The moving bracket 221 is slidably disposed in the chute 11; a plurality of scraping members 222 are sequentially arranged on the lower side of the moving frame 221, and gaps between the bottoms of the scraping members 222 and the separating filter plate 21 are sequentially increased. Referring to fig. 3, the first driving part is disposed on the movable bracket 221, and the first driving part can drive the movable bracket 221 to move along the sliding slot 11. The first drive member includes: a roller 223, a roller 224, and a first motor 225.
The roller shaft 223 is rotatably disposed on the moving bracket 221; the two ends of the roll shaft 223 extend out of the movable bracket 221 and are connected with the rollers 224; each roller 224 is rotatably disposed in the corresponding annular track groove 12. The first motor 225 is disposed on the moving bracket 221, and the first motor 225 can drive the roller shaft 223 to rotate back and forth. When the roller lifting mechanism is used, the roller shaft is driven to rotate through the first motor, so that the roller can move along the corresponding annular track groove, when the roller moves to the corresponding lifting part 13, the lifting part can lift the roller to the corresponding height, and therefore the roller can reciprocate in the annular track groove. And helps to push feed on the separation filter plate to the first outlet.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5 to 6, since the urine in the feces of the squirrel has a certain viscosity, the urine passes through the first separation holes of the separation filter plate after falling onto the separation filter plate and is condensed at the bottom of the separation filter plate, and after a long time, the urine may form a blockage on the first separation holes of the separation filter plate, thereby affecting the fecal particles in the feces to enter the conveying and separating part through the first separation holes. Therefore, in the present embodiment, a second scraping mechanism 23 is disposed below the separation filter plate 21 to scrape the urine attached to the bottom of the separation filter plate, so as to prevent the first separation holes from being blocked by the coagulation of the urine. The second scraping mechanism 23 includes: a movable bar 231, a movable blade 232, a second driving part.
The movable bar 231 is slidably disposed at the lower side of the separation filter plate 21; the movable scraping blade 232 is fixedly arranged on the movable strip 231, and the top end of the movable scraping blade 232 abuts against the lower side of the separation filter plate 21; for example, a silica gel scraping blade is arranged at the top end of the movable scraping blade, and the silica gel scraping blade has certain elasticity and flexibility, so that when the movable scraping blade is driven by the movable strip to move, the bottom of the separation filter plate can be scraped in a reciprocating manner by the silica gel scraping blade, and the separation filter plate cannot be damaged.
The second driving part is disposed at both sides of the movable bar 231; the second driving part can drive the movable bar 231 to reciprocate. The second drive member includes: 2 lead screws 233, 2 fixing nuts 234 and a second motor 235.
The 2 lead screws 233 are respectively arranged at two sides of the bottom of the separation filter plate 21, and each lead screw 233 is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the collection box body 1; the second motor 235 is arranged at one end of one of the screw rods 233 and is used for driving the screw rods 233 to rotate; and one ends of the 2 wire rods 233 are connected by a conveyor belt.
The 2 fixing nuts 234 are arranged on the corresponding screw rods 233 and are in threaded connection with the corresponding screw rods 233; the two ends of the movable bar 231 are respectively fixedly connected with the corresponding fixing nuts 234.
