Strontium element is widely present in mineral water, is a trace element necessary for human body, is a main component of skeleton and tooth, has strontium in all tissues of human body, is closely related to the formation of skeleton of human body, competes with sodium in intestines to absorb parts, reduces the absorption of sodium by human body, is favorable for normal activity of cardiovascular system, and has the functions of preventing arteriosclerosis, preventing fracture of osteoporosis patients and preventing thrombosis. At present, mineral water is mainly divided into nine major categories according to the characteristic components of the mineral water reaching the national standard, namely metasilicic acid mineral water; ② strontium mineral water; ③ zinc (zinc supplement product, zinc supplement information) mineral water; lithium mineral water; selenium mineral water; sixthly, bromine mineral water; seventhly, iodine mineral water; eighty percent carbonic acid mineral water; ninthly, mineral water of salts. However, the market has less special mineral water, less strontium-rich water and lack of related products.
The sea is also called as 'blue state soil', has rich resources, and is an important source of high-quality food protein and medical raw materials for human beings. There are over 100 million animals and plants and hundreds of millions of microorganisms in the ocean, and the total amount of organisms accounts for 87% of the total biomass of the earth. Because of the special living environment of the sea, marine organisms can synthesize molecules with peculiar and novel chemical structures, which are different from terrestrial organisms, and 3.5 ten thousand marine natural products, half of which have various biological activities, have been found. The marine organisms have a unique gene system different from terrestrial organisms, and provide unique marine resources in China for the development of related medicaments and functional health-care products. The "seaweed" is a generic name of marine algae such as kelp, laver, undaria pinnatifida, gelidium amansii, etc., which is an algae growing in the sea. The seaweed is rich in protein, polysaccharide, dietary fiber, amino acid, vitamin, unsaturated fatty acid, iron, calcium and other trace elements, has various physiological activities of resisting oxidation, resisting bacteria, reducing blood fat, reducing blood sugar, resisting tumors and the like, is widely eaten by part of the seaweed, and is also widely applied to traditional Chinese medicines.
At present, with the improvement of living standard of people, the demand of people on health is higher. At present, the beverage with certain health care function has large market demand, but the market is lack of high-end health care functional beverage. Therefore, the special strontium-rich water is combined with marine biological resources to develop the related functional drink, and the beverage has great market potential and wide prospect.
The invention prepares the health-care functional drink by combining the marine-derived seaweed protein and the strontium-rich water, and the prior art has no report of the strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care functional drink provided by the invention, and also has no report of the drink which can be used for resisting oxidation, preventing arteriosclerosis, preventing fracture of osteoporosis patients, preventing thrombosis, enhancing human immunity and other diseases.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care functional drink and a preparation method thereof. The beverage has the advantages of resisting oxidation, preventing arteriosclerosis, preventing fracture of osteoporosis patients, preventing thrombosis and enhancing human immunity.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care functional drink comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: seaweed protein 0.05-5 parts, strontium-rich water (strontium content greater than 0.21mg/L)80-90 parts, and food additive 0.05-5 parts (preferably 0.1-3 parts).
Further, the seaweed protein comprises phycoerythrin, phycocyanin and allophycocyanin.
Further, the food additive comprises 0.01-1 part of citric acid, 0.1-1 part of sodium ascorbate and 0.05-3 parts of maltodextrin (preferably 0.1-1 part).
The formula of the invention has the following pharmacological effects:
phycobiliprotein: phycobiliprotein is a water-soluble pigment protein formed by combining bile pigment and protein through covalent bonds in marine algae organisms, has physiological functions of resisting oxidation, enhancing immunity, resisting mutation and the like, and is widely applied to food, medicines, health products and feed as a natural water-soluble pigment. Phycobiliprotein is proved to be a novel photosensitive antitumor drug with high efficiency and no toxic or side effect, and has good inhibitory activity on liver cancer cells, oral cancer cells, colon cancer cells and the like. The action mechanism of the compound mainly kills tumor cells or causes the tumor cells to die by generating Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) such as superoxide anion, hydrogen peroxide, singlet oxygen, hydroxyl radical and the like, so that the tumor tissue vasoconstriction and thrombosis are caused, the tumor tissue is anoxic or nutrient, and the main immune system is caused to generate immune cells to kill the tumor cells.
