Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, the conveying device 30 includes a conveying table 31 having a square shape, a stopper 32 is disposed in a middle portion of the conveying table 31, so that a conveying loop 33 having a square ring shape and surrounding the stopper 32 is formed on the conveying table 31, a loading station, a spring mounting station, a pin mounting station, and a unloading station are respectively disposed on four sides of the conveying loop 33 and are sequentially distributed along the conveying loop 33, the jig 20 is movable along the conveying loop 33, and four fourth driving devices for pushing the jig 20 to move along the conveying loop 33 are disposed on the conveying table 31 corresponding to four sides of the conveying loop 33. The conveying device 30 is compact and simple in structure and convenient to manufacture and use. In this embodiment, the conveying loop 33 is provided with a guide groove 35 on each side, and the fourth driving device comprises a push block 34 arranged in the guide groove 35 and a cylinder for driving the push block 34 to move, so that the structure is simple, and the manufacture and the application are convenient. In other embodiments, the conveying device 30 may also adopt other common conveying structures such as a conveying belt, a conveying turntable and the like.
In this embodiment, the conveying loop 33 is recessed into a groove, the lower portion of the jig 20 is slidably disposed in the conveying loop 33, and the width of the lower portion of the jig 20 is slightly smaller than the width of the conveying loop 33, so that the movement of the jig 20 can be limited and guided, the jig 20 is prevented from being offset and dislocated, the normal operation of the assembly operation is ensured, and the failure rate is reduced.
Conveying table 31 is provided with two positioning devices, the two positioning devices correspond to the spring mounting station and the pin rod mounting station respectively, the positioning devices include a positioning element 361 and a fifth driving device 362, and the fifth driving device 362 is used for driving the positioning element 361 to move so that the positioning element 361 can abut against jig 20 and compress the jig 20 on the blocking seat 32. The two positioning devices can respectively position and fix the jig 20 in the spring assembling operation and the pin rod assembling operation, ensure the accuracy of the positions of the button and the cover body and help to ensure the assembling quality. In this embodiment, the fifth driving device 362 is a cylinder, which is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture and use, and in other embodiments, the fifth driving device 362 may also be another driving structure such as a motor, but is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, the length of each side of the conveying loop 33 is equal to three times of the length of the jig 20, and the jig 20 is positioned by abutting of each adjacent jig 20, which is helpful to simplify the structure of the cup cover button assembly machine and reduce the equipment cost and the failure rate. In other embodiments, a stop or other structure may be additionally added to position the movement of the jig 20.
Referring to fig. 3, in this embodiment, the cover body mounting seat 21 of the jig 20 is provided with a boss 211 adapted to the rear cavity of the cover body and a positioning groove 212 adapted to the handle on the cover body, the boss 211 is inserted into the rear cavity of the cover body to support the cover body, and the handle of the cover body is clamped into the positioning groove 212 to prevent the cover body from rotating and positioning the cover body. The button mounting seat 22 is provided with a mounting groove 221 corresponding to the button, so that the cover body and the button can be conveniently loaded and unloaded, and the jig 20 is further provided with a guide hole 23 aligned with the pin hole of the button, wherein the guide hole 23 is matched with the pin rod and used for guiding the pin rod during pin rod assembly. In other embodiments, the fixture 20 may also have other suitable structures, such as a clamp for fixing the cover and the button.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in the present embodiment, a control device 81 and a sensor 82 are provided on the frame 10 to coordinate the operations of the respective devices to realize an automated operation. The control device 81 and the corresponding control method are widely applied in the field, and not described in detail herein, the sensor 82 can be set to a corresponding position for detection according to the control requirement, and those skilled in the art can flexibly apply the control device and the corresponding control method according to the requirement.
The above additional technical features can be freely combined and used in superposition by those skilled in the art without conflict.

