The installation mode of the invention is as follows: firstly, the distance between the two installation parts 13 is adjusted to a position which is proper to the distance between the two automobile seat slide rails, then the two groups of first plug connectors 133 and the two groups of second plug connectors 134 extend into the corresponding automobile seat slide rails respectively, the adjusting screws 135 are rotated to move the first plug connectors 133 to be tightly abutted against the side walls of the automobile seat slide rails, namely, the installation and the fixation of the sensor installation device 100 are completed, then, the displacement sensor is installed on the connecting column 21 through the adapter, the left and right positions of the installation plate 22 are adjusted, the displacement sensor is located right behind the automobile pedal, the up and down positions of the adapter are adjusted, finally, the displacement sensor is located on a connecting line between the starting point and the end point of the automobile pedal, and the whole installation and adjustment process is completed.
In the process of measuring the displacement of the pedal, the sensor mounting device 100 of the invention ensures that the mounting position of the displacement sensor is kept fixed in the test process, improves the accuracy of test data, and avoids the problem of poor connection caused by fixing on a ribbon or a steering wheel; meanwhile, the sensor mounting device 100 is closer to a vehicle pedal, so that the initial extension length of the displacement sensor is smaller, and the shaking amount of the drawn wire in the test process and the vehicle moving process is smaller; and the test result (displacement difference) can be ensured to be the chord length of the arc line of the pedal motion track, so that the accuracy of the test data can be ensured.
Meanwhile, due to the adjustable arrangement of the base component, the sensor mounting device 100 can be applied to different vehicles, and the contrast of test results is ensured.
The invention has simple and convenient arrangement, small volume and small occupied space after installation, can not influence the test operation of testers, can be used in dynamic and static test tests, and can be popularized to the test tests of a brake pedal and an accelerator pedal.

Claims (8)

1. A sensor mounting device for mounting a displacement sensor to a vehicle, the sensor mounting device having a front-rear direction with respect to a traveling direction of the vehicle and a left-right direction arranged to intersect with the front-rear direction, the sensor mounting device comprising:
a base assembly for mounting to an automotive seat track; and the number of the first and second groups,
the adjusting assembly is movably arranged on the base assembly and is used for installing a displacement sensor, so that the displacement sensor is positioned right behind a vehicle pedal and is positioned on a connecting line of a starting point and a finishing point of the vehicle pedal;
the adjusting assembly comprises connecting columns and mounting plates which are arranged in a crossed mode, one ends of the connecting columns are connected with one ends of the mounting plates, the connecting columns are used for mounting the displacement sensors, the mounting plates are movably mounted on the base assembly in the left-right direction and can be adjusted in the left-right direction, and therefore the displacement sensors are driven by the connecting columns to move to the positions right behind the vehicle pedals;
a stud is convexly arranged on the front side of the base component; the mounting plate is provided with a first elongated hole in a penetrating manner along the front-back direction, the first elongated hole is distributed along the left-right direction, and the mounting plate is sleeved on the stud;
the adjusting part further comprises a nut, and the nut is screwed on the stud, so that the mounting plate is movably mounted on the base component along the left and right directions, the displacement sensor is driven by the connecting column to move to the position right behind the vehicle pedal, and the nut is matched with the stud to fix the mounting plate.
2. The sensor mounting apparatus of claim 1, wherein the attachment post extends upwardly from one end of the mounting plate;
the adjusting component further comprises an adapter, the adapter is sleeved on the connecting column, the adapter is movably arranged up and down, the adapter is used for mounting the displacement sensor, and therefore in the moving stroke of the adapter, the adapter drives the displacement sensor to move, and the displacement sensor is located on a connecting line of a starting point and a terminal point of the vehicle pedal.
3. The sensor mounting apparatus of claim 1, wherein the base assembly comprises:
a base; and the number of the first and second groups,

The sensor mounting apparatus of claim 3, wherein at least one of the two mounting portions is movably disposed such that the two mounting portions have a movement stroke toward and away from each other, such that a distance between the two mounting portions is adjustable during the movement stroke.
5. The sensor mounting device according to claim 4, wherein the base is provided with second elongated holes extending vertically therethrough, the second elongated holes being arranged in a left-right direction;

The sensor installation device of claim 5, wherein the installation portion further comprises a first plug connector and a second plug connector which are arranged on the connection seat, the first plug connector and the second plug connector are arranged at intervals along the left and right direction, the first plug connector and the second plug connector are used for being arranged in the automobile seat slide rail, and at least one of the first plug connector and the second plug connector is movably arranged so that the first plug connector and the second plug connector have a locking state which is far away from each other and respectively abutted against two opposite side walls of the automobile seat slide rail and an unlocking state which is close to each other and separated from two opposite side walls of the automobile seat slide rail.

The sensor mounting apparatus of claim 6, wherein the connecting base comprises a main body and connecting sections extending upward from left and right sides of the main body, wherein one of the connecting sections has a threaded hole extending therethrough in the left-right direction, the first connector is fixedly disposed on the connecting base, and the second connector is movably disposed between the two connecting sections;
the installation department still includes adjusting screw, adjusting screw with linkage segment screw-thread fit, and one end with second plug connector looks butt to drive through adjusting screw the second plug connector to first plug connector is close to and keeps away from.
8. The sensor mounting apparatus of claim 7, wherein the mounting portion further comprises an elastic member, two ends of the elastic member are respectively abutted against the second connector and one of the connecting sections, so that in the unlocked state, the elastic member drives the second connector to move toward the first connector.
