It is noted that the first monitoring sensor 502 may be a laser sensor, and the second monitoring sensor 602 may be a liquid level sensor. The specific working sequence of each part can be set according to the use requirement, the invention is not limited to the specific working sequence, and can be reasonably selected according to the actual requirement, for example, the waste on the ground can be collected by the waste collection mechanism 5, then the ground is cleaned by the cleaning mechanism 3, then the water is sprayed to the ground by the water spraying mechanism 6, and the water on the ground can be erased by the cleaning mechanism 4 while the water is sprayed, so that the ground is cleaned and cleaned.
