(3) Dyeing and finishing
Singeing: selecting a gas singeing machine, and treating a positive and negative facing material, wherein the flame temperature is 800-900 ℃, and the vehicle speed is 80-90 m/min;
dissolving: dissolving in a dye vat, wherein the concentration of sodium hydroxide in the dissolving solution is 15g/L, the temperature is 95 ℃, the dissolving time is 60min, after the dissolving is finished, washing for 2 times by hot water at the temperature of 90-95 ℃, and then drying, wherein the drying temperature is 140-150 ℃;
tentering and setting: the setting temperature is 180 ℃, and the vehicle speed is 20-55 m/min.
(4) Air soft finishing
After the finished fabric is finished by the air soft flapping finishing machine, the bulk acrylic yarn is filled in the interlayer of the fabric in a loose fiber state, and the technological parameters of the air soft flapping finishing machine are as follows: the temperature is 90-95 ℃; the vehicle speed is 20-35 m/min; the upper air volume is 80% and the lower air volume is 65%.

After the finished fabric is finished by the air soft flapping finishing machine, the bulk acrylic yarn is filled in the interlayer of the fabric in a loose fiber state, and the technological parameters of the air soft flapping finishing machine are as follows: the temperature is 95 ℃; the vehicle speed is 35 m/min; the upper air volume is 80% and the lower air volume is 65%.
The embodiment shows that the imitation flocculus fabric prepared by the production method realizes successful weaving by binding the water-soluble fibers to the yarns, the binding is removed by dyeing and finishing at the later stage, and finally, the bulky acrylic fibers are filled in the interlayer of the fabric in a loose fiber state and are in a flocculus shape by empty and soft finishing, so that the imitation flocculus fabric is light in weight, fluffy and warm. The imitated flocculus fabric is woven at one time, and the problem of down penetration can be avoided because needle holes are not formed in the surface of the fabric.

An imitation flocculus fabric is characterized in that: the fabric comprises an interlayer double-sided tissue, the interlayer double-sided tissue comprises an upper layer, a lower layer and an interlayer, the upper layer and the lower layer are formed by interweaving warps and wefts, the interlayer is formed by a single group of wefts, the upper layer and the lower layer of yarns are exchanged at the boundary of a pattern according to design requirements to form a pattern, the single group of wefts of the interlayer do not form interweaving points with the warps of the upper layer and the lower layer at the pure color part of the pattern, the upper layer and the lower layer of yarns are exchanged by the front and back layer exchange tissues at the boundary of the pattern, the interweaving points are formed with the single group of wefts of the interlayer at the exchange positions, the single group of wefts of the interlayer is bulk acrylic untwisted yarns made of bulk acrylic fibers and water-soluble fibers, the bulk untwisted yarns are formed by compounding 6-30 count bulk acrylic yarns and 30-60 count water-soluble fibers, wherein the content of the water-soluble fiber is 3-20 percent, and the rest is bulk acrylic fiber.

The imitation flocculus fabric of claim 1, wherein: the gram weight of the imitation flocculus fabric is 200-400g/m2The width is 90-118 inches, the other raw materials of the imitation-flocculus fabric are cellulose fiber yarns except bulk acrylic fibers and bulk acrylic fiber untwisted yarns spun by water-soluble fibers, the proportion of the bulk acrylic fiber untwisted yarns in the weft yarns is 30-80%, the density of the warp yarns is 300 pieces/inch, and the density of the weft yarns is 300 pieces/inch.

The imitation flocculus fabric of claim 1, wherein: the warp yarn is 30-100 cellulose fiber yarns, the warp yarn cellulose fiber yarns are one or more of pure cotton natural color yarns, pure cotton color yarns, fibrilia yarns and regenerated cellulose fibers, the weft yarn is 30-100 cellulose fiber yarns, and the weft yarn cellulose fiber yarns are one or more of pure cotton natural color yarns, pure cotton color yarns, fibrilia yarns and regenerated cellulose fibers.

c. drawing: the first drawing drafting gauge of the drawing frame is 11 × 25mm, the back zone drafting multiple is 1.77 times, the quantity is 26.50g/5m, the number of drawing is 8, and the speed is 210 m/min; the drafting gauge of the last drawing is 11 × 25mm, the drafting multiple of the back zone is 1.36 times, the quantity is 26.00g/5m, the total number is 8, and the vehicle speed is 210 m/min;
d. roving: the main technological parameters of the roving frame are as follows: the fixed quantity of the roving is 9.0g/10m, the twist factor of the roving is 65, the drafting gauge of the roving is 11 × 26 × 34mm, the drafting multiple of the rear zone of the roving is 1.174, and the speed of the roving spindle is 307 r/min;

h. double twisting: twisting a doubling cylinder produced in a doubling process, untwisting bulk acrylic yarns to a non-twisted state in a mode that the number of two-for-one twisting turns is equal to that of spun yarns and the twisting direction of the two-for-one twisting turns is different from that of the spun yarns, winding and binding the untwisted bulk acrylic yarns by using water-soluble fiber yarns to prepare bulk acrylic non-twisted yarns, wherein the main process parameters of the two-for-one twister are as follows: the speed of a two-for-one twisting spindle is 5000r/min, the twist number of the two-for-one twisting is 40.0 twisting/10 cm, the twisting direction of the two-for-one twisting is S twisting, the wrapping angle of the two-for-one twisting is controlled to be 270 degrees, and the tension capsule spring is preferably 0.29 mm;
(2) weaving

(3) dyeing and finishing
Singeing: selecting a gas singeing machine, and treating the woven fabric in a positive-negative mode at the flame temperature of 800-900 ℃ and the vehicle speed of 80-90 m/min;
dissolving: dissolving in a dye vat, wherein the concentration of sodium hydroxide in the dissolving solution is 15g/L, the temperature is 95 ℃, the dissolving time is 60min, after the dissolving is finished, washing for 2 times by hot water at the temperature of 90-95 ℃, and then drying, wherein the drying temperature is 140-150 ℃;
tentering and setting: setting temperature is 180 ℃, and vehicle speed is 20-55 m/min;
(4) air soft finishing
After the finished fabric is finished by the air soft flapping finishing machine, the bulk acrylic yarn is filled in the interlayer of the fabric in a loose fiber state, and the technological parameters of the air soft flapping finishing machine are as follows: the temperature is 90-95 ℃; the vehicle speed is 20-35 m/min; the upper air volume is 80% and the lower air volume is 65%.
