形状一致;
S3,接着在所述金属层的另外一侧面贴合树脂层,所述树脂层紧贴所述金属层并与所述金属层的形状一致。
进一步,在其中一组或多组所述弯曲段中,该弯曲段的波峰和波谷之间具有平直段;或者相邻的两组弯曲段之间具有平直段。
进一步,采用干法工艺或热法工艺将保护层和树脂层采用粘接剂贴合在所述金属层上。
进一步,所述粘接剂为有机硅、聚邻苯二甲酸酯、改性聚丙酸、改性聚乙酸或聚氨酯其中一种或多种。
进一步,所述金属层采用冲坑模具或压花工艺冲成设计好的形状。
进一步,所述树脂层包括乙烯丙烯酸、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯、聚酰胺、粘合剂以及聚丙烯中至少一种。
进一步,所述保护层为聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚乙烯、聚丙烯以及聚丙烯/聚乙烯复合材料中的至少一种。
进一步,所述保护层的厚度和所述树脂层的厚度均为10~100μm,且所述保护层的表面张力大于48mN/m。
进一步,所述金属层包括铝、铜、磷青铜、铝青铜、铜合金或铜镍硅合金。
本发明实施例提供另一种技术方案:一种柔性电池,采用上述的外包装膜的制备方法制备的外包装膜,所述外包装膜中封装有电芯和电解液。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过预先将金属层做弯曲处理,并使保护层和树脂层也都与金属层一样的形状,在折角处,保护层、金属层以及树脂层没有拉伸,这样在弯曲过程中,就不会发生包装膜拉伤引起破损的情况。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1和图2,本发明实施例提供一种外包装膜的制备方法,制备的外包装膜包括保护层1、金属层2以及树脂层3,所述金属层2位于所述保护层1和所述树脂层3之间,具体制备包括如下步骤:S1,先将金属层2沿其长度方向或宽度方向弯曲形成多组具有波峰和波谷的弯曲段;S2,在弯曲后的金属层2的其中一侧面贴合保护层1,所述保护层1紧贴所述金属层2并与所述金属层2的形状一致;S3,接着在所述金属层2的另外一侧面贴合树脂层3,所述树脂层3紧贴所述金属层2并与所述金属层2的形状一致。在本实施例中,通过预先将金属层2做弯曲处理,并使保护层1和树脂层3也都与金属层2一样的形状,在折角处,保护层1、金属层2以及树脂层3没有拉伸,这样在弯曲过程中,就不会发生包装膜拉伤引起破损的情况。具体地,在处理金属层2时,将其沿长度方向或者是宽度方向弯曲,形成多组弯曲段,该弯曲段具有波峰和波谷,如果整个金属层2都是弯曲段的话,那么金属层2形成波浪形。本实施例这种预先对金属层2做弯曲处理,相较于市面上的直接将外包装膜或柔性电池进行波纹处理来说,现有技术会使外包装膜在波纹处理过程中受到自身形变产生的拉应力以及PP层和尼龙层形变作用产生的压应力的影响,造成弯曲处发生应力集中现象,导致外包装膜在弯曲处受到的应力远远大于其他区域,导致外包装膜表面的铝层在波纹处理过程中就已经发生了损伤。在弯曲实验中,虽然波纹结构释放了大部分的弯曲应力。但是,由于外包装膜在之前的波纹处理中发生了损伤,这些损伤使外包装膜表面的铝层出现了更多的不规则区域,没有释放的应力在不规则区域集中,使不规则区域发生更严重的破损,导致电池的弯曲效果和弯曲次数下降。而在制备包装膜时就先将金属层2做成不同形状,然后再配合保护层1和树脂层3复合,可以有效控制金属层2自身形变收到的拉应力,同时弯曲排除保护层1和树脂层3形变产生的压应力的影响。这样制得的外包装膜的表面就不会出现直接对外包装膜进行波纹处理时产生的应力集中现象,大幅减少外包装膜的损伤,使损伤造成的不规则区域减小,从而极大地增加了电池的弯曲效果和弯曲次数。
作为本发明实施例的优化方案,在其中一组或多组所述弯曲段中,该弯曲段的波峰和波谷之间具有平直段;或者相邻的两组弯曲段之间具有平直段。在本实施例中,制备的金属层2可以不是全部的弯曲段,弯曲段与弯曲段之间,或者在弯曲段的波峰至波谷之间,均还可以设没有处理的平直金属层2,这样可以满足一些弯曲程度不大、弯曲次数少的工况,而提升金属层2的强度。相邻的峰部之间和底部之间可以是等距离或者不等距离的形态组成。图案也可以设计成波纹与平直相互间隔的组成。也可以设计成外包装构件的长度方向的收缩和舒张或者外包装构件扭转方向的收缩和舒张。优选的,相邻的两个所述上层波峰之间的距离以及相邻的两个所述下层波谷之间的距离均为0.1-10mm,上层波峰与波谷之间的距离均设置为0.1-10mm。
作为本发明实施例的优化方案,采用干法工艺或热法工艺将保护层1和树脂层3采用粘接剂贴合在所述金属层2上。优选的,所述粘接剂为有机硅、聚邻苯二甲酸酯、改性聚丙酸、改性聚乙酸或聚氨酯其中一种或多种。在本实施例中,采用粘接的方式来使保护层1和金属层2紧密贴合,使树脂层3和金属层2紧密贴合,该粘接剂的厚度优选为1~10μm。
作为本发明实施例的优化方案,所述金属层2采用冲坑模具或压花工艺冲成设计好的形状。在本实施例中,该设计好的形状可以是波浪形也可以是平直的,或者是其他形状,都可以。
作为本发明实施例的优化方案,所述树脂层3包括乙烯丙烯酸、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯、聚酰胺、粘合剂以及聚丙烯中至少一种。在本实施例中,优选的选择聚丙烯。树脂层3需要稳定性高、抗腐蚀能力强、防渗透性好,与电解液接触不发生反应等特性。采用冲压的方式将保护层1和树脂层3按压到所述金属层2上,所述厚度为10-100μm,从而保证树脂层3可以一起冲压成与铝层一样的形状而不发生形变,不打卷。
