Abstract
本发明公开了一种仔猪中草药饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括将糙薏米、柏子仁、百合、茯神、芡实经过膨化后,再与余甘子、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂及甘草等药材,一起浸泡冷冻后,依次用60wt%‑90wt%乙醇溶液、饮用水回流提取,合并提取液,回收药渣;提取液经浓缩、喷雾干燥加工形成干粉,药渣接入皱环球盖菇菌种进行真菌发酵培养3‑4周后,烘干粉碎;最后提取浓缩喷雾干燥加工形成干粉与药渣真菌发酵培养粉碎的药渣粉混合均匀并包装。制备工艺科学合理,制备过程可操作性强,制备的添加剂适口性良好,能有效提高仔猪的消化吸收能力,降低料肉比,增强免疫力和抗应激能力,促进仔猪生长。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于仔猪饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种仔猪中草药饲料添加剂的制备方法。
背景技术
当前化学药物和抗生素在兽医临床上的广泛并高剂量使用,在促进仔猪生长、提高养殖效益的同时,给动物健康、人类健康及环境产生严重的负面影响,目前欧盟和美国已全面禁止化学药物和抗生素在畜牧上应用,我国从2021年开始全面禁止化学药物和抗生素的饲料添加剂,因此,寻找能有效替代化学药物的无污染、无残留、多功能的饲料添加剂研发已成为畜牧行业急需解决的关键技术问题。中草药是天然的绿色植物,兼有营养和药用的两种属性,已经在仔猪的饲养中多有应用,具有促进动物生长发育,提高饲料利用率等功能,是当今“饲料禁抗、饲料减抗”的主要技术手段之一,但当前中草药饲料添加剂多为直接干燥、粉碎、混合而成的散剂,制作工艺比较落后,粗纤维含量过高,适口性不佳,加上仔猪因胃肠消化吸收功能还比较弱,这些均严重制约了中草药饲料添加剂的仔猪养殖中推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种仔猪中草药饲料添加剂的制备方法,制备工艺科学合理,制备过程可操作性强,制备的添加剂适口性良好,能有效提高仔猪的消化吸收能力,降低料肉比,增强免疫力和抗应激能力,促进仔猪生长。
本发明的一种仔猪中草药饲料添加剂,所述添加剂的原料组分按照重量份数计包括:糙薏米30-50份,柏子仁10-20份、余甘子10-20份、百合5-10份、茯神5-10份、芡实5-10份、瓜子金1-5份、鸡矢藤1-3份、土丁桂1-3份、甘草1-3份。
本发明中草药饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括将糙薏米、柏子仁、百合、茯神、芡实经过膨化后,再与余甘子、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂及甘草等药材,一起浸泡冷冻后,依次用60wt%-90wt%乙醇溶液、饮用水回流提取,合并提取液,回收药渣;提取液经浓缩、喷雾干燥加工形成干粉,药渣接入皱环球盖菇菌种进行真菌发酵培养3-4周后,烘干粉碎;最后提取浓缩喷雾干燥加工形成干粉与药渣真菌发酵培养粉碎的药渣粉混合均匀并包装。具体步骤如下:
1 选料:将糙薏米、柏子仁、余甘子、百合、茯神、芡实、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂、甘草原料中的霉烂、异常的部分及杂质挑掉,备用;
2 膨化:将糙薏米、柏子仁、百合、茯神和芡实采用气流式爆米花膨化机进行膨化备用,膨化的气压为 0.5-1.2Mpa,时间控制在5-9min;
3 浸泡:将膨化后的糙薏米、柏子仁、百合、茯神和芡实药材,与余甘子、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂及甘草药材合在一起,按固液重量比1:2-5加入饮用水浸泡10-15h,捞出沥干,备用;