Claims (10)
1. A cup lid button assembly machine for assembling the button and the spring of a cup lid to a lid, comprising:
a frame (10);
the fixture (20) is provided with a cover body installation seat (21) and a button installation seat (22), and the cover body installation seat (21) and/or the button installation seat (22) can move;
the conveying device (30) is arranged on the rack (10) and used for conveying the jig (20) so that the jig (20) can sequentially pass through a feeding station, a spring mounting station and a pin rod mounting station;
the spring mounting device (40) is arranged on the rack (10), corresponds to the spring mounting station and is used for mounting a spring on the button;
the pin rod installing device (50) is arranged on the rack (10) and corresponds to the pin rod installing station, an aligning device (60) is arranged on the jig (20) or the rack (10), the aligning device (60) is used for driving the cover body installing seat (21) and/or the button installing seat (22) to move so that the cover body and the button on the jig (20) move relatively to enable the pin hole of the cover body to be aligned with the pin hole of the button, and the pin rod installing device (50) is used for installing the pin rod into the pin hole of the cover body and the pin hole of the button.
2. The cup cover button assembling machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the cover body mounting seat (21) is arranged on the jig (20) in a manner of moving up and down, the button mounting seat (22) is located at a distance below the cover body mounting seat (21), the alignment device (60) is arranged on the frame (10) and corresponds to the pin rod mounting station, the alignment device (60) is used for driving the cover body mounting seat (21) to move down so as to align the pin holes of the cover body with the pin holes of the button, and the jig (20) is provided with a reset device for driving the cover body mounting seat (21) to move up and reset.
3. A cup and lid button assembly machine according to claim 1, wherein said spring mounting means (40) comprises:
the spring feeder (41) is used for storing and outputting the springs to a spring feeding track (42), a blocking device (43) is arranged on the spring feeding track (42), the blocking device (43) is used for blocking the movement of the springs in the spring feeding track (42) along the spring feeding track (42), and the blocking device (43) can release the blocking of the springs;
the spring feeding seat (44) is provided with a spring feeding position (45) aligned with the outlet of the spring feeding rail (42), the distance between the spring feeding position (45) and the outlet end of the spring feeding rail (42) is equal to or larger than the length of a spring and smaller than twice the length of the spring, the spring feeding position (45) is used for placing the spring moved out of the outlet of the spring feeding rail (42), and the spring feeding seat (44) is driven by a first driving device (46) to move to enable the spring feeding position (45) to be staggered with the spring feeding rail (42);
and the spring moving device (47) is used for taking the spring from the spring feeding seat (44) and moving the spring to a button on the jig (20) at the spring mounting station.
4. A lid button assembly machine according to claim 3, wherein the spring moving means (47) comprises a first traveling means (471) and a first gripper (472) provided on the first traveling means (471), the first gripper (472) being adapted to grip the spring.
5. A cup and lid button assembly machine according to claim 1, wherein said pin mounting means (50) comprises:
a pin feeder (51) for storing and delivering pins to a pin feed track (52);
a transfer member (53), wherein the transfer member (53) is provided with a transfer hole (531), the transfer member (53) is driven by a second driving device (54) to move back and forth between a first position and a second position, when the transfer member (53) is positioned at the first position, the transfer hole (531) is aligned and close to the outlet of the pin rod feeding track (52), and when the transfer member (53) is positioned at the second position, the transfer hole (531) is aligned with the pin hole of the cover body and the pin hole of the button positioned at the pin rod mounting station;
and the pin rod assembling device is used for installing the pin rod in the transferring hole (531) of the transferring piece (53) at the second position into the pin holes of the cover body and the button.
6. A cup lid button assembling machine according to claim 5, characterized in that said pin rod assembling means comprises a push rod (551) and a third driving means (552), said push rod (551) being capable of aligning with the transit hole (531) of the transit member (53) located at said second position, said third driving means (552) being adapted to drive said push rod (551) to move to enable said push rod (551) to be inserted into said transit hole (531) to insert the pin rod inside the transit hole (531) into the pin hole of the lid body and the pin hole of the button.
7. The cup cover button assembling machine according to claim 1, characterized in that a blanking device (70) is further arranged on the frame (10), the conveying device (30) can convey the jig (20) to a blanking station, and the blanking device (70) is used for removing the cup covers on the blanking station from the jig (20).

The cup cover button assembling machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the conveying device (30) comprises a conveying table (31) which is square, a baffle seat (32) is arranged in the middle of the conveying table (31) so as to form a square ring-shaped conveying loop (33) which surrounds the baffle seat (32) on the conveying table (31), the feeding station, the spring mounting station, the pin rod mounting station and the blanking station are respectively arranged on four sides of the conveying loop (33) and are distributed along the conveying loop (33) in sequence, the jigs (20) can move along the conveying loop (33), and four fourth driving devices for pushing the jigs (20) to move along the conveying loop (33) are arranged on the conveying table (31) corresponding to the four sides of the conveying loop (33).

The cup cover button assembling machine according to claim 8, characterized in that the conveying loop (33) is recessed into a groove shape, the lower part of the jig (20) is slidably arranged in the conveying loop (33), and the width of the lower part of the jig (20) is slightly smaller than that of the conveying loop (33).

An assembly machine for cup lid buttons according to claim 8, characterized in that said conveying table (31) is provided with two positioning devices respectively corresponding to said spring mounting station and said pin rod mounting station, said positioning devices comprise a positioning member (361) and a fifth driving device (362), said fifth driving device (362) is used for driving said positioning member (361) to move so as to make said positioning member (361) abut against the jig (20) and press the jig (20) against said stop seat (32).
