技术领域
本发明涉及钢结构领域,更具体地说,涉及一种钢结构快速连接件。
背景技术
钢结构建筑是一种新型的建筑体系有可通房地产业、建筑业、冶金业之间的行业界限,集合成为一个新的产业体系,这就是业内人士皮鞭看那好的钢结构建筑体系,钢结构建筑相比传统的混凝土建筑而言,用钢板或者型钢替代了钢筋混凝土,强度更高,抗震性更好,并且由于构件可以工厂化制作,现场安装,因而大大减少了工期,由于钢材的可重复利用性,减少了建筑垃圾更加绿色环保,被广泛应用在工业建筑和民用建筑中,目前钢结构建筑在高层、超高层建筑上的运用日益成熟,逐渐成为主流的建筑工艺,是未来建筑的发展方向。
现有钢材连接结构的连接结构大多是,通过一定的连接结构使横梁和竖梁组装构成一个支持结构,但是二者的连接方式多为焊接或螺栓连接,吊装时间长,装配效率低,成本较高,现有的连接结构稳定性不足,为此我们提出一种钢结构快速连接件来解决以上问题。
发明内容
1.要解决的技术问题
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种钢结构快速连接件,可以通过带有卡槽和压框的连接件,在使用时,预先在连接梁上钻设销孔和同轴通孔,利用卡槽将两个连接件对称卡接在底梁的底部翼板两侧,此时吊装连接梁,将连接梁的底部卡进两个压框间,此时通过同轴通孔穿插拉筋,利用拉筋收紧压框,在拉筋收紧的过程中,压迫推板滑动,此时推板端部的坡口与移动角块的斜边贴合并克服张紧弹簧的弹力推进移动角块位移,进而使移动角块上的对接销插入销孔内,同时完成连接梁的腹板和翼板的连接锁紧,本发明相比于传统的焊接连接及螺栓连接,具有安装快速,连接稳定,有效提升了钢结构的装配效率,且结构可拆卸,便于维护和重复使用,具有市场前景,适合推广。
2.技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种钢结构快速连接件,包括两个对称设置在底梁上的连接件,所述连接件为U型钢板结构,所述连接件的顶部设有与连接梁相匹配的压框,所述连接件的底部设有与底梁翼板相匹配的卡槽,所述压框上设有两个对称设置的密封仓,所述密封仓内滑动连接有移动角块,所述移动角块为等腰直角三角形结构,所述移动角块的直角点与密封仓仓壁间夹接有张紧弹簧,所述移动角块的直角角平分线与连接梁的腹板、翼板内夹角的角平分线重合设置,所述移动角块的直角边均固定有对接销,所述压框及连接梁上均设有与对接销相匹配的销孔,所述压框内滑动连接有推板,所述推板的两端设有四十度坡口,所述坡口平面与移动角块斜边平面相对设置且平行,两个所述连接件间设有拉筋,所述连接梁、压框及推板上均设有与拉筋相匹配的同轴通孔。本方案通过带有卡槽和压框的连接件,在使用时,预先在连接梁上钻设销孔和同轴通孔,利用卡槽将两个连接件对称卡接在底梁的底部翼板两侧,此时吊装连接梁,将连接梁的底部卡进两个压框间,此时通过同轴通孔穿插拉筋,利用拉筋收紧压框,在拉筋收紧的过程中,压迫推板滑动,此时推板端部的坡口与移动角块的斜边贴合并克服张紧弹簧的弹力推进移动角块位移,进而使移动角块上的对接销插入销孔内,同时完成连接梁的腹板和翼板的连接锁紧,本发明相比于传统的焊接连接及螺栓连接,具有安装快速,连接稳定,有效提升了钢结构的装配效率,且结构可拆卸,便于维护和重复使用,具有市场前景,适合推广。
进一步的,所述卡槽的外侧固定设有加强板,所述加强板与连接梁的翼板相对设置,所述卡槽、加强板及底梁翼板上均设有底端定位孔,所述连接件通过底端定位孔及螺栓卡接固定在底梁两侧。通过加强板和底端定位孔的设置,使底梁的翼板能承受更大的连接梁的翼板压力而不变形,结合底端定位孔及螺栓的固定,提升了连接件固定在底梁上的结构稳定性,有效提升了钢结构的安全性能。
进一步的,所述连接件与底梁相对的一侧胶接设有减震垫,所述减震垫为高阻尼减震橡胶结构。通过减震垫的设置,能有效吸收底梁与连接梁的连接震动,避免拉筋等螺栓件因震动发生松动,有效提升了使用安全性。