4冷冻:将浸泡沥干后的糙薏米、柏子仁、余甘子、百合、茯神、芡实、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂、甘草放入零下5-10℃冰柜中冷冻15-24h,然后在常温下自然解冻,备用;
5 浸提:将冷冻过的糙薏米、柏子仁、余甘子、百合、茯神、芡实、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂、甘草按重量体积比1:4-8 g/ml加入60wt%-90wt%乙醇溶液回流提取0.5-1.5小时,收集提取液a,然后再将残渣按重量体积比1:4-8 g/ml加入饮用水,于85-95℃回流浸提2-3次,每次0.5-1.5小时,收集提取液b,收集药渣,备用;
6 浓缩:将提取液a和b混合,浓缩至40-60℃时相对密度为1.05-1.10,备用;
7 喷雾干燥:在所得浓缩液中加入占浓缩液重量比1%-3%的糊精,搅拌均匀进行喷雾干燥,收集干粉备用;
8 真菌发酵培养:提取后的药渣移至无菌接种室,待冷却至40-50℃时,按重量比100:1-3接入皱环球盖菇生产种,搅拌均匀后,装入带呼吸阀的无菌塑料袋或容器中,培养温度20-30℃,湿度50-70%,真菌发酵培养3-4周后,备用;
9 烘干粉碎:将真菌发酵培养后的药渣,烘干后粉碎,过80-160目的筛网,备用;
10混合:将喷雾干燥后的干粉与烘干粉碎后的药渣粉混合均匀,包装即得饲料添加剂。
备注:本发明的皱环球盖菇生产菌种是直接利用食用菌生产上用的生产菌种,是在灭菌后的培养基料接入菌种,进行菌丝培养,待菌丝走满整袋培养基,然后用于食用菌的生产接种,为固体菌种。
本发明的中草药饲料添加剂应用:
将所述添加剂按仔猪饲料喂饲量的重量比为1-3%的比例添加到仔猪的日常饲料(粉料)中,拌匀后进行喂饲,也可以预混料形式添加到仔猪基础日粮配方中造粒成颗粒饲料进行喂饲,该中草药饲料添加剂从仔猪断奶开始不间断添加到仔猪长至40kg左右结束。糙薏米、柏子仁、余甘子、百合、茯神、芡实、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂、甘草
本发明的优点是:
1、本发明的中草药饲料添加剂组方科学,配合合理,该中草药饲料添加剂组方以糙薏米为主,糙薏米含有薏苡仁酯、多糖、β-谷甾醇、三萜类化合物等活性成分,具有健脾止泻、利水渗湿、抗炎解毒等功效,有很好的促进消化吸收、抗应激和预防治疗仔猪腹泻,同时余甘子、芡实、鸡矢藤、土丁桂分别具有不同程度的健脾、开胃、止泻、消食化滞、清热、解毒等功效,协同应用有很好的促进消化吸收和预防治疗仔猪腹泻的功效;柏子仁、百合、茯神、瓜子金和甘草分别具有不同程度的养心安神、补血益气的功效,协同应用有很好促生长、抗应激、提高免疫力的作用。本发明制备出来的中草药饲料添加剂具有健脾开胃、化滞止泻、养心安神、补血益气、提高免疫力和抗应激能力等功效作用。
2、本发明的制备工艺科学合理,制备过程可操作性强。本发明通过将糙薏米、柏子仁、余甘子、百合、茯神、芡实、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂、甘草等原料经过膨化、浸泡、冷冻处理后,再采用先醇提后水提的浸提方法,确保这些药材的脂溶性成分与水溶性成分一起最大程度浸提出来,最大限度地保证中草药饲料添加剂的功效。
3、将药渣接入皱环球盖菇菌种进行发酵培养,可以将药渣中的大部分粗纤维通过微生物转化成菌丝蛋白,显著减少药渣中粗纤维含量,粗纤维减少47.65%,显著提高蛋白质和氨基酸的含量,分别提高80.92%和70.47%,从而提高中草药饲料添加剂的营养品质,同时还可以提高多糖含量,提高36.02%,增强中草药饲料添加剂的免疫功效。