During the use, the second motor can cooperate with the conveyer belt for drive 2 screw rods and rotate in step, because fixation nut and lead screw threaded connection, and fixation nut is fixed with the activity strip, from this, along with the rotation of lead screw, can drive the activity strip and remove along the lead screw. Through the rotation direction of control lead screw, the moving direction of adjustable activity strip so can realize scraping the effect to reciprocating of separation filter bottom.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7, in order to further effectively separate the fine branches and the fecal particles on the conveying and separating component, the inclined surface 311 of the conveying and separating component 31 moves from bottom to top; and a plurality of rubbing strips are staggered on the outer surface of the transfer and separation member 31, and the plurality of staggered rubbing strips are combined to form a rubbing surface 313. Since fine branches in the feed can enter the conveying and separating part through the first separating hole, the fine branches and the excrement particles need to be further separated, and the fine branches are prevented from being mixed in excrement to influence the recovery of the trogopterus dung. In the embodiment, the friction surface is arranged on the outer surface of the conveying and separating component, the inclined surface of the conveying and separating component moves from bottom to top through the transmission part, and the fine branches in the feed can be intercepted while the surface roughness of the inclined surface is improved, so that the fine branches can move upwards along with the conveying and separating component and reach the second outlet 512. Of course, the baffle 35 is disposed on the side of the conveying and separating member 31 close to the second outlet 512, the distance between the baffle 35 and the second outlet is about 20cm, the distance between the baffle 35 and the inclined surface 311 of the conveying and separating member 31 is about 0.2cm, and the height of the baffle is about 5cm. Here, the purpose of the baffle is to form a barrier against the solid excreta, oletum Trogopterori, to prevent the Oletum Trogopterori from entering the waste recovery tank 5 along with the waste. Of course, a scraper structure is provided between the second outlet 512 and the transfer and separation section 31, which ensures that the fine branches fall through the second outlet into the scrap box 5. Referring again to fig. 1, since urine in the excreta of the shrewmouse has a certain viscosity, the urine adheres to the bottom of the transferring and separating member due to its viscosity and moves along with the transferring and separating member when it falls onto the transferring and separating member. And the second separation holes on the conveying separation part are easy to form blockage after a long time. Therefore, in order to collect urine effectively and prevent urine from adhering to the transfer and separation member, a fixed blade 33 is provided in the collection box 1, and the fixed blade 33 is provided on the side of the driving member 32 adjacent to the separation filter plate 21; the tip of the fixed blade 33 abuts on the lower side of the inclined surface 311 of the conveyance separating member 31. For example, the number of the transmission members is 3, and the transmission members are respectively a first transmission member, a second transmission member and a third transmission member, the first transmission member is located at one side of the second outlet, the second transmission member is located at one side of the discharging passage, and the third transmission member is located at the lower side of the first transmission member and located in the same horizontal direction as the second transmission member. The fixed scraping blade is arranged on one side of the first transmission piece, and two ends of the fixed scraping blade are fixedly connected with the side wall of the collecting box body. Referring to fig. 1 to 2, a discharging channel 14 is disposed at one side of the bottom of the inclined surface 311 of the conveying and separating member 31, a collecting box 15 for collecting solid excreta is disposed at an outlet of the discharging channel 14, and a third scraping mechanism 6 is disposed in the discharging channel 14 for scraping and collecting the solid excreta separated from the second separating assembly 3; the third scraping mechanism 6 includes: the support shaft 61, the third motor 62, the lantern ring 63, the adjusting nut 64, a plurality of rotating blades 65 and the silica gel strip 66.
The supporting shaft 61 is rotatably arranged in the discharging channel 14; and the support shaft is located at one side of the transfer and separation member. The third motor 62 is disposed at one end of the support shaft 61, and the third motor 62 can drive the support shaft 61 to rotate.
The lantern ring 63 is sleeved at the lower end of the support shaft 61 and is clamped and fixed with the lower end of the support shaft 61; the adjustment nut 64 is fitted to the upper end of the support shaft 61 and is threadedly coupled with the upper end of the support shaft 61. For example, the support shaft has an irregular structure at the lower end portion thereof, and the collar is sleeved on the lower end portion of the support shaft and matched with the shape of the lower end portion, so that the collar can rotate along with the rotation of the support shaft. The upper end part of the supporting shaft is provided with threads, the lantern ring is fixed on the lower end part of the supporting shaft through the adjusting nut, the vertical sliding of the lantern ring can be avoided, and the installation stability of the lantern ring is improved.