进一步的,所述拉筋的数量为上下对称的两个,所述拉筋的两端套接有螺母,所述拉筋及螺母均为高强度钢结构,所述拉筋两端的螺母相对靠近且压合在推板上。通过数量为两个的拉筋的结构设计,使带有同轴通孔的推板能平稳套接在拉筋,在垂直方向不易发生旋转,保持的结构运行的稳定性。
进一步的,所述推板的一侧固定有两个对称设置的限位板,所述限位板端部与压框内壁的间距等于推板在压框内的最大位移行程。通过限位板的设置,使推板在拉筋作用下推动移动角块至最大行程时,限位板与压框内壁挤压,进而使推板中部两侧分别受到拉筋螺母的压力和限位板的支持力,进而使推板在高压情况下不易形变,能有效保持移动角块不松动,进一步提升结构强度。
进一步的,所述张紧弹簧为高强度抗疲劳弹簧,所述张紧弹簧具有驱使移动角块及对接销远离销孔的弹力,所述销孔分别设置在连接梁的腹板和翼板上,所述销孔的轴线与移动角块的平移方向平行设置。通过张紧弹簧的设置,在自由状态下,张紧弹簧利用弹力驱使移动角块上的对接销远离销孔,便于连接梁下移插接在两个压框间,同时在拆卸连接件时,松开拉筋上的螺母,张紧弹簧利用压缩的弹力推动移动角块回移,进而带动推板的回移,达到快速拆卸的目的。
进一步的,所述压框内设有与密封仓相连通的溢流仓,所述溢流仓与连接梁相对的仓壁设有若干溢流孔,所述压框的外壁设有若干引导槽,所述引导槽的弧形凹槽结构,若干所述引导槽自上而下等距排布设置。
进一步的,所述密封仓的顶部设有与其相匹配的密封盖,所述压框顶部设有注入孔,所述注入孔与密封仓连通设置,所述注入孔内注入有膨胀黏合剂。通过注入孔的设置,在完成钢结构装配时,从注入孔向密封仓内注入膨胀黏合剂,利用膨胀黏合剂膨胀效果,进一步将移动角块固定,防止移动角块发生位移,需拆卸连接件时,撬开密封盖,溶解膨胀黏合剂进行拆卸,多余的膨胀黏合剂进入溢流仓,从溢流仓的溢流孔流入引导槽,在毛细作用下,膨胀黏合剂会填充在压框与连接梁间,通过膨胀黏合剂的膨胀,使压框与连接梁间的摩擦系数增大,进一步提升连接的结构强度。
进一步的,所述膨胀黏合剂按质量比包括以下组分:氰基丙烯酸乙酯10-20份、聚氯乙烯糊树脂5-15份、三羟甲基丙烷3-6份、氧化锡锑40-60份、发泡剂1-2份﹑催化剂1-2份、交联剂1-2份、玻璃纤维20-50份。
进一步的,所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡,所述氧化锡锑的颗粒的平均粒径为10-50um,所述玻璃纤维的平均长度为0.5-1CM。
通过带有氧化锡锑、玻璃纤维的膨胀黏合剂的原料设计,利用氧化锡锑的阻燃隔热性、氰基丙烯酸乙酯的粘连性及玻璃纤维的结构强度,使膨胀黏合剂具有高膨胀、高粘连且阻燃的特性,使钢结构及连接件填充有膨胀黏合剂的部位连接牢固且不易氧化,有效提升了结构寿命。
3.有益效果
相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本方案通过带有卡槽和压框的连接件,在使用时,预先在连接梁上钻设销孔和同轴通孔,利用卡槽将两个连接件对称卡接在底梁的底部翼板两侧,此时吊装连接梁,将连接梁的底部卡进两个压框间,此时通过同轴通孔穿插拉筋,利用拉筋收紧压框,在拉筋收紧的过程中,压迫推板滑动,此时推板端部的坡口与移动角块的斜边贴合并克服张紧弹簧的弹力推进移动角块位移,进而使移动角块上的对接销插入销孔内,同时完成连接梁的腹板和翼板的连接锁紧,本发明相比于传统的焊接连接及螺栓连接,具有安装快速,连接稳定,有效提升了钢结构的装配效率,且结构可拆卸,便于维护和重复使用,具有市场前景,适合推广。
(2)通过加强板和底端定位孔的设置,使底梁的翼板能承受更大的连接梁的翼板压力而不变形,结合底端定位孔及螺栓的固定,提升了连接件固定在底梁上的结构稳定性,有效提升了钢结构的安全性能。