4、制备的饲料添加剂适口性良好,能有效提高仔猪的消化吸收能力和抗应激能力,显著降低料肉比,显著减少仔猪断奶综合症及腹泻的发生,从而促进仔猪生长。在相同的饲养情况下,与对照组(常规不添加饲料添加剂)相比,添加本发明饲料添加剂的断奶仔猪平均日增重(ADG)提高0.03-0.06kg/头,料肉比降低了12.5%-20.3%;对仔猪的腹泻有显著预防作用,腹泻发生率比对照组降低61.3%-87.8%;同时,本发明对仔猪的抗应激能力有明显的提高作用,仔猪断奶综合症的发生率显著降低,比对照组降低42.8%-55.4%,(具体见后面的添加喂饲试验结果)。
具体实施方式
为让本发明的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,作详细说明。本发明的方法如无特殊说明,均为本领域常规方法。
实施例1
一种仔猪中草药饲料添加剂,所述添加剂的原料组分按照重量份数计包括:糙薏米30份,柏子仁10份、余甘子10份、百合5份、茯神5份、芡实5份、瓜子金1份、鸡矢藤1份、土丁桂1份、甘草1份。
制备方法,具体步骤如下:
1 选料:将糙薏米、柏子仁、余甘子、百合、茯神、芡实、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂、甘草原料中的霉烂、异常的部分及杂质挑掉,备用;
2 膨化:将糙薏米、柏子仁、百合、茯神和芡实采用气流式爆米花膨化机进行膨化备用,膨化的气压为 0.5Mpa,时间控制在5min;
3 浸泡:将膨化后的糙薏米、柏子仁、百合、茯神和芡实药材,与余甘子、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂及甘草药材合在一起,按固液重量比1:2加入饮用水浸泡10h,捞出沥干,备用;
4冷冻:将浸泡沥干后的糙薏米、柏子仁、余甘子、百合、茯神、芡实、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂、甘草放入零下5℃冰柜中冷冻15h,然后在常温下自然解冻,备用;
5 浸提:将冷冻过的糙薏米、柏子仁、余甘子、百合、茯神、芡实、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂、甘草按重量体积比1:4 g/ml加入60wt%乙醇溶液回流提取0.5小时,收集提取液a,然后再将残渣按重量体积比1:4 g/ml加入饮用水,于85℃回流浸提2次,每次0.5小时,收集提取液b,收集药渣,备用;
6 浓缩:将提取液a和b混合,浓缩至40℃时相对密度为1.05,备用;
7 喷雾干燥:在所得浓缩液中加入占浓缩液重量比1%的糊精,搅拌均匀进行喷雾干燥,收集干粉备用;
8 真菌发酵培养:提取后的药渣移至无菌接种室,待冷却至40℃时,按重量比100:1接入皱环球盖菇生产种,搅拌均匀后,装入带呼吸阀的无菌塑料袋或容器中,培养温度20℃,湿度70%,真菌发酵培养3周后,备用;
9 烘干粉碎:将真菌发酵培养后的药渣,烘干后粉碎,过80目的筛网,备用;
10混合:将喷雾干燥后的干粉与烘干粉碎后的药渣粉混合均匀,包装即得饲料添加剂。
实施例2
一种仔猪中草药饲料添加剂,所述添加剂的原料组分按照重量份数计包括:糙薏米40份,柏子仁15份、余甘子15份、百合8份、茯神8份、芡实8份、瓜子金3份、鸡矢藤2份、土丁桂2份、甘草2份。
制备方法,具体步骤如下:
1 选料:将糙薏米、柏子仁、余甘子、百合、茯神、芡实、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂、甘草原料中的霉烂、异常的部分及杂质挑掉,备用;
2 膨化:将糙薏米、柏子仁、百合、茯神和芡实采用气流式爆米花膨化机进行膨化备用,膨化的气压为1.0Mpa,时间控制在7min;
3 浸泡:将膨化后的糙薏米、柏子仁、百合、茯神和芡实药材,与余甘子、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂及甘草药材合在一起,按固液重量比1:3加入饮用水浸泡12h,捞出沥干,备用;
