Abstract

本发明提供一种锥形开口的切刀组件,包括上刀架和下刀架,所述上刀架和下刀架间设置有第一导杆和第二导杆,所述第一导杆上设置有第一弹簧,所述第二导杆上设置有第二弹簧;所述下刀架上设置有两个对称倾斜的切刀过孔,两个切刀过孔里分别设置有左切刀和右切刀,所述左切刀和所述右切刀呈倒三角形设置,所述左切刀和右切刀的尾部各设置有两个滚轮,所述上刀架的两端分别插入所述左切刀和右切刀的两个滚轮之间。通过上刀架、下刀架、左切刀和右切刀等组成一个倒三角形的切屑刀具,在电机的带动下旋转,就会在椰子的顶部形成一个锥形开口,开出来的是斜面的椰盖,解决了椰子煲汤时的开椰口问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品机械技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种锥形开口的切刀组件以及开椰器。
背景技术
椰子是一种美味的食品,在烹饪时,椰子还能用来煲汤,煲汤用的椰子需要在椰子顶部开锥形开口,目前市面上的设备都是开平口,或者直接在椰子上打孔,无法满足椰子煲汤时需要开斜口的要求。因此,有必要开发一款对椰子顶部开斜口的设备。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有的设备无法在椰子上开斜口的问题,提供一种锥形开口的切刀组件以及开椰器。
根据本发明的实施例,一方面,提供一种锥形开口的切刀组件,包括上刀架和下刀架,所述上刀架和下刀架间设置有第一导杆和第二导杆,所述第一导杆上设置有第一弹簧,所述第二导杆上设置有第二弹簧;
所述下刀架上设置有两个对称倾斜的切刀过孔,两个切刀过孔里分别设置有左切刀和右切刀,所述左切刀和所述右切刀呈倒三角形设置,所述左切刀和右切刀的尾部各设置有两个滚轮,所述上刀架的两端分别插入所述左切刀和右切刀的两个滚轮之间。
进一步,所述左切刀和右切刀的刀头上设置有丝刀。
进一步,还包括转轮、皮带和电机,所述转轮与所述电机通过所述皮带动力连接,所述下刀架插接在所述转轮的凹槽上。
根据本发明的实施例,另一方面,提供一种开椰器,其内设置有上述的切刀组件。
进一步,还包括鼓风机,所述鼓风机设置在开椰器本体内,所述鼓风机的吹风口对着左切刀和右切刀的刀头。
优选地,开椰器本体底部还设置有集屑盒,用于收集开椰过程中产生的屑料。
本发明的有益效果在于:
通过上刀架、下刀架、左切刀和右切刀等组成一个倒三角形的切屑刀具,在电机的带动下旋转,就会在椰子的顶部形成一个锥形开口,开出来的是斜面的椰盖,解决了椰子煲汤时的开椰口问题。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的部分实施例,而不是全部实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有付出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
如图1-图2,一种锥形开口的切刀组件,包括上刀架1和下刀架3,上刀架1和下刀架3间设置有第一导杆6和第二导杆7,第一弹簧5、第二弹簧8分别套设在第一导杆6和第二导杆7上。上刀架1和下刀架3能沿第一导杆6和第二导杆7相对滑动,第一导杆6和第二导杆7起到导向的作用,第一弹簧5、第二弹簧8使上刀架1和下刀架3间保持张开的趋势,保证刀具更为平稳地工作。
如图2,下刀架3上设置有两个对称倾斜的切刀过孔,两个切刀过孔里分别设置有左切刀2和右切刀4,左切刀2和右切刀4呈倒三角形设置,当上刀架1和下刀架3旋转时,两把刀从斜面插下去,在椰子顶部形成一个锥形的孔,这样就解决了在椰子顶部开斜口的问题。
如图2-图3,左切刀2和右切刀4的尾部各设置有两个滚轮,左切刀2和右切刀4结构完全相同,在此我们说明左切刀2的结构即可,左切刀2的尾部设置有第一滚轮23和第二滚轮24,第一滚轮23和第二滚轮24可转动,上刀架1的两端分别插入左切刀2和右切刀4的两个滚轮之间。通过滚轮实现左切刀2和右切刀4的传动,让这两把刀形成一个斜面切下;这样,上刀架1在外力作用下向下运动时,实现了左切刀2和右切刀4的倾斜进刀。
如图3,左切刀2上设置有丝刀21,右切刀4也具有同样的结构,丝刀21用于对椰子开盖时进去削椰肉。
如图4,还包括转轮9、皮带10和电机11,转轮9与电机11通过皮带10动力连接,下刀架3插接在转轮9的凹槽上。电机11工作时,会带动上刀架1和下刀架3旋转,同时,上刀架1在其他结构的驱动下向下运动,就在椰子顶部形成一个锥形的孔。第一弹簧5和第二弹簧8的弹力使得左切刀2和右切刀4以一定的力与椰子接触,使得左切刀2和右切刀4能相对伸缩,能取得更好的切割效果。
如图5-图6,开椰器本体100内设置有鼓风机200,鼓风机200的吹风口对着左切刀2和右切刀4的刀头,以将切削过程中产生的屑料吹开。开椰器本体100底部还设置有集屑盒101,用于收集开椰过程中产生的屑料。

1.一种锥形开口的切刀组件,其特征在于,包括上刀架(1)和下刀架(3),所述上刀架(1)和下刀架(3)间设置有第一导杆(6)和第二导杆(7),所述第一导杆(6)上设置有第一弹簧(5),所述第二导杆(7)上设置有第二弹簧(8);
所述下刀架(3)上设置有两个对称倾斜的切刀过孔,两个切刀过孔里分别设置有左切刀(2)和右切刀(4),所述左切刀(2)和所述右切刀(4)呈倒三角形设置,所述左切刀(2)和右切刀(4)的尾部各设置有两个滚轮,所述上刀架(1)的两端分别插入所述左切刀(2)和右切刀(4)的两个滚轮之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锥形开口的切刀组件,其特征在于,所述左切刀(2)和右切刀(4)的刀头上设置有丝刀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种锥形开口的切刀组件,其特征在于,还包括转轮(9)、皮带(10)和电机(11),所述转轮(9)与所述电机(11)通过所述皮带(10)动力连接,所述下刀架(3)插接在所述转轮(9)的凹槽上。
4.一种开椰器,其特征在于,包含了如权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种锥形开口的切刀组件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种开椰器,其特征在于,还包括鼓风机(200),所述鼓风机(200)设置在开椰器本体(100)内,所述鼓风机(200)的吹风口对着左切刀(2)和右切刀(4)的刀头。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种开椰器,其特征在于,开椰器本体(100)底部还设置有集屑盒(101),用于收集开椰过程中产生的屑料。
