Abstract
The invention relates to a deodorizing anti-UV cold fabric which comprises the following components: the cool-feeling nylon and the odor-removing spandex are adopted, and the weaving structure is a plain weave structure. The length of the 100-needle nylon yarn is 27.5-29.1cm, so that the warp/weft extension of the fabric is ensured to be within 180%; the length of the 100-needle spandex yarn is 8.73-9.27cm, so that the content of the odor-removing spandex in the fabric is ensured to reach 15%, and a good odor-removing effect is achieved. The invention relates to a convenient and practical deodorizing UV-resistant cool fabric and a preparation method thereof.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a cool fabric and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a deodorizing and UV-resistant cool fabric and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the innovative technology of deodorizing and UV-resistant cool fabrics and preparation methods thereof.

The deodorizing anti-UV ice-cold fabric comprises the following main components: 85% of cool chinlon 70D/68F extinction DTY raw material and 15% of 40D deodorization spandex. The weaving structure is a plain weave structure. The length of the 100-needle nylon yarn is 28.3cm, so that the warp/weft extension of the fabric is ensured to be within 180 percent; the length of the spandex yarn is 100 needles and 9cm, so that the content of the odor-removing spandex in the fabric is ensured to reach 15%, and a good odor-removing effect is achieved. The bottom surface/the front surface of the fabric is made of cool chinlon which is directly contacted with the skin of a human body to play a role of cool contact. The inner side of the fabric is made of deodorizing spandex, which is not in contact with the skin, but can block off peculiar smells such as sweat and the like generated by a human body.
The invention has the following deodorizing effect and principle that the invention achieves the deodorizing effect by the chemical reaction between H +/NH2 contained in spandex and NH3/CH3COOH in sweat smell/body smell generated by human body:
eliminating sweat smell: (-H +) + (NH3) → (-NH 4+),
eliminating body odor: (-NH 2) + (CH3COOH) → (-NH 3+) + (CH3CO2).
The performance test result of the deodorizing UV-resistant cool fabric disclosed by the invention is as follows:
1. the ultraviolet resistance is UPF average value 569 (the national standard requires UPF to be more than 50);
2. the contact cool feeling coefficient is 0.21 (the national standard requirement is more than or equal to 0.15) on the average value;
3. deodorizing:
reduction rat (%) of Ammonia after 2hrs ≥ 90% (ISO requires Min.70%),
reduction rat (%) of Acetic acid after 2hrs ≧ 85% (ISO requires Min.70%).