Strontium-rich water: strontium is a weakly alkaline trace element, widely exists in mineral water, is a trace element necessary for human bodies, is a main component of bones and teeth, has strontium in all tissues of the human bodies, is closely related to the formation of the bones of the human bodies, competes with sodium in intestines to absorb parts, reduces the absorption of the sodium by the human bodies, is favorable for normal activities of cardiovascular vessels, and has the functions of preventing arteriosclerosis, preventing fracture of osteoporosis patients and preventing thrombosis. The strontium also has the functions of oxidation resistance and aging resistance, and by adding the strontium-rich water, the strontium-rich water can supplement strontium element for human bodies, regulate the acid-base balance of the human bodies, enhance the immunity and improve the sub-health state of the human bodies.
A preparation method of a strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care functional drink is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) weighing phycobiliprotein according to the formula ratio, adding into 40-50 parts of strontium-rich water, and stirring uniformly for later use;
(2) weighing the food additive according to the formula ratio, adding the food additive into 20-30 parts of strontium-rich water, and uniformly stirring for later use;
(3) and (3) adding the solution obtained in the steps (1) and (2) into a preparation tank, adding the residual strontium-rich water, uniformly stirring, filtering and sterilizing to obtain the strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care beverage.
The invention has the following advantages:
the invention prepares the health-care functional drink by scientifically composing the marine algae protein and the strontium-rich water, and the ingredients of the drink, such as phycobiliprotein, trace element strontium and the like, have the physiological activities of resisting oxidation, preventing arteriosclerosis, preventing fracture of osteoporosis patients, preventing thrombosis, enhancing human immunity and the like. The invention develops related functional drinks by combining special strontium-rich water with marine biological resources, and has huge market potential and wide prospect.

Detailed Description
In order to better understand the essence of the present invention, the preparation method and functional effects of the strontium-rich seaweed protein health functional beverage of the present invention will be illustrated by the following examples, but the present invention is not limited by the examples.
Example 1: a preparation method of a strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care functional drink comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 0.05 part of phycobiliprotein, adding into 50 parts of strontium-rich water, and uniformly stirring for later use;
(2) weighing 0.01 part of citric acid, 0.1 part of sodium ascorbate and 0.05 part of maltodextrin, adding into 20 parts of strontium-rich water, and stirring uniformly for later use;
(3) and (3) adding the solution obtained in the steps (1) and (2) into a preparation tank, adding the residual strontium-rich water, uniformly stirring, filtering and sterilizing to obtain the strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care beverage.
Example 2: a preparation method of a strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care functional drink comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 0.1 part of phycobiliprotein, adding into 40 parts of strontium-rich water, and uniformly stirring for later use;
(2) weighing 1 part of citric acid, 1 part of sodium ascorbate and 3 parts of maltodextrin, adding into 30 parts of strontium-rich water, and stirring uniformly for later use;
(3) and (3) adding the solution obtained in the steps (1) and (2) into a preparation tank, adding the residual strontium-rich water, uniformly stirring, filtering and sterilizing to obtain the strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care beverage.
Example 3: a preparation method of a strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care functional drink comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 5 parts of phycobiliprotein, adding the phycobiliprotein into 50 parts of strontium-rich water, and uniformly stirring for later use;
(2) weighing 1 part of citric acid, 1 part of sodium ascorbate and 3 parts of maltodextrin, adding into 30 parts of strontium-rich water, and stirring uniformly for later use;
(3) and (3) adding the solution obtained in the steps (1) and (2) into a preparation tank, adding the residual strontium-rich water, uniformly stirring, filtering and sterilizing to obtain the strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care beverage.
