1. A comb-tooth frame combination is characterized in that the comb-tooth frame combination comprises a movable comb-tooth frame, a fixed comb-tooth frame and a lifting device; the fixed comb-tooth frame comprises a parking plate for parking vehicles, a plurality of fixed racks with the same height are arranged on the parking plate corresponding to the positions of tires, the fixed racks extend upwards from the edge of the parking plate firstly, and then extend inwards the parking plate horizontally along the direction vertical to the edge of the parking plate; both sides of each fixed rack of the parking plate are provided with a cutting groove; the movable comb rack comprises a square frame, and racks which horizontally extend inwards are arranged on two sides of the square frame; the rack of the movable comb-tooth frame and the fixed rack of the fixed comb-tooth frame are arranged in a staggered manner and matched with the cutting groove, and the frame of the movable comb-tooth frame can be sleeved outside the parking plate of the fixed comb-tooth frame; the lifting device can drive the movable comb rack to horizontally lift and lower; when the movable comb-tooth rack is located at the lowest position, the gap between the rack of the movable comb-tooth rack and the fixed rack can at least accommodate the comb-tooth rack of the comb-tooth parking robot to get in and out.
2. The comb-tooth holder assembly of claim 1, wherein one fixed comb-tooth holder is coupled to one or more movable comb-tooth holders, each of which is independently movable up and down by a lifting device.

The comb-tooth rack combination according to claim 1, wherein the positions of the movable comb-tooth rack and the fixed comb-tooth rack corresponding to two front or rear wheels of the vehicle are provided with only two racks or fixed racks, and the positions corresponding to the other two wheels are provided with more than two racks or fixed racks.
4. The comb-tooth holder assembly according to claim 1, wherein the lifting device is a traction machine connected to the block of the movable comb-tooth holder by a plurality of wire ropes.

A lifting and transverse moving garage, which is characterized in that the lifting and transverse moving garage adopts a comb-tooth type parking robot to park and take a car, is provided with a comb-tooth frame combination as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, and has no transverse moving device at a first layer of parking spaces.