(3)通过数量为两个的拉筋的结构设计,使带有同轴通孔的推板能平稳套接在拉筋,在垂直方向不易发生旋转,保持的结构运行的稳定性。
(4)通过限位板的设置,使推板在拉筋作用下推动移动角块至最大行程时,限位板与压框内壁挤压,进而使推板中部两侧分别受到拉筋螺母的压力和限位板的支持力,进而使推板在高压情况下不易形变,能有效保持移动角块不松动,进一步提升结构强度。
(5)通过张紧弹簧的设置,在自由状态下,张紧弹簧利用弹力驱使移动角块上的对接销远离销孔,便于连接梁下移插接在两个压框间,同时在拆卸连接件时,松开拉筋上的螺母,张紧弹簧利用压缩的弹力推动移动角块回移,进而带动推板的回移,达到快速拆卸的目的。
(6)通过注入孔的设置,在完成钢结构装配时,从注入孔向密封仓内注入膨胀黏合剂,利用膨胀黏合剂膨胀效果,进一步将移动角块固定,防止移动角块发生位移,需拆卸连接件时,撬开密封盖,溶解膨胀黏合剂进行拆卸,多余的膨胀黏合剂进入溢流仓,从溢流仓的溢流孔流入引导槽,在毛细作用下,膨胀黏合剂会填充在压框与连接梁间,通过膨胀黏合剂的膨胀,使压框与连接梁间的摩擦系数增大,进一步提升连接的结构强度。
(7)通过带有氧化锡锑、玻璃纤维的膨胀黏合剂的原料设计,利用氧化锡锑的阻燃隔热性、氰基丙烯酸乙酯的粘连性及玻璃纤维的结构强度,使膨胀黏合剂具有高膨胀、高粘连且阻燃的特性,使钢结构及连接件填充有膨胀黏合剂的部位连接牢固且不易氧化,有效提升了结构寿命。

实施例1:
请参阅图1-6,一种钢结构快速连接件,包括两个对称设置在底梁1上的连接件3,连接件3为U型钢板结构,连接件3的顶部设有与连接梁2相匹配的压框301,连接件3的底部设有与底梁1翼板相匹配的卡槽302,压框301上设有两个对称设置的密封仓36,密封仓36内滑动连接有移动角块37,移动角块37为等腰直角三角形结构,移动角块37的直角点与密封仓36仓壁间夹接有张紧弹簧372,移动角块37的直角角平分线与连接梁2的腹板、翼板内夹角的角平分线重合设置,移动角块37的直角边均固定有对接销371,压框301及连接梁2上均设有与对接销371相匹配的销孔373,压框301内滑动连接有推板35,推板35的两端设有四十度坡口,坡口平面与移动角块37斜边平面相对设置且平行,两个连接件3间设有拉筋4,连接梁2、压框301及推板35上均设有与拉筋4相匹配的同轴通孔。
请参阅图2-3,卡槽302的外侧固定设有加强板31,加强板31与连接梁2的翼板相对设置,卡槽302、加强板31及底梁1翼板上均设有底端定位孔32,连接件3通过底端定位孔32及螺栓卡接固定在底梁1两侧。通过加强板31和底端定位孔32的设置,使底梁1的翼板能承受更大的连接梁2的翼板压力而不变形,结合底端定位孔32及螺栓的固定,提升了连接件3固定在底梁1上的结构稳定性,有效提升了钢结构的安全性能。
请参阅图5,连接件3与底梁1相对的一侧胶接设有减震垫5,减震垫5为高阻尼减震橡胶结构。通过减震垫5的设置,能有效吸收底梁1与连接梁2的连接震动,避免拉筋4等螺栓件因震动发生松动,有效提升了使用安全性。
请参阅图3-4,拉筋4的数量为上下对称的两个,拉筋4的两端套接有螺母,拉筋4及螺母均为高强度钢结构,拉筋4两端的螺母相对靠近且压合在推板35上。通过数量为两个的拉筋4的结构设计,使带有同轴通孔的推板35能平稳套接在拉筋4,在垂直方向不易发生旋转,保持的结构运行的稳定性。
请参阅图4,推板35的一侧固定有两个对称设置的限位板351,限位板351端部与压框301内壁的间距等于推板35在压框301内的最大位移行程。通过限位板351的设置,使推板35在拉筋4作用下推动移动角块37至最大行程时,限位板351与压框301内壁挤压,进而使推板35中部两侧分别受到拉筋4螺母的压力和限位板351的支持力,进而使推板35在高压情况下不易形变,能有效保持移动角块37不松动,进一步提升结构强度。
