Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the present embodiment provides an intelligent medical care management system and method, including a sealed patient room 1, a sterilizing access passage 2 used for patients and medical staff to access the ward 1, a sterilizing circulating device 3 used for wind circulation inside the ward 1, a sterile meal delivery channel 4 for delivering meal for the ward 1, a sterile treatment channel 5 for infusing the patient in the ward 1 and an automatic physical examination device 6 arranged in the ward 1, one side of the sterilizing access passage 2 is provided with a control center 7, the control center 7 is arranged outside the ward 1, the sterilizing access passage 2, the sterilizing circulating device 3, the sterile meal delivery passage 4, the sterile treatment passage 5 and the automatic physical examination device 6 are all electrically connected with the control center 7.
When in use, the sterilization access passage 2 is used for sterilizing the personnel entering and exiting, and the sterilization circulating device 3 is used for circularly sterilizing the interior of the ward 1, thereby effectively preventing the virus from entering and exiting along with the air; the patient is fed through the sterile feeding channel 4, and the infusion is carried out on the patient through the sterile treatment channel 5, so that the patient is prevented from contacting and infecting medical care personnel; the medical staff can directly observe the internal condition of the ward 1 by the physical examination device to automatically perform physical examination on the patient and displaying the physical examination result, the basic information of the patient, the internal temperature of the ward 1, the isolation date and other basic conditions through the control center 7; the invention can effectively prevent virus from entering and exiting along with air, avoid the contact infection of patients and medical staff, and can directly observe the internal condition of the ward 1 by the medical staff with self-body detection facilities.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the sterilizing access passage 2 includes a first passage 21 defined by a wall side wall of the patient room 1 and the ground, a first sealing door 22 and a second sealing door 23 disposed at two ends of the first passage 21, and a plurality of ozone generators 24 disposed in the first passage 21, wherein the first sealing door 22 is disposed at an outer side of the wall of the patient room 1, the second sealing door 23 is disposed at an inner side of the wall of the patient room 1, and the control center 7 is fixedly connected to an outer side of the first sealing door 22; in this embodiment, in use, after the first sealing door 22 is opened and the patient enters the first passage 21, the first sealing door 22 is closed, the ozone generator 24 starts to sterilize the inside of the first passage 21, after the sterilization, the ozone generator 24 stops, and the second sealing door 23 is opened and the patient room 1 enters the patient room.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the sterilization cycle device 3 includes an air conditioner external unit 31 disposed outside the ward 1, an air conditioner internal unit 32 disposed inside the ward 1, an air duct 33 used for connecting the air conditioner external unit 31 and the air conditioner internal unit 32, a plurality of ultraviolet germicidal lamps 34 embedded on the inner side wall of the air duct 33, a temperature sensor disposed on the roof of the ward 1, and a plurality of ultraviolet germicidal lamps; in this embodiment, the interior of the ward 1 is sterilized by the ultraviolet germicidal lamp, the air circulation is started by the air conditioner external unit 31 and the air conditioner internal unit 32, and the circulating air enters or is discharged after being sterilized by the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 34 in the air duct 33, so that viruses are effectively prevented from entering and exiting along with the air.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the sterile meal delivery passage 4 includes a second passage 41 opened on a wall of the ward 1, a first door 42 and a second door 43 opposite to each other and disposed at two ends of the second passage 41, a first electric telescopic rod 44 and a second electric telescopic rod 45 for driving the first door 42 and the second door 43 to open or close, an ozone sterilization device 46 and a placement platform 47 disposed between the first door and the second door 43, the placement platform 47 is disposed at a bottom end of the second passage 41, the ozone sterilization device 46 is disposed at a top end of the second passage 41, and an output end of the ozone sterilization device 46 is opposite to an upper surface of the placement platform 47; in this embodiment, when a patient has a meal, the first electric telescopic rod 44 drives the first shutter 42 to open, the nursing staff places the lunch box on the placing table 47, the first electric telescopic rod 44 drives the first shutter 42 to close, the ozone sterilization device 46 automatically sterilizes the lunch box on the placing table 47, after the sterilization is completed, the second electric telescopic rod 45 drives the second shutter 43 to open, and the patient takes out the lunch in the lunch box for eating; after having dinner, patient puts back lunch box and places platform 47, and second electric telescopic handle 45 drive second door 43 closes, and ozone sterilization device 46 is automatic to placing the lunch box on platform 47 and disinfect, and after the disinfection was accomplished, first electric telescopic handle 44 drive first door 42 and open, and the nursing staff takes lunch box away.