Example 4: a preparation method of a strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care functional drink comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 2 parts of phycobiliprotein, adding the phycobiliprotein into 45 parts of strontium-rich water, and uniformly stirring for later use;
(2) weighing 0.5 part of citric acid, 0.5 part of sodium ascorbate and 0.5 part of maltodextrin, adding into 25 parts of strontium-rich water, and stirring uniformly for later use;
(3) and (3) adding the solution obtained in the steps (1) and (2) into a preparation tank, adding the residual strontium-rich water, uniformly stirring, filtering and sterilizing to obtain the strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care beverage.
Example 5: a preparation method of a strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care functional drink comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 1 part of phycobiliprotein, adding the phycobiliprotein into 40 parts of strontium-rich water, and uniformly stirring for later use;
(2) weighing 0.1 part of citric acid, 0.1 part of sodium ascorbate and 0.1 part of maltodextrin, adding into 30 parts of strontium-rich water, and stirring uniformly for later use;
(3) and (3) adding the solution obtained in the steps (1) and (2) into a preparation tank, adding the residual strontium-rich water, uniformly stirring, filtering and sterilizing to obtain the strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care beverage.
Example 6: determination of total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) of strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care functional beverage
Determination of strontium-rich seaweed protein health care by using total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) determination kitThe total antioxidant capacity of the functional beverage comprises the following specific operation steps: adding 5 μ L of sample solution into 96 empty plate, accurately adding 180 μ L of FRAP working solution (composed of 0.3mol/L acetate buffer solution, 10mmol/L TPTZ solution, and 20mmol/L FeCl3 solution at volume ratio of 10: 1, mixing, reacting at 37 deg.C for 10min, and measuring absorbance at 593 nm. Preparing standard curve with OD value of standard as abscissa and concentration of standard corresponding to each OD value as ordinate, preparing curve formula with excelx table, substituting measured OD value of sample into formula, calculating result, and obtaining total antioxidant capacity of measured sample by FeSO4Standard solution concentration.

Example 7: determination of hydroxyl radical and OH scavenging capacity of strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care functional beverage
The hydroxyl radical OH scavenging capacity of the strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care functional drink is measured by adopting a salicylic acid method, and the specific operation steps are as follows: adding 9mmol/LFeSO into the test tube41mL, 9mmol/L salicylic acid-ethanol 1mL and the solution to be tested 1mL, and finally 8.8mmol/LH is added2O21 mL. After 1.5h reaction at 37 ℃ centrifugation at 12000r/min for 10min was performed, followed by absorbance determination at 536nm using double distilled water as a reference. At a ratio of 9mmol/LFeSO41mL, 1mL of 9mmol/L salicylic acid-ethanol, 1mL of the solution to be detected and 1mL of double distilled water are used as the background absorption value of the solution to be detected. Each absorbance was measured 3 times in parallel and averaged. The clearance calculation formula is:

Determination of superoxide radical O of strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care functional beverage by adopting pyrogallol autoxidation method2 ·-The specific operation steps of the cleaning capacity of the cleaning agent are as follows: adding 2mL of 50mmol/L Tris-HCl buffer solution (pH8.2) into a test tube, adding 1mL of solutions to be detected with different concentrations, preserving the temperature at 25 ℃ for 20min, taking out the solutions, immediately adding 0.3mL of 3mmol/L pyrogallol with the temperature of 25 ℃ and the total volume of 3.3mL, quickly shaking up, pouring the solutions into a 1cm cuvette, measuring the colorimetric value at 325nm under the constant temperature condition of 25 ℃, and measuring the light absorption value once every 0.5 min. 0.3mL of hydrochloric acid with the concentration of 10mmol/L is used for replacing pyrogallol as the background absorption value of the solution to be detected. Example 9: flavor evaluation method of strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care functional beverage
For examples 1-5, the recruited volunteers (20 men and women, and male and female halves) were randomly tasted, and then they were allowed to score and evaluate the tasted drinks in terms of four aspects, such as color, flavor, taste, and state, with the scoring criteria shown in table 2, and the evaluation score average was taken as the final evaluation value shown in table 3.