4冷冻:将浸泡沥干后的糙薏米、柏子仁、余甘子、百合、茯神、芡实、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂、甘草放入零下8℃冰柜中冷冻20h,然后在常温下自然解冻,备用;
5 浸提:将冷冻过的糙薏米、柏子仁、余甘子、百合、茯神、芡实、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂、甘草按重量体积比1:6 g/ml加入75wt%乙醇溶液回流提取1小时,收集提取液a,然后再将残渣按重量体积比1:6 g/ml加入饮用水,于90℃回流浸提2次,每次1小时,收集提取液b,收集药渣,备用;
6 浓缩:将提取液a和b混合,浓缩至50℃时相对密度为1.08,备用;
7 喷雾干燥:在所得浓缩液中加入占浓缩液重量比2%的糊精,搅拌均匀进行喷雾干燥,收集干粉备用;
8 真菌发酵培养:提取后的药渣移至无菌接种室,待冷却至45℃时,按重量比100:2接入皱环球盖菇生产种,搅拌均匀后,装入带呼吸阀的无菌塑料袋或容器中,培养温度25℃,湿度60%,真菌发酵培养4周后,备用;
9 烘干粉碎:将真菌发酵培养后的药渣,烘干后粉碎,过120目的筛网,备用;
10混合:将喷雾干燥后的干粉与烘干粉碎后的药渣粉混合均匀,包装即得饲料添加剂。
实施例3
一种仔猪中草药饲料添加剂,所述添加剂的原料组分按照重量份数计包括:糙薏米50份,柏子仁20份、余甘子20份、百合10份、茯神10份、芡实10份、瓜子金5份、鸡矢藤3份、土丁桂3份、甘草3份。
制备方法,具体步骤如下:
1 选料:将糙薏米、柏子仁、余甘子、百合、茯神、芡实、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂、甘草原料中的霉烂、异常的部分及杂质挑掉,备用;
2 膨化:将糙薏米、柏子仁、百合、茯神和芡实采用气流式爆米花膨化机进行膨化备用,膨化的气压为 1.2Mpa,时间控制在9min;
3 浸泡:将膨化后的糙薏米、柏子仁、百合、茯神和芡实药材,与余甘子、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂及甘草药材合在一起,按固液重量比1:5加入饮用水浸泡15h,捞出沥干,备用;
4冷冻:将浸泡沥干后的糙薏米、柏子仁、余甘子、百合、茯神、芡实、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂、甘草放入零下10℃冰柜中冷冻24h,然后在常温下自然解冻,备用;
5 浸提:将冷冻过的糙薏米、柏子仁、余甘子、百合、茯神、芡实、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂、甘草按重量体积比1:8 g/ml加入90wt%乙醇溶液回流提取1.5小时,收集提取液a,然后再将残渣按重量体积比1:8 g/ml加入饮用水,于95℃回流浸提3次,每次1.5小时,收集提取液b,收集药渣,备用;
6 浓缩:将提取液a和b混合,浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.10,备用;
7 喷雾干燥:在所得浓缩液中加入占浓缩液重量比3%的糊精,搅拌均匀进行喷雾干燥,收集干粉备用;
8 真菌发酵培养:提取后的药渣移至无菌接种室,待冷却至50℃时,按重量比100:3接入皱环球盖菇生产种,搅拌均匀后,装入带呼吸阀的无菌塑料袋或容器中,培养温度30℃,湿度50%,真菌发酵培养4周后,备用;
9 烘干粉碎:将真菌发酵培养后的药渣,烘干后粉碎,过160目的筛网,备用;
10混合:将喷雾干燥后的干粉与烘干粉碎后的药渣粉混合均匀,包装即得饲料添加剂。
不同剂量的饲料添加剂添加喂饲试验
将按本发明方法制得的饲料添加剂按不同剂量进行添加喂饲,并与常规喂饲(无饲料添加剂添加)进行比较。
1、试验设计