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the sterile treatment path 5 includes a third path 51 opened on a wall of the patient room 1, a third door 52 and a fourth door 53 disposed opposite to both ends of the third path 51, a third electric telescopic rod 54 and a fourth electric telescopic rod 55 for driving the third shutter 52 and the fourth shutter 53 to open or close, the third shutter 52 is arranged outside the wall of the ward 1, the bottom end of the fourth shutter 53 is provided with an arc groove 531, a gap 521 is arranged at the bottom end of the third shutter 52, a transfusion platform 56 and an ultraviolet sterilization device 57 are arranged between the third shutter 52 and the fourth shutter 53, the infusion stand 56 is arranged at the bottom end of the third channel 51, the ultraviolet sterilization device 57 is arranged at the top end of the third channel 51, the output end of the ultraviolet sterilization device 57 is arranged right opposite to the upper surface of the infusion table 56; in this embodiment, when infusion is needed, the fourth electric telescopic rod 55 drives the fourth shutter 53 to open, the patient stretches the arm into the third channel 51, when the fourth electric telescopic rod 55 drives the fourth shutter 53 to close, the patient faces the arm to the arc-shaped groove 531, the ultraviolet sterilization device 57 automatically sterilizes the arm on the infusion table 56, after the sterilization is completed, the third electric telescopic rod 54 drives the third shutter 52 to open, the medical worker pricks the arm on the infusion table 56, after the pricking is completed, the third electric telescopic rod 54 drives the third shutter 52 to close, so that the infusion tube enters the third channel 51 from the notch 521, the fourth electric telescopic rod 55 drives the fourth shutter 53 to open, the patient can retract the arm, and infusion is completed inside the patient room 1.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the automatic physical examination device 6 includes an ultraviolet sterilization device 61 and an automatic body temperature measurement device 62, the ultraviolet sterilization device 61 is used for collecting a blood sample of a patient, analyzing and processing the blood sample, and sending the blood sample to the control center 7, and the automatic body temperature measurement device 62 is used for collecting the body temperature of the patient; in this embodiment, the patient puts the finger into the ultraviolet sterilizer 61, the ultraviolet sterilizer 61 automatically performs blood sampling analysis on the finger, and the blood analysis result is displayed by the touch display 72; when the patient is facing the automatic body temperature measuring device 62, the body temperature of the patient is automatically detected by the automatic body temperature measuring device 62, and the detection result is displayed by the touch display 72.

step one, sterilizing the interior of the ward 1 by using an ultraviolet germicidal lamp, starting air circulation by using an air conditioner external unit 31 and an air conditioner internal unit 32, and allowing circulating air to enter or be discharged after being sterilized by using an ultraviolet germicidal lamp 34 in an air pipe 33;
step two, inputting basic information of the name, hospitalization time, symptoms, examination results, prescription and the like of the patient through the touch display 72;
step three, after the patient opens the first sealing door 22 and enters the first passage 21, the first sealing door 22 is closed, the ozone generator 24 starts to sterilize and disinfect the interior of the first passage 21, the ozone generator 24 stops after the sterilization is finished, and the second sealing door 23 is opened and enters the ward 1;
step four, when having a meal, the first electric telescopic rod 44 drives the first stop door 42 to be opened, nursing staff place lunch boxes on the placing table 47, the first electric telescopic rod 44 drives the first stop door 42 to be closed, the ozone sterilization device 46 automatically sterilizes the lunch boxes on the placing table 47, after the sterilization is finished, the second electric telescopic rod 45 drives the second stop door 43 to be opened, and the patient takes out the lunch in the lunch boxes for eating;
step five, after dining, the patient puts the lunch box back to the placing table 47, the second electric telescopic rod 45 drives the second shutter 43 to close, the ozone sterilization device 46 automatically sterilizes the lunch box on the placing table 47, after sterilization, the first electric telescopic rod 44 drives the first shutter 42 to open, and the nursing staff takes the lunch box away;
step six, when transfusion is needed, the fourth electric telescopic rod 55 drives the fourth shutter 53 to open, the arm of the patient is inserted into the third channel 51, when the fourth electric telescopic rod 55 drives the fourth shutter 53 to close, the arm of the patient is opposite to the arc groove 531, the ultraviolet sterilization device 57 automatically sterilizes the arm on the transfusion table 56, after the sterilization is completed, the third electric telescopic rod 54 drives the third shutter 52 to open, the medical personnel pricks the arm on the transfusion table 56, after the pricking is completed, the third electric telescopic rod 54 drives the third shutter 52 to close, so that the transfusion tube enters the third channel 51 from the gap 521, the fourth electric telescopic rod 55 drives the fourth shutter 53 to open, the patient can retract the arm, and transfusion is completed inside the ward 1;
step seven, the patient puts the fingers into the ultraviolet sterilization device 61, the ultraviolet sterilization device 61 automatically performs blood collection analysis on the fingers, and the blood analysis result is displayed through the touch display 72; when the patient is just opposite to the automatic body temperature measuring device 62, the body temperature of the patient is automatically detected through the automatic body temperature measuring device 62, and the detection result is displayed through the touch display 72;
step eight, the sterilization circulating device 3 in the ward 1 can be controlled through the touch display 72, so as to adjust the temperature in the ward 1, the sterilization time of the ozone generator 24 on the first channel 21 can be adjusted through the touch display 72, the sterilization time of the ozone sterilization device 46 on the placing table 47 can be adjusted through the touch display 72, and the sterilization time of the ultraviolet sterilization device 57 on the infusion table 56 can be adjusted through the touch display 72.