请参阅图4,张紧弹簧372为高强度抗疲劳弹簧,张紧弹簧372具有驱使移动角块37及对接销371远离销孔373的弹力,销孔373分别设置在连接梁2的腹板和翼板上,销孔373的轴线与移动角块37的平移方向平行设置。通过张紧弹簧372的设置,在自由状态下,张紧弹簧372利用弹力驱使移动角块37上的对接销371远离销孔373,便于连接梁2下移插接在两个压框301间,同时在拆卸连接件3时,松开拉筋4上的螺母,张紧弹簧372利用压缩的弹力推动移动角块37回移,进而带动推板35的回移,达到快速拆卸的目的。
请参阅图7-8,压框301内设有与密封仓36相连通的溢流仓38,溢流仓38与连接梁2相对的仓壁设有若干溢流孔381,压框301的外壁设有若干引导槽382,引导槽382的弧形凹槽结构,若干引导槽382自上而下等距排布设置,密封仓36的顶部设有与其相匹配的密封盖33,压框301顶部设有注入孔34,注入孔34与密封仓36连通设置,注入孔34内注入有膨胀黏合剂。通过注入孔34的设置,在完成钢结构装配时,从注入孔34向密封仓36内注入膨胀黏合剂,利用膨胀黏合剂膨胀效果,进一步将移动角块37固定,防止移动角块37发生位移,需拆卸连接件3时,撬开密封盖33,溶解膨胀黏合剂进行拆卸,多余的膨胀黏合剂进入溢流仓38,从溢流仓38的溢流孔381流入引导槽382,在毛细作用下,膨胀黏合剂会填充在压框301与连接梁2间,通过膨胀黏合剂的膨胀,使压框301与连接梁2间的摩擦系数增大,进一步提升连接的结构强度。
膨胀黏合剂按质量比包括以下组分:氰基丙烯酸乙酯10-20份、聚氯乙烯糊树脂5-15份、三羟甲基丙烷3-6份、氧化锡锑40-60份、发泡剂1-2份﹑催化剂1-2份、交联剂1-2份、玻璃纤维20-50份,催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡,氧化锡锑的颗粒的平均粒径为10-50um,玻璃纤维的平均长度为0.5-1CM。
通过带有氧化锡锑、玻璃纤维的膨胀黏合剂的原料设计,利用氧化锡锑的阻燃隔热性、氰基丙烯酸乙酯的粘连性及玻璃纤维的结构强度,使膨胀黏合剂具有高膨胀、高粘连且阻燃的特性,使钢结构及连接件填充有膨胀黏合剂的部位连接牢固且不易氧化,有效提升了结构寿命。
本方案通过带有卡槽302和压框301的连接件3,在使用时,预先在连接梁2上钻设销孔373和同轴通孔,利用卡槽302将两个连接件3对称卡接在底梁1的底部翼板两侧,此时吊装连接梁2,将连接梁2的底部卡进两个压框301间,此时通过同轴通孔穿插拉筋4,利用拉筋4收紧压框301,在拉筋4收紧的过程中,压迫推板35滑动,此时推板35端部的坡口与移动角块37的斜边贴合并克服张紧弹簧372的弹力推进移动角块37位移,进而使移动角块37上的对接销371插入销孔373内,同时完成连接梁2的腹板和翼板的连接锁紧,本发明相比于传统的焊接连接及螺栓连接,具有安装快速,连接稳定,有效提升了钢结构的装配效率,且结构可拆卸,便于维护和重复使用,具有市场前景,适合推广。

Claims (10)
1.一种钢结构快速连接件,包括两个对称设置在底梁(1)上的连接件(3),其特征在于:所述连接件(3)为U型钢板结构,所述连接件(3)的顶部设有与连接梁(2)相匹配的压框(301),所述连接件(3)的底部设有与底梁(1)翼板相匹配的卡槽(302),所述压框(301)上设有两个对称设置的密封仓(36),所述密封仓(36)内滑动连接有移动角块(37),所述移动角块(37)为等腰直角三角形结构,所述移动角块(37)的直角点与密封仓(36)仓壁间夹接有张紧弹簧(372),所述移动角块(37)的直角角平分线与连接梁(2)的腹板、翼板内夹角的角平分线重合设置,所述移动角块(37)的直角边均固定有对接销(371),所述压框(301)及连接梁(2)上均