试验分3个饲料添加剂试验组(分别添加饲料添加剂1%、2%和3%)及对照组(无饲料添加剂添加),共4个处理,每个处理设3个重复,每个重复10头。
试验计划喂养28d(4周),预试验5天。试验选用同一批次的健康断奶后3-5d的仔猪120头,平均重量9.75±0.24kg,逐个标记耳号(或做其他标记),按以下原则进行挑选与分栏:(1)性别:公母各半,公猪均需去势;(2)品种:外三元;(3)体重尽量一致,按重量分等级,每个试验组的仔猪等级分布与头数一致。
基础日粮参照NRC(1998)肉猪营养需要推荐量配制,具体试验猪场的基础日粮组成及营养水平见表2,饲料添加剂直接按1%、2%和3%的比例添加到日粮中混合后进行喂饲。试验期间,每天按比例分2次喂料,量应每日进行调整,尽量做到不多喂、不少喂。仔猪自由采食和饮水,其他饲养管理及免疫程序与猪场一致。

分别于试验第1、15和29天早上08︰00对试验猪逐头进行空腹称重。全程(每天)记录试验猪的采食情况,同时观察记录腹泻、水肿、消瘦及咬耳朵尾巴等的发生情况。
平均日增重(ADG)=(末期组总重﹣初期组总重)/(试验天数×组头数);
料肉比(F/G)=平均日采食量(ADFI)/平均日增重(ADG);
腹泻发生率(%)=(每组腹泻头数×腹泻天数)/(每组头数×试验天数)×100;
断奶综合症发生率(%)=(每组腹泻、水肿、消瘦及咬耳朵尾巴的仔猪头数×发生天数)/(每组头数×试验天数)×100。
2、结果与分析

从表3中可以得出:与对照组比较,在相同的饲养情况下,与对照组(常规不添加饲料添加剂)相比,不同剂量的饲料添加剂的处理组的平均日增重不同程度提高,平均日增重(ADG)提高0.03-0.06kg/头·天;料肉比显著降低,料肉比降低了12.5%-20.3%;对仔猪的腹泻有显著的预防作用,腹泻发生率比对照组降低61.3%-87.8%;同时,本发明对仔猪的抗应激能力有明显的提高作用,仔猪断奶综合症的发生率显著降低,比对照组降低42.8%-55.4%。结果表明,该发明的饲料添加剂能明显提高断奶仔猪的消化吸收能力,显著降低料肉比,明显提高断奶仔猪抗应激能力的效果,显著减少仔猪断奶综合症及腹泻的发生,从而促进仔猪生长。

Claims (2)
1.一种仔猪中草药饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述添加剂的原料组分按照重量份数计包括:糙薏米30-50份,柏子仁10-20份、余甘子10-20份、百合5-10份、茯神5-10份、芡实5-10份、瓜子金1-5份、鸡矢藤1-3份、土丁桂1-3份、甘草1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仔猪中草药饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
1 选料:将糙薏米、柏子仁、余甘子、百合、茯神、芡实、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂、甘草原料中的霉烂、异常的部分及杂质挑掉,备用;
2 膨化:将糙薏米、柏子仁、百合、茯神和芡实采用气流式爆米花膨化机进行膨化备用,膨化的气压为 0.5-1.2Mpa,时间控制在5-9min;
3 浸泡:将膨化后的糙薏米、柏子仁、百合、茯神和芡实药材,与余甘子、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂及甘草药材合在一起,按固液重量比1:2-5加入饮用水浸泡10-15h,捞出沥干,备用;
4冷冻:将浸泡沥干后的糙薏米、柏子仁、余甘子、百合、茯神、芡实、瓜子金、鸡矢藤、土丁桂、甘草放入零下5-10℃冰柜中冷冻15-24h,然后在常温下自然解冻,备用;

9 烘干粉碎:将真菌发酵培养后的药渣,烘干后粉碎,过80-160目的筛网,备用;
10混合:将喷雾干燥后的干粉与烘干粉碎后的药渣粉混合均匀,包装即得饲料添加剂。
