Abstract
A surface plate coloring agent and a surface plate coloring process are disclosed, wherein the coloring agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.8-1 part of 25% ammonia water, 0.3-0.5 part of potassium permanganate, 1.2-1.5 parts of ferrous sulfate, 3-3.6 parts of sodium hydroxide, 1.4-1.8 parts of oxalic acid and 13-14 parts of 25% lime water; the dyeing process comprises the following steps: mixing the materials to obtain the coloring agent; then adding water with the same amount into the coloring agent for dilution; placing the surface plate and the surface plate coloring agent in a sealed container, heating the surface plate and the surface plate coloring agent to 60-90 ℃, and preserving heat for 110-120 hours; and finally, taking the dyed surface plate out of the surface plate coloring agent, and air-drying until the water content of the surface plate is 13-15%. The raw materials of the surface plate coloring agent provided by the invention are all common chemical reagents, and the cost is low. Meanwhile, the surface plate dyeing process only needs configuration, dilution, dyeing and air drying, is simple to operate, reduces color difference between surface plates, and improves the use value of the surface plates.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a surface plate coloring agent and a surface plate coloring process, and belongs to the technical field of wood processing.
Background
The surface plate is the surface layer of the house ground or floor and is positioned in the range observed by human eyes, so the requirement on the ornamental value of wood is high; the wood has beautiful texture, moderate hardness, good dimensional stability and good processability; so wood is often made into a skin panel.
Along with the establishment of a large number of houses, wood meeting the ornamental value on the market is less and less, the ornamental value of the wood is improved by coloring the wood with paint at present, but along with the rise of a green decoration concept, the traditional paint coloring process cannot adapt to the requirements of the current market.

(2) adding water into the coloring agent in equal amount for dilution;
(3) placing the surface plate and the surface plate coloring agent in a sealed container, heating the surface plate and the surface plate coloring agent to 60-90 ℃, and preserving heat for 110-120 hours;
(4) and taking the dyed surface plate out of the surface plate coloring agent, and air-drying until the water content of the surface plate is 13-15%.

The surface plate coloring agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 part of 25% ammonia water, 0.5 part of potassium permanganate, 1.5 parts of ferrous sulfate, 3.6 parts of sodium hydroxide, 1.8 parts of oxalic acid and 14 parts of 25% lime water.
Ammonia water is used as an accelerator for improving the reaction rate; potassium permanganate, ferrous sulfate and functional groups of fibers, semi-fibers and tannin in the wood send chemical action to discolor the wood; the sodium hydroxide is used as a detergent for taking out the net color after dyeing, and can remove various impurities, dirt, auxiliaries, sizing agents and the like remained on the fiber or the fabric thereof in the dyeing and after-finishing processes; oxalic acid is used as a bleaching agent; lime water is used to adjust ph.
The surface plate coloring agent provided by the invention uses common chemical reagents, the preparation process is very simple, and the cost is low.
A surface plate dyeing process is characterized by at least comprising the following steps:
(1) 1 part of 25% ammonia water, 0.5 part of potassium permanganate, 1.5 parts of ferrous sulfate, 3.6 parts of sodium hydroxide, 1.8 parts of oxalic acid and 14 parts of 25% lime water are mixed to obtain the coloring agent;
(2) adding water into the coloring agent in equal amount for dilution;
(3) placing the surface plate and the surface plate coloring agent in a sealed container, heating the surface plate and the surface plate coloring agent to 60-90 ℃, and preserving heat for 110-120 hours; the temperature has great influence on the dyeing of the surface plate, and the higher the temperature is, the better the dyeing effect is; but more than 100 ℃ can affect the hydrolysis of the surface plate and the quality of the wood; the manner in which the hot wood skin panels and skin panel stains are heated in this example is by high temperature steam.
(4) And taking the dyed surface plate out of the surface plate coloring agent, and air-drying until the water content of the surface plate is 13-15%.

The surface plate coloring agent is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.8-1 part of 25% ammonia water, 0.3-0.5 part of potassium permanganate, 1.2-1.5 parts of ferrous sulfate, 3-3.6 parts of sodium hydroxide, 1.4-1.8 parts of oxalic acid and 13-14 parts of 25% lime water.
2. A skin dyeing process according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises at least the following steps:
(1) 0.8-1 part of 25% ammonia water, 0.3-0.5 part of potassium permanganate, 1.2-1.5 parts of ferrous sulfate, 3-3.6 parts of sodium hydroxide, 1.4-1.8 parts of oxalic acid and 13-14 parts of 25% lime water are mixed to obtain the coloring agent;
(2) adding water into the coloring agent in equal amount for dilution;
(3) placing the surface plate and the surface plate coloring agent in a sealed container, heating the surface plate and the surface plate coloring agent to 60-90 ℃, and preserving heat for 110-120 hours;
(4) and taking the dyed surface plate out of the surface plate coloring agent, and air-drying until the water content of the surface plate is 13-15%.
