A waste crushing device for a sewer pipe comprises a sewage suction cavity, a swing arm motor, a swing arm, a filter screen, a crushing cutter, a camera, a crushing motor a, a crushing motor b and a high-pressure water spray head; a filter screen, a camera and a high-pressure water nozzle are arranged in the sewage suction cavity; the middle part behind the sewage suction cavity is provided with a swing arm motor, an output shaft of the swing arm motor is connected with a worm, the left end and the right end of the worm are respectively connected with a turbine a and a turbine b, the turbines a and the turbines b are respectively installed on a motor flange, the two motor flanges are correspondingly and respectively provided with a crushing motor a and a crushing motor b, the output shafts of the crushing motor a and the crushing motor b are rotatably installed in the swing arm on the corresponding side, the output shafts of the crushing motor a and the crushing motor b in one end of the swing arm transmit power to a crushing knife rotating shaft rotatably installed at the other end of the swing arm through a transmission mechanism, and a crushing knife is installed on the crushing knife rotating shaft. The tools commonly used for cleaning the pipeline mainly comprise a hand-operated or electric dredging machine and a high-pressure cleaning vehicle, but the working path of the robots is effectively limited, the working range is small, the cleaning time is long, the cleaning is not thorough, the safety is low, and the devices for cleaning the pipeline and crushing sundries are almost zero when the robots enter the sewer pipeline.
The invention aims to provide a waste crushing device for a sewer line, which overcomes the defects of the prior robot in the operation technology of entering the sewer line

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a waste crushing device for a sewer pipe comprises a sewage suction cavity 4, a swing arm motor 1, a swing arm 12, a filter screen 5, a crushing knife 6, a crushing knife baffle 7, a camera 8, a crushing motor a13, a crushing motor b16 and a high-pressure water nozzle 21; the filter screen 5, the camera 8 and the high-pressure water nozzle 21 are arranged in the sewage suction cavity 4, and two rollers 17 are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom of the sewage suction cavity; the middle part behind the sewage suction cavity 4 is provided with the swing arm motor 1, the swing arm motor 1 is arranged on the motor mounting plate 2, the output shaft of the swing arm motor is connected with the worm 3, the left end and the right end of the worm 3 are respectively connected with a turbine a14 and a turbine b15, the turbine a and the turbine b are respectively arranged on a motor flange 18, each motor flange is arranged on a bearing seat 11, the two motor flanges 18 are respectively provided with a crushing motor a13 and a crushing motor b16 correspondingly, the output shafts of the crushing motor a and the crushing motor b are rotatably arranged in the swing arm 12 at the corresponding side through bearings, the swing arm strides over from the upper part of the sewage suction cavity and extends to the front part of the sewage suction cavity, the output shafts of the crushing motor a and the crushing motor b in one end of the swing arm transmit power to the crushing knife rotating shaft 23 which is rotatably arranged at the other end of the swing arm through a transmission mechanism, and the crushing knife 6 and the crushing knife baffle 7 are arranged on the crushing knife rotating shaft.
The transmission mechanism comprises driving chain wheels 19 which are arranged on output shafts of a crushing motor a and a crushing motor b, the driving chain wheels 19 are connected with driven chain wheels 22 through chains 20, and the driven chain wheels 22 are arranged on a crushing cutter rotating shaft 23.
The swing arm 12 includes a waterproof case 9 and a cover plate 10, the cover plate 10 covers the waterproof case 9 and encloses a closed space with the waterproof case 9, and the driving sprocket 19, the chain 20 and the driven sprocket 22 are disposed in the closed space.
In addition, the camera is in real-time signal transmission with an external display device.
In addition, the sewage suction cavity is communicated with an external sewage suction pipe.

6. A sewer pipe waste shredder device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that a roller (17) is mounted on each side of the bottom of said dirt-suction chamber.