The rotary scraping blades 65 are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the lantern ring 63 and are fixedly connected with the lantern ring 63; the bottom of each rotary scraping blade 65 is detachably provided with a silica gel strip 66; and the clearance between each rotary scraping blade 65 and the bottom of the discharge channel 14 is smaller than the height of the silica gel strip 66. From this, along with the rotation of back shaft, can drive a plurality of rotatory doctor-bars and rotate, because the height of silica gel strip is greater than the distance of rotatory doctor-bar and discharging channel bottom surface for the solid excrement that discharging channel is close to conveying separation parts one side can all be shifted to discharging channel's opposite side to the silica gel strip, realizes timely clearance, the transfer to the squirrel excrement and urine.

Referring to fig. 9 to 10, in other embodiments, an air outlet pipe 7 is disposed on one side of the conveying and separating member 31 close to the urine collecting tank 4, and a plurality of air outlets 71 are disposed at the top of the air outlet pipe 7; one end of the air outlet pipe 71 is connected with the heat exchanger 8 and the fan 9 in sequence. Here, the heat exchanger 8 is mainly disposed at an air outlet of the fan 9, and is configured to heat an airflow entering the air outlet pipe, and to adjust a temperature of the heated airflow. The air outlet pipe 7 is arranged at the inner side of the conveying and separating part and is positioned at one side of the discharging channel 14; the air outlet pipe is used for drying the solid excrement on the conveying and separating part and is helpful for separating the fine branches from the solid excrement. In addition, when the air current temperature that provides in the air-out pipe reached suitable value, still can avoid the urine to condense on conveying separator for the urine can fall into in the urine collection groove fast. The heat exchanger mainly has the function of adjusting the temperature of airflow blown into the air outlet pipe by the fan. Of course, a temperature sensor is also arranged on one side of the air outlet pipe and used for detecting the temperature of the air flow blown out of the air outlet pipe. Still be provided with exhaust pipe 10 in the collection box, exhaust pipe 10 sets up the downside at the separation filter, and is located one side that the collection box is close to discharging channel 14, and the bottom of exhaust pipe 10 is provided with a plurality of air outlets, and the outside of collecting the box is extended to the one end of exhaust pipe 10. the two side walls of the collecting box body (1) are symmetrically provided with sliding chutes (11); the first scraping mechanism (22) comprises:
a movable bracket (221) slidably disposed in the chute (11);
a first driving member provided on the moving bracket (221), the first driving member being capable of driving the moving bracket (221) to move along the chute (11);
a plurality of scraping parts (222) are sequentially distributed on the lower side of the movable support (221), and gaps between the bottoms of the scraping parts (222) and the separation filter plate (21) are sequentially increased;
the scraping component (222) comprises 1 rake (222-1) and a scraper (222-2), the number of the rake (222-1) is 1, the rake is arranged at the foremost end of the moving bracket (221) along the moving direction, and the clearance between the bottom of the rake (222-1) and the separation filter plate (21) is smaller than the clearance between the scraper (222-2) and the separation filter plate (21);
an annular track groove (12) is formed in the inner wall of each sliding groove (11), lifting parts (13) are arranged at two ends of each annular track groove (12), and the lifting parts (13) can convey the first driving parts to corresponding heights of the annular track grooves (12);
the first drive member includes:
a roller shaft (223) rotatably provided on the moving bracket (221); the two ends of the roll shaft (223) extend out of the movable bracket (221) and are connected with rollers (224); each roller (224) is rotatably arranged in the corresponding annular track groove (12);
the first motor (225) is arranged on the movable support (221), and the first motor (225) can drive the roller shaft (223) to rotate in a reciprocating mode.

the lantern ring (63) is sleeved at the lower end of the supporting shaft (61) and is clamped and fixed with the lower end of the supporting shaft (61);
the adjusting nut (64) is assembled at the upper end of the supporting shaft (61) and is in threaded connection with the upper end of the supporting shaft (61);
the rotary scraping blades (65) are arranged on the peripheral side of the sleeve ring (63) and are fixedly connected with the sleeve ring (63);
the bottom of each rotary scraping blade (65) is detachably provided with a silica gel strip (66); and the clearance between each rotary scraping blade (65) and the bottom of the discharge channel (14) is smaller than the height of the silica gel strip (66).
