Abstract
本发明涉及食品保健领域,具体涉及一种古法口香糖,由鸡舌香、山药、炼蜜制备而成。本发明成分天然,口感较好,不含有化学添加剂,可长期食用,且可以有效的祛除口腔异味,实现口臭的治疗,清新口气,同时,不会产生口香糖污染。

本发明涉及食品保健领域,具体涉及一种古法口香糖。
背景技术
口香糖是以天然树胶或甘油树脂为基础胶体,加入糖浆、甜味剂等调味剂后,制备而成的一种供人们放入口中嚼咬的糖。大多数人会把嚼口香糖作为清新口气的工具,因为口香糖中含有的薄荷及水果等香味的作用,能暂时的改善一下口腔中的不良气味,使人感觉舒爽,有利于社交,但其并不能实现口臭的治疗,同时,由于口香糖中含有糖精,色素,香料,抗氧化剂和增塑剂等,多吃或长时间吃易使牙齿产生牙菌斑,另外,多数人也遇到过这样的问题,就是口香糖的污染,家里,马路上,公共场所等或许都会发现口香糖的残痕。清洁起来很棘手。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种古法口香糖,成分天然,可长期食用,且可以有效的祛除口腔异味,清新口气。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种古法口香糖,由鸡舌香、山药、炼蜜制备而成。
优选地,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
鸡舌香10~20份、山药5~10份、炼蜜3~8份。
优选地,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
鸡舌香10份、山药5份、炼蜜3份。
优选地,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
鸡舌香20份、山药10份、炼蜜8份。
优选地,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
鸡舌香15份、山药7.5份、炼蜜5.5份6.5份。
进一步地,上述一种古法口香糖,通过以下步骤制备所得:
S1、按重量份称取各组分;
S2、将山药去皮,切片后,汽爆处理30min,喷雾干燥,得山药超微粉;
S3、将鸡舌香超声洗净后,于-18℃条件下,冷冻脆化1~3h后,在30~40℃条件下,进行超声波破壁处理,得到鸡舌香超微粉;
S4、将鸡舌香超微粉加水浸泡,在90℃下煎煮1次,过滤,滤液加入乙醇沉淀,滤去沉淀,减压浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.05的浸膏;
S5、将所得的浸膏与山药超微粉、炼蜜混合搅拌均匀,即得。
本发明成分天然,口感较好,不含有化学添加剂,可长期食用,且可以有效的祛除口腔异味,实现口臭的治疗,清新口气,同时,不会产生口香糖污染。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种古法口香糖,通过以下步骤制备所得:
S1、按重量份称取:鸡舌香10份、山药5份、炼蜜3份;
S2、将山药去皮,切片后,汽爆处理30min,喷雾干燥,得山药超微粉;
S3、将鸡舌香超声洗净后,于-18℃条件下,冷冻脆化1~3h后,在30~40℃条件下,进行超声波破壁处理,得到鸡舌香超微粉;
S4、将鸡舌香超微粉加水浸泡,在90℃下煎煮1次,过滤,滤液加入乙醇沉淀,滤去沉淀,减压浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.05的浸膏;
S5、将所得的浸膏与山药超微粉、炼蜜混合搅拌均匀,即得。
实施例2
一种古法口香糖,通过以下步骤制备所得:

S5、将所得的浸膏与山药超微粉、炼蜜混合搅拌均匀,即得。
本方以鸡舌香为主药,清新口气,以山药为辅,调和脾胃,以炼蜜作为调味剂和胶体基础,口感较好,不含有化学添加剂,可长期食用,同时,不会产生口香糖污染。