设有与对接销(371)相匹配的销孔(373),所述压框(301)内滑动连接有推板(35),所述推板(35)的两端设有四十度坡口,所述坡口平面与移动角块(37)斜边平面相对设置且平行,两个所述连接件(3)间设有拉筋(4),所述连接梁(2)、压框(301)及推板(35)上均设有与拉筋(4)相匹配的同轴通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢结构快速连接件,其特征在于:所述卡槽(302)的外侧固定设有加强板(31),所述加强板(31)与连接梁(2)的翼板相对设置,所述卡槽(302)、加强板(31)及底梁(1)翼板上均设有底端定位孔(32),所述连接件(3)通过底端定位孔(32)及螺栓卡接固定在底梁(1)两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢结构快速连接件,其特征在于:所述连接件(3)与底梁(1)相对的一侧胶接设有减震垫(5),所述减震垫(5)为高阻尼减震橡胶结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢结构快速连接件,其特征在于:所述拉筋(4)的数量为上下对称的两个,所述拉筋(4)的两端套接有螺母,所述拉筋(4)及螺母均为高强度钢结构,所述拉筋(4)两端的螺母相对靠近且压合在推板(35)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢结构快速连接件,其特征在于:所述推板(35)的一侧固定有两个对称设置的限位板(351),所述限位板(351)端部与压框(301)内壁的间距等于推板(35)在压框(301)内的最大位移行程。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢结构快速连接件,其特征在于:所述张紧弹簧(372)为高强度抗疲劳弹簧,所述张紧弹簧(372)具有驱使移动角块(37)及对接销(371)远离销孔(373)的弹力,所述销孔(373)分别设置在连接梁(2)的腹板和翼板上,所述销孔(373)的轴线与移动角块(37)的平移方向平行设置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢结构快速连接件,其特征在于:所述压框(301)内设有与密封仓(36)相连通的溢流仓(38),所述溢流仓(38)与连接梁(2)相对的仓壁设有若干溢流孔(381),所述压框(301)的外壁设有若干引导槽(382),所述引导槽(382)的弧形凹槽结构,若干所述引导槽(382)自上而下等距排布设置。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢结构快速连接件,其特征在于:所述密封仓(36)的顶部设有与其相匹配的密封盖(33),所述压框(301)顶部设有注入孔(34),所述注入孔(34)与密封仓(36)连通设置,所述注入孔(34)内注入有膨胀黏合剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种钢结构快速连接件,其特征在于:所述膨胀黏合剂按质量比包括以下组分:氰基丙烯酸乙酯10-20份、聚氯乙烯糊树脂5-15份、三羟甲基丙烷3-6份、氧化锡锑40-60份、发泡剂1-2份﹑催化剂1-2份、交联剂1-2份、玻璃纤维20-50份。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种钢结构快速连接件,其特征在于:所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡,所述氧化锡锑的颗粒的平均粒径为10-50um,所述玻璃纤维的平均长度为0.5-1CM。