Example 10: determination of strontium content in strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care functional beverage
The strontium content in the strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care functional beverage is detected by adopting a GB 8538-2016 (national food safety standard) drinking natural mineral water detection method to carry out related index content detection, and the strontium content is 0.21mg/L-50 mg/L.
Example 11: weighing 2 parts of phycobiliprotein, 0.5 part of citric acid, 0.5 part of sodium ascorbate and 0.5 part of maltodextrin, adding the mixture into 96.5 parts of strontium-rich water with the strontium content of 57mg/L, uniformly stirring, and sterilizing, wherein the obtained strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care beverage has more precipitates which are not beneficial to absorption and utilization of active ingredients, and the strontium content is too high and can cause harm to human bodies.
Example 12: the strontium-rich seaweed protein beverage prepared in example 4 is packaged into oral liquid (100 ml/piece) and is taken by volunteers for 2 pieces per day in a period of 3 months, and the trial effect is as follows:
1. in the case of Wangzhi, men and 47 years old feel sub-health symptoms such as hypodynamia, fatigue, dizziness and the like frequently, the beverage is taken after 8 months in 2020, the symptoms are obviously improved after 15 days of taking, and the symptoms completely disappear after three months of taking.
2. Zhangqi, female, 49 years old, insomnia, memory decline, beginning to use the beverage for conditioning in 8 months in 2020, and improving related symptoms after conditioning for three months.
3. The beverage is used for conditioning the adult female in the age of 68 years, the weight is overweight, the sleep quality is poor, the beverage is used for conditioning in 8 months in 2020, the weight is reduced after three months of conditioning, and related symptoms are improved.
4. The sub-health symptoms of malar and female, such as weakness, fatigue, dizziness and the like are often felt by 45 years old, and after drinking the mineral water (equal to the strontium-rich seaweed protein drink) sold in the market in 8 months in 2020, the weight is increased and the related symptoms are not improved.
Experimental results show that the strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care functional beverage provided by the invention has the effects of resisting oxidation, enhancing the immunity of a human body, improving the sub-health of the human body and the like.
Claims (5)
1. The strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care functional drink is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: seaweed protein 0.05-5 parts, strontium-rich water (strontium content greater than 0.21mg/L)80-90 parts, and food additive 0.05-5 parts (preferably 0.1-3 parts).
2. The strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care functional beverage according to claim 1, wherein the seaweed protein is phycobiliprotein comprising one or more of phycoerythrin, phycocyanin and allophycocyanin.
3. The strontium-rich seaweed protein health functional beverage according to claim 1, wherein the food additive comprises 0.01-1 part of citric acid, 0.1-1 part of sodium ascorbate and 0.05-3 parts of maltodextrin (preferably 0.1-1 part).
4. A method for preparing the strontium-rich seaweed protein health-care functional drink as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing phycobiliprotein according to the formula ratio, adding into 40-50 parts of strontium-rich water, and stirring uniformly for later use;
(2) weighing the food additive according to the formula ratio, adding the food additive into 20-30 parts of strontium-rich water, and uniformly stirring for later use;
(3) adding the solution obtained in the steps (1) and (2) into a preparation container, adding 10-20 strontium-rich water, stirring uniformly at room temperature, filtering, and sterilizing to obtain the strontium-rich seaweed protein health drink.
5. The use of the strontium-rich algal protein functional health drink according to claim 1, wherein the health functions are antioxidation, prevention of arteriosclerosis, prevention of fracture of osteoporosis patients, prevention of thrombosis and enhancement of human immunity.