作为本发明实施例的优化方案,所述保护层1为聚酯纤维,聚酰胺纤维、聚乙烯、聚丙烯以及聚丙烯/聚乙烯复合材料中的至少一种。在本实施例中,优选的选择聚酰胺纤维。保护层1的厚度为10-100μm,保护层1的表面张力大于48mN/m(达因)。保护层1的吸湿性强,必需在有干燥剂存在的密封袋包装并在干燥阴凉处保存,使用前没有受潮吸湿;其拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、耐撕裂力均比普尼龙性能参数更大,从而保证保护层1可以一起冲成与金属层2一样的形状而不变性,不打卷。
作为本发明实施例的优化方案,所述金属层2包括铝、铜、磷青铜、铝青铜、铜合金或铜镍硅合金。在本实施例中,金属层2的厚度为20-80μm。金属层2为铝塑膜中间层,为基体材料,起防水和阻隔的作用。所述金属层2表面干净,光亮,有很好的可塑性。金属层2可包含选自铝、铜、磷青铜、铝青铜以及各种铜合金、铜镍硅合金等中的一种。
本发明实施例提供一种柔性电池,采用上述的外包装膜的制备方法制备的外包装膜,所述外包装膜中封装有电芯和电解液。优选的,树脂层3与电芯相接触。外包装膜的非平面处,保护层1,铝层和树脂层3没有拉伸,反复弯曲时,没有应力释放或者极少的应力释放,不至于在折角处被拉伤而使性能收到影响本发明制备出来的柔性电池不仅适用于智能手表,表链等穿戴设备,还可适用于卷式显示器等需要柔性功能的器件。本发明的柔性电池能够对具体应用进行反复弯曲,可以克服刚性电池产生的不协调感,满足人们的要求。在本实施例中,电芯主体包括涂覆在集流体上的阳极活性物质,涂覆在集流体的阴极活性物质,以及用于阻隔阳极和阴极的隔膜。阳极活性物质包括能够以可逆方式嵌入和脱嵌锂离子的阳极活性物质,作为这种阳极活性物质的代表,可以为如钴酸锂,锰酸锂,钛酸锂,钒酸锂,LiMnxNiyCozO2(x+y+z=1),LiNixCoyAlzO2(x+y+z=1),钒酸锂之类的锂-过渡金属氧化物,当然,本发明除了使用上述阳极活性物质外,还可以使用其它种类的阳极活性物质。此外,所述阴极活性物质包括能够以可逆方式嵌入和脱嵌锂离子的阴极活性物质,作为这种阴极活性物质的代表,可以为结晶态或者非结晶态的碳,碳纤维,或者碳复合体,以及一些金属或者其氧化物,如锡,锡氧化物,硅,硅氧化物,锂,锂合金等。当然,本发明除了使用上述阴极活性物质外,还可以使用其它种类的阴极活性物质。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (10)
1.一种外包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于,制备的外包装膜包括保护层、金属层以及树脂层,所述金属层位于所述保护层和所述树脂层之间,具体制备包括如下步骤:
S1,先将金属层沿其长度方向或宽度方向弯曲形成多组具有波峰和波谷的弯曲段;
S2,在弯曲后的金属层的其中一侧面贴合保护层,所述保护层紧贴所述金属层并与所述金属层的形状一致;
S3,接着在所述金属层的另外一侧面贴合树脂层,所述树脂层紧贴所述金属层并与所述金属层的形状一致。
2.如权利要求1所述的外包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于:在其中一组或多组所述弯曲段中,该弯曲段的波峰和波谷之间具有平直段;或者相邻的两组弯曲段之间具有平直段。
3.如权利要求1所述的外包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于:采用干法工艺或热法工艺将保护层和树脂层采用粘接剂贴合在所述金属层上。
4.如权利要求3所述的外包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述粘接剂为有机硅、聚邻苯二甲酸酯、改性聚丙酸、改性聚乙酸或聚氨酯其中一种或多种。
5.如权利要求1所述的外包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述金属层采用冲坑模具或压花工艺冲成设计好的形状。
6.如权利要求1所述的外包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述树脂层包括乙烯丙烯酸、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯、聚酰胺、粘合剂以及聚丙烯中至少一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的外包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述保护层为聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚乙烯、聚丙烯以及聚丙烯/聚乙烯复合材料中的至少一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的外包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述保护层的厚度和所述树脂层的厚度均为10~100μm,且所述保护层的表面张力大于48mN/m。
9.如权利要求1所述的外包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述金属层包括铝、铜、磷青铜、铝青铜、铜合金或铜镍硅合金。
10.一种柔性电池,其特征在于,采用如权利要求1-9任一所述的外包装膜的制备方法制备的外包装膜,所述外包装膜中封装有电芯和电解液